XXX同志是总工会副主席、主任科员，是我县“希望杯”竞赛组委会主要领导成员之一。一直以来，在各级党政的重视和支持下，他精心组织，突出重点，狠抓落实，扎实工作，推动了企业建立和完善安全生产规章制度，以“希望杯”竞赛为载体，不断创新企业劳动保护工作，取得了显著成绩。

二、抓扩大覆盖范围，各类型企业积极踊跃参赛。

“希望杯”竞赛促进企业实现安全生产取得显著成效，吸引了各类型企业积极踊跃参加到“希望杯”竞赛活动中来。随着全县经济改革的深入和市场经济的发展，该县将“希望杯”竞赛从最初的由国有企业为主开展到近年重点发动非公制企业的参赛，目前参赛的行业有农林、工交、基建、糖厂、饲料等多种行业。不仅是国企、乡镇、三资、私营企业，而且交通、运输等部门及第三产业如餐饮、宾馆、酒家、商业等都积极参加，参赛企业和职工逐年递增，全县企业参加“希望杯”竞赛活动从1999年四、五家企业、1千多职工参赛，到2010年发展到30多家企业，3千多名职工参赛。2010年10月，XXXXXX电集团XXX生物质发电公司在项目施工现场举行了如火如

四、抓竞赛载体，促进工会劳动保护工作。

半年来，英语教研组在学校各级领导的关怀指导下，在各位英语老师的积极配合下，圆满完成了学期初制定的工作计划。以下是我组教研工作的简要回顾。

一、抓好常规教学工作：

1）制定好学期工作计划，对教学常规工作中的备课、作业批改、常规课、备课组活动及教研组活动等作了统一、具体的要求，发给每个备课组和组员，使大家的工作做到心中有数，有的放矢，确保本学期工作的顺利开展。

3）组织好每周一次的教研活动，包括集体备课和评课活动。利用教研活动时间认真学习校领导下达的教学工作常规，使得每次教研活动都能够给予老师们增长见识、获得理论的提升。

4）加强学校交流，营造开放课堂。积极进行听评课，课后并进行交流。

二、组织、参加了丰富多彩的活动、竞赛

1）我组积极配合孙贞贞老师参加了县举办的课堂教学大赛，并获得了很好的成绩

2）全体组员精诚合作设计丰富的英语节活动。进一步推进素质教育，深化新课程改革，体现我校办学特色，促进学生全面发展，激发学生对英语的兴趣和爱好，提高学生英语的听、说、读、写能力，英语节，以一系列丰富多彩的英语活动为载体，激发学生学习的兴趣，营造良好的英语学习氛围，丰富校园文化生活，让学生在英语实践中体会到学英语、用英语的快乐。孩子们在英语节中，既收获了快乐，又收获了知识。

三、改进与发展努力方向

1）学习三我们的本钱，走群众路线是宗旨。每一位教师深信“三人行，必有我师”。互相学习、向书本学、向网络学习、向别课组、别的老师学习，共同协作，取长补短。

2）不拘一格，使用多种教学手段，上课形式多样生动，并多落实在平时教学中。让学生成为获益者。生动活泼的教学程序下能落实教学基本技能目标。力求全面提高。是每个老师的发展方向。

3）多开展活动，形式丰富多彩，让学生增加对这门学科的爱好，更增强兴趣，也是我们努力的方向。

以上是本学期我组英语教学工作的一些简要回顾，当然，我们毕竟是个年轻的集体，在工作中还存在着很多的不足，这就需要领导和老师在今后的工作中不断地给予我们帮助、指导，也需要向兄弟学校不断的学习、请教。我们坚信，昨天的成绩不只是一个终点，更是一个起点，是我们前进的动力，在今后的岁月里，我们英语组也必将再接再厉，兢兢业业，在教学方式、教学理念、教学手段上不断开拓创新，使我校英语教学工作更为出色！
