初二上英语教学总结及反思
初中英语组：冯冬梅
通过这一学期的努力，在英语的教学上，我取得了一些进步，但同时我也还存在一些不足。以下几点，是我对这一学期的英语教学的总结及反思。在平时的教学中，我发现初二年级的学生成绩存在两极分化现象，这是个比较难以解决的一个问题。记得当时刚进校时的初一学生，对英语学习热情高，好奇心强，学习成绩较好。但是随着时间的推移，难度的加深，以及兴趣的减弱，一些学生的成绩一步步地落后掉队，而且落伍人数也相对地增加。到了初二年级，分化现象尤其突出，直接影响着学生在整个中学阶段的英语成绩，同时也阻碍了初中英语教学质量的提高。因此，如何防止分化，大面积提高教学质量，使学生在初中阶段获得较好的成绩，是我们英语教师必需重视和解决的问题。
首先，就两极分化的问题，我分析一下原因，主要是来自师生两方面，综合起来有以下几种情况：
1.学生学习目的不明确。有不少学生开始学英语时是从兴趣出发，随意性和方向性程度大。他们学英语只是一阵子，一旦遇到挫折，就容易丧失兴趣和信心，知难而退，不思上进，导致成绩直线下降。
2.学生学习方法欠佳。有些学生没有掌握好正确的学习方法。如：记单词，死记硬背；练句型，生搬硬套，不注意语言环境；写句子不遵循英语习惯，强行汉译英逐句逐词对译等。
3.学生不了解学习英语的关键和要点。不少学生误以为，英语是知识型、理解型的课程，仅满足于老师讲的内容听懂了，而没有把主要精力用在听、说、读、写实践练习上，所以就无法形成语言技能，不能熟练掌握，就会边学边忘，越学越困难，最终导致掉队。
4.学生忽视了语言学习的渐进性。学习英语一定要循序渐进、扎扎实实、逐步提高。单词学不好就无法组织句子，简单句掌握不好就难学复合句，听力差就不能说好英语。如果一段时期没有抓紧，连续出现缺漏，学生继续学习英语就困难重重，掉队就难以避免。
5.教师的教学问题。英语课堂教学是初中生学习英语的主要渠道，如果教师教学不得法，不严格遵循语言教学规律，不全面贯彻英语教学原则，教法单一呆板，只注重知识传授，不注意能力培养，只注重讲解，不注意实践，这样持续下去，学生就很自然地只满足于学好语法、背会单词、看懂课文、会做习题，而实际上没有达到熟练掌握，形成技能。
基于以上分析，为防止和杜绝两极分化现象的形成，在下一学年里，我将采取以下措施：
1.采取有效的教学方法来调动和爱护学生学习英语的积极性。不断改进教学方法，提高教学水平，把课上得生动有趣。认真地钻研教材与教法，坚持循序渐进、精讲多练的原则。在教学中，先要预测学生可能遇到的困难，并找出克服困难的方法，来帮助学生顺利地学会所教内容。教师要善于创造良好的英语环境，激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
2.教师要有高度的责任心。要对班上每一名学生负责。要特别关注中下游学生的学习，对他们所取得的点滴进步都要加以肯定，当他们出现学习困难时，随时帮助解决。要用高度的责任感和事业心来对待后进生，对他们既要解决思想问题，也要解决学习问题。决不可视他们为包袱，置之不理，放任自流。
3.交给学生学习方法。教师在传授知识的同时，应注意学习方法的传授。正确的学习方法是学习成功的保证，方法掌握得越好，效率越高。如：记单词应提倡词不离句、句不离文、文不离景，也可采用同义词、近义词、反义词、同音词及派生词、衍生词等 “ 葡萄式 ” 记忆法。
总之，在今后的英语教学中，我会不断努力，不断思考，主动与其他教师沟通交流，不断请教有经验的教师，争取能取得优秀的教学成果。

i出生
一九九6年11月7日，我不愿意躺在妈妈温暖、舒适的宫殿里了，我要出来看看外面五彩缤纷的世界。
那天下午四点十分，医生在妈妈的肚皮上划了一刀，把一个“白白胖胖的小皇帝”从妈妈的子宫里抱了出来。一旦离开了我躺了九个月的宫殿，我仿佛失去了安全感，“哇”地一声哭了。
我一出生，妈妈就发现我特别能吃。在医院里，妈妈第一次给我喂奶，我就很熟练地吮吸着奶头，边吃边发出“吧嗒!”“吧嗒!”的声音。令其他病床上的妈妈们羡慕不已，因为她们的孩子似乎都不太会吃。外公夸奖我“将来一定是一个聪的孩子。
入园
一九九7年十月二十三日，我会走路了。一开始，我不会转弯，只会往前跑。没过多久，我突然就会转弯了。自从我会走路以后，除了睡觉，我总是一分钟也不停地在地上跑来跑去。不是跌破脸就是跌破额角，鼻梁上还留下了一个淡淡的疤。外公说“这孩子将来读书肯定成问题，没有一分钟能坐定。”

