1、教育或教育管理机构编制的推荐表。
这种类型的表格,由于是官方统一印制的,所以结构都是固定、统一的,但国家机关与各个院校自制的表格又有一定差别。我国现行的国家最高教育行政管理部门教育部编制的推荐表,其基本结构包括题目、正文和附文三大部分。它的题目适用于全国各级各类高等院校的普遍要求,题目就叫《全国普通高等学校毕业生就业协议书》,封面的题目下方分设毕业生、系别及专业、用人单位和学校名称四栏,在下面就是制表单位和印发单位,最后是年月日。具体形式如下(见附表1),在题目的背面,还有一个简单协议,由学校、用人单位和择业学生共做当事人,须各自履行自己的义务。
正文部分包括个人求职简历、家庭主要成员、在校主要成绩情况、在校期间奖惩情况、学生自荐书和毕业生情况及意见六个部分。正文部分共三面多一点,第一面包括四个栏目,结构形式如下(见附表2),第二、三面都是“学生自荐书”,第四面上部分才是“毕业生情况及意见”,包括姓名、性别、年龄、专业、学历等基本内容,以及应聘意见(指是否遵守协议)、照片等。
附文包括系部学校意见、用人单位情况及意见以及通讯地址,联系人、联系电话、邮政编码等。
各个大中专院校自制的推荐表与国家统一编制的表格在结构上大同小异,略有差别。其总体结构也包括题目、正文和附文三个部分。题目部分也是直接命题,如《×××学校(学院)毕业生就业推荐表》或《×××学校(大学)××年毕业生就业推荐表》,题目下面一般设姓名、班级、专业、填表日期四个栏目。
正文部分含学生基本情况、本人简历、家庭主要成员及学生自荐书四个部分。
附文包括系班意见、学校意见和用人单位意见以及联系人、联系电话和邮政编码等内容,有的还附有简单说明。
这种自制的推荐表与国家教育部的表格不同之处主要在于协议部分和本人基本情况的结构位置的区别。
2、学生自己编写的自荐材料的基本结构。总的说来,自己编写的自荐材料,其基本结构是灵活多样的,但其中仍有基本的规律存在。一般说来,这种类型的自荐材料包括五个部分,即标题、导语、正文、附文和附件。
(1)标题。标题在封面上占有显著的位置,起着主导的作用,它和直接表明材料内容和材料所属情况的文字一起构成统一的封面格式。如(见附表3),有的并不要主题式的标题,而是直接标题,格式略有变化,只要清晰美观,也是可以的。如(见附表4)。
(2)导语。它是自荐材料正文之前的导引部分。
(3)正文。正文包括毕业生基本情况、学业成绩与知识结构、科研成果、社会工作与实践活动、获奖情况、自荐信、求职信等项目。既可用表格形式来反映,也可用叙述形式来表现。一般自荐信可以使用叙述方式,其他项目用表格形式罗列。
(4)附文。附文包括班主任意见、系组织意见、院(校)组织意见,以及通讯地址、联系电话、联系人姓名、邮政编码等等。
(5)附件。包括各种奖励证书的原件或复印件、发表的各种论文、文章的剪报的原件或复印件,各种实物性图片、影象资料等等。

第一段:何时何地从何媒体得知该招聘信息,表明个人对该职位的兴趣,说明写信目的。

如果你对写好求职信感到信心不足或不知所措,那就把信分解成不同的部分,每次专门对付一个部分。
1.开头
开头部分你要交代清楚你是谁,你为什么写此信或你对此公司的了解程度。在“你是谁”部分,用以下一句话简单介绍一下你自己:“我是某某大学大四的学生,在五月毕业,专业是计算机等...只要把最重要、也是与未来雇主最有关的信息写清楚就可以了。只要你写清楚谋求的职位或职业目标,告诉他们你对此企业了解的情况,你可以说:“我在某某学校的职业发展部办公室看到你们招聘一个纺织设计员的广告”、或者说:“在《某某》杂志上我读到了你们某某的计划,很感兴趣,想加入你们的企业中。”
2.自我推销
在这一部分,要直奔主题。这一部分的目标就是或用段落或提示号的方式把为何你的读者要雇佣你的理由陈列出来,最好先把你的资历来个总括,然后再具体的说,加以实例。一个典型的开头可以这样写:“我的专业是政治科学,在美国国会实习过,我获得过以下的成就,具有以下的技能等等。
3.客套话
在这部分里,你要对此企业赞赏一番,让他们知道你很愿意在此服务,你可以提一提企业的名声、销售成绩、公司文化、管理宗旨或任何其他他们感到骄傲的东西。雇主们通常想知道为什么此企业是你的目标,而不是你一下发了许多求职信中的公司中的普通一个。对每一个企业,你要用不同的客套话,以表达你对他们的公司有所了解。
4.进一步行动的要求
一些人认为此部分是求职信的结尾部分,其实不然。结尾部分不仅仅只是对你的雇主花时间读你的信表示感谢,这里是开启另一扇门的地方,这里你可以建议如何进一步联络,或打电话或发email。最重要的事是你以积极肯定的语气结束,并主动采取行动。完整的求职信格式应该包括标题、称呼、正文、附件、落款五部分。
1、标题
标题是求职自荐信标志和称谓,要求醒目、简洁、庄雅。要用较大字体在用纸上方标注“自荐信”三个字,显得大方、美观。
2、称呼
这是对主送单位或收件人的呼语。如用人单位明确,可直接写上单位名称,前用“尊敬的”加以修饰,后以领导职务或统称“领导”落笔,如单位不明确,则用统称“尊敬的贵单位(公司或学校)领导”领起,最好不要直接冠以最高领导职务,这样容易引起第一读者的反感,反而难达目的。
3、正文
正文是自荐信的核心,开语应表示向对方的问候致意。主体部分一般包括简介、自荐目的、条件展示、愿望决心和结语五项内容。
简介是自我概要的说明,包括自荐人姓名、性别、民族、年龄、籍贯、政治面貌、文化程度、校系专业、家庭住址、任职情况等要素,要针对自荐目的作简单说明,无须冗长繁琐。条件展示是求职自荐信的关键内容,主要应写清自己的才能和特长。要针对所求工作的应知应会去写,充分展示求职的条件,从基本条件和特殊条件两个方面解决凭什么求的问题。基本条件应写清政治表现和学习活动两方面内容。
愿望决心部分要表示加盟对方组织的热切愿望,展望单位的美好前景,期望得到认可和接纳,自然恳切,不卑不亢。
结语一般在正文之后按书信格式写上祝语或“此致,敬礼”“恭候佳音”之类语名。
4、附件
求职自荐信附件主要包括个人简历,证书及文章复制件、需要附录说明的材料,也可作为附件一一列出,一些公司招聘时忌讳用附件,在读招聘信息中要留意这一点。
5、落款
落款处要写上”自荐人 的字样,并标注规范体公元纪年和月日。随文处要说明回函的联系方式、邮政编码、地址、信箱号、电话号码及呼机号等。署名处如打印复制件则要留下空白,由求职人亲自签名,以示郑重和敬意。
自荐信写作虽有一定的自由度,但务必要注意文明礼貌,诚朴雅致,特别要注意突出才艺与专长的个体特征,注意展现经验、业绩和成果,精心设计装帧,讲求格式美观雅致、追求庄重秀美,使其象一只报春的轻燕,飞进千家万户,为你带来佳音。
