A very long time ago, there was a mean and corrupt mayor.But his secretary was a kind man that hated injustice.The mayor always felt nervous around his secretary.His secretary was so kind and fair that the mayor could not do what he really wanted to do.The mayor liked to be mean,but his secretary always asked the mayor to change his decisions.The mayor disliked his secretary, so he decided to find some fault with him.One day, during a terrible snowstorm,the mayor called his secretary into his office.The mayor said to the secretary with a cruel smile, “My good fellow, I have a desire for fresh peaches and strawberries.I want you to go out and get these for me.I know it is a difficult task, so I will give you a month to complete it.Then he continued, ”When you complete this task, I will reward you generously.But if you should fail to obtain these fresh peaches and strawberries in the month I have given you, then I will be forced to ask you to resign from your position.“

The secretary didn't know how to refuse, but he thought to himself,”Where can I find peaches and strawberries at this time of year!Nowhere!

I can't find them or even buy them with all the money in the world.“

秘书官知道他无法拒绝市长的要求。

这完全是不合理的，但他知道那是市长测试他的忠诚。

“没有希望！完全没希望，”他呻吟着。

秘书官打起精神，并决定尽他最大的努力尝试去完成任务。

他回家告诉家人，他不得不去外面完成重要任务。

他拿着一个小包裹，并开始在雪地里寻找新鲜的桃子和草莓

他去了一个又一个的城市寻找这些水果，但是没有地方能找到。

经过几个星期的寻找，他上吐下泻，返回家里。

秘书官年幼的儿子看着他生病的父亲问，“爸爸，为什么你要离开？”

生病的父亲，担心他会死，将真相告诉了儿子。

小男孩静静地听他父亲的话。

当他的父亲说完，男孩开始发话。

“爸爸，我想你好好休息养病。

请不要在想着你的这个任务了。我有一个好主意。

我想我可以说服市长，撤回他的要求。”

男孩来到市长的房子。

当男孩看到了市长，他对他行了一个大礼，并说到，“尊敬的阁下，我的父亲生了重病。当他按你的要求出去在雪地里给你寻找新鲜的桃子和草

莓的时候，被蛇给咬伤了，因此得了重病。......”

市长气得浑身发抖。“你这个恶心的骗子！”他尖叫。

“你这个傻孩子！这么寒冷的天气怎么可能有人被蛇咬伤！”

市长将他的拳头狠狠砸在桌子上。

男孩料到会有这种反应，所以他鞠了一躬，礼貌地问，“但是，尊敬的阁下，如果不能在这么寒冷的天气里找到一条蛇，又怎么可能有望找到新鲜的桃子和草莓呢？

我想你应该重新考虑你的要求。”

市长说不出话来。男孩难住了他。

当镇上的人民听到市长做的事后，他们要求他们的国王换一个新市长。国王让这个善良公正的秘书官取代了这个卑鄙、邪恶的市长。新市长的管理很明智，他的儿子还收到了国王奖励的一份礼物。

生拿着一个玩具青蛙胆怯的说，“是他们传过来的。”他补充道。然后他把青蛙交给了我。好家伙！在那么短的时间内青蛙竟然从第一组第二排传到了第四组！“这是啥？是你的吗？你敢说不是你的？！”我拿着青蛙问王兵。“是我的，我就是不交，谁让你打人呢！”其实我真的好害怕打伤了他，但我不能向他示弱啊，要不，今后这课怎么上啊？！于是我以威胁的强硬口气说：“以后上课你再这样，试试！”“哼，怕你哩。”他也在维护着自己的面子。“下课！”我宣布，然后拿着他的青蛙离开了教室。之后，我一直有些忐忑，偷偷地观察着他的鼻子，生怕他有什么好不了的伤，或有什么对我不好的举动。过了几天，什么也没发生。从那以后，他上课不再玩玩具，但也不听课，要么看课外书，要么睡觉，我也不招惹他。再后来，他在快要毕业的时候就没上了，因为那之前他就已经很不安分，不怎么学习了，其他科任教师也和他发生过冲突。我松了口气，但还是有些内疚，后悔。

可是事情并不像我想的那么简单。那又是一个初三班，班上有个不爱学习且成绩差的高个子较结实的男生，头发稀黄，皮肤较白。有一节英语课，上课不久，他就和他同桌聊着什么，我没理他，因为我不想像上次那样。

我又停止上课，静静听他们说，他们却不说了。我又继续上课、、、、、不到半分钟他又说上了！我生气地说：“别说了！你们俩啥意思，有本事上讲台来说！”“我偏不上来说！”说完，他大声地对他的同桌谝起来，不过这时他的同桌光听他说，不说了。同学们都看着我，我气急了：“站起来！”然后用书把他的额头打了一下。“去你妈的！”他猛地推了我一掌。我毫无防备地被推了一个趔前，爬倒在他们的长凳子上，那时的我怀着孩子，已经五个多月了！我吓坏了，不过肚子里的孩子好像没事，我气急了，心想你敢推我！我站起来和他拼打起来！我根本就没他力气大，我当时简直气疯了，所以拼了命地一阵胡打乱抓！其他学生赶紧跑来拉开了我们。把他拉到了学生宿舍，把我拉回了我的宿舍。我一个人在宿舍里哭了一个下午，直到晚上。第二天早上，余名的妈到校长那告我的状说：他们的余明不来上课了，说余明回家又哭又说，说彭老师把他的脖子抓烂了，他没脸见人了，所以没法来上学了。校长在中间“抹了些稀泥”，事情才勉强过去。为什么？这究竟是为什么？我伤心欲绝！我一个人教了三个年级的课，一二百人哪，我苦，我累，我都觉得没什么，我有激情我有信心能教好他们！可是为什么我竭尽全力，一心一意的努力换来的却是学生这样的回报和全县倒数的成绩？！我无论如何也想不通。我到底哪儿差劲，学生这么不服我，不听话？也许，我应该给他们一定的颜面，我应该注意批评学生的时间和场合。

后要从这些方面注意。可是，一想到那让人难看的场面。我就十分伤心，郁闷，气愤，消极。还没来得及从那阴影中走出来。

那是那之后的一个六年级，在接这个班之前，就听其他的老师经常在为这个班抱怨这，叹息那，为这个生气，为那个发火，说这个班的百分之九十几的学生都不爱学习，学习习惯如何如何差，基础也如何如何不好，教起来如何如何吃力。

我接上之后不久，发现那些老师说的太对了。三十个学生中二十四个男生，只有一个各门功课都好，很聪明的男生，叫陈梁，是班长，但行为习惯不好，劳动时偷奸耍滑，学习上骄傲自满，目中无人，走起路来，拧屁股甩尾巴的，毫无礼貌可言。因为他学习好，而且他的家长特溺爱他，（听说是因为他妈结婚很久都怀不上孩子，几年后才生了他姐，他爸妈高兴的不得了，谁知他姐长大了却是个弱智女。又过了一两年，才生了他，见他是个男孩，又那么聪敏，所以把他心疼的命根子一样，要啥给啥，说啥是啥）老师们见教起他来轻松，再加上他爸就是那副德行，也就睁一只眼闭一只眼，不说他。其他男生的学习提都没法提。六个女生中学习稍好的有四个女生，而且还不是很机灵，不是多么出色的，另外还有俩个女生被他们称作“不长心肝的”。给他们上课只有一种感觉：好费力，好痛苦。这是我当时的感觉。