当我要写这篇文章时，我对小时候的事已经有些模糊不清了。
母亲的传记》
母亲出生在一个小村庄，在家排行老大，性格又乖巧，所以很受外公外婆的宠爱。小时候家里不算富裕，一家以卖蔬菜来维持生活，加上一个调皮的弟弟，生活更不好过。从小，母亲就学会了帮家里承担负担，虽然经常吃不饱，但她并不抱怨自己的出生。她与其他的孩子不一样，她喜欢帮大人们的忙，喜欢在泥泞的田地中奔跑。而她的弟弟却与她成为一种比较，弟弟好玩，而且经常弄得全身脏兮兮，被父亲训了多次，却屡教不改。
小学打基础且很重要的时期就这么给耽搁了，虽然母亲是班里的干部，和其他孩子一样，学到了一些知识。小学毕业了，由于家庭原因，母亲放弃了学习。她白天帮大人们干农活，嫩白的手上别提有多少茧子了，晚上点燃了油灯，自己埋头苦学。那时才14岁的母亲怎能承受这些的？但她让我意外了，才14岁时的她白天拼，夜里拼，竟然还能从中挤出那么一些时间来替弟弟补习。她一丝不苟的教着弟弟，做起了小老师，让调皮好动的弟弟成绩直线上升，就连弟弟的班主任都起了疑心。她也为此而感到自豪——从懵懂的小女孩，竟然有那么大的能力能帮助了自己的弟弟。从此，弟弟的成绩名列前茅。
母亲踏上了工作的道路，在一家布厂找到了工作。每个月都会给父母生活费，给自己留下了一小部分，生活却只能用“勉强”来形容，不管遇到任何困难，自己独身奋战，从不让家人担心。之后，经过媒婆的介绍，认识了我的父亲。从那一刻，她做了一个义务上、职责上的母亲。

在我的家乡有一项比较宏伟的建筑—— 滨湖公园大桥。桥下面是一条河，这河叫 拒马河，清澈的河底倒映着桥的样子，时不时有鱼儿跃起，把这倒影给分散，泛起一圈圈水的波纹。
桥的色彩是朴素的，有点灰色又有点白。它由两大部分筑成；（1）是桥身（2）是挽起桥身的桥墩，厚实而粗大，给桥身以安全感。东江桥长大约有200多米，宽有8多米，可以同时通过两辆车。如果你在桥上，一阵凉风拂过，再看看底下的河，清澈没污染，会让你的心情顺畅而开朗。桥的扶手上雕刻着许多图案，有老虎，有狮子等十二生肖。
这桥坐落在我们学校旁边，所以常常会有学生偷偷溜出去观赏，特别是春天。春天的“桥上风景”那可美了，没去桥上看的人就是不知道春天的美在哪。桥身由四条桥墩支撑，那桥墩是非常坚固的，就算洪水来了也绝不会倒塌。我爱它，因为它的坚固，给了我们人民安全和方便。
从远处看，这座桥毅然的矗立在河上，点缀了“母亲河”。慢慢的走近，在你眼前的是一座雄伟的大桥，你会发出感叹。它那雕刻精致的图案首先吸引了我的目光。接着是那宽阔的桥面，令我感叹！
从背面看，它像是一条通道，中间部分拱起了一点，让人感觉有点儿危险，可如果你从这边走到桥的尽头，你会感觉一点儿也不害怕，这就是桥的微妙之处。

第一次做饭
今天晚上，妈妈买了一大袋排骨，我心想：还是妈妈懂我啊，知道我最喜欢吃排骨了。
于是我便跟在妈妈后面说：什么时候做饭呀？妈妈笑着说：这些排骨买来就是给你做的。什么！我！我大吃一惊。
我一听到这个消息，既高兴，又很无奈。我先农村两个空盆来，一个装满了水，我把一整袋排骨都倒了进去，那强烈的腥味可真是刺鼻我忍受不住那个味道，只好歪着脖子，用手用力搓掉排骨上残留的血，过了一会儿，终于把血全洗掉了，我心想：原来做菜也不是那么简单的呀。我又照妈妈的吩咐去切生姜，我拿起菜刀用力向下一劈，只见差点就砍到手了，吓出了我一身冷汗，妈妈见我害怕，只得手把手教我切菜。
要开始炒了，我迫不及待地拿出油，就要倒进锅里去，妈妈却说：做菜要先打开煤气灶才行。我一边点头一边说：哦，我知道了。我把手放到开关上，把柄向下一按，轰火苗一下子全部炸了出来，我突然感到一股热气，连忙把手缩了回来。我先把切好的生姜和辣椒放进锅里，我把一盆排骨也倒了进去。可锅里一下子溅出来了很多油，我急忙向后退。妈妈则拿起锅盖盖住了锅。过了一会儿，我把锅盖拿了起来，妈妈往锅里加了一碗水，我就用锅铲翻炒起来，然后又连续放进了两勺盐，一些十三香，还放了一些酱油，炒了几下。于是就盖上锅盖，把水煮干，然后再加一碗水，再炒几次就完成了。
我亲自把这道菜端上餐桌，立马夹了一块放进嘴里，哇！可真好吃呀，我高兴极了，忙个妈妈也夹了一块。大家都说好。我心里十分自豪。
这次我明白了做菜也不是这么简单的，只有自己动手做的东西，吃起来才是最美味的。
