专业选修课

二、教学目的

随着我国改革开放的深入,越来越需要一批既熟悉国际贸易业务,又通晓外语的专业人才进行对外贸易与技术交流。《国际贸易函电》这门课要求学生通过学习,基本了解对外经济贸易活动的步骤及涉及的基本概念等。在此基础上,结合各种国际通用的书信格式,掌握对外贸易函电往来的语言规范,专业术语及附带的各种单证表格。同时,围绕信函的主题,锻炼贸易谈判能力,学习专门的口头表达方式。

三、教学内容

《国际贸易函电》内容主要包括两大部分。第1至12章为基础理论篇,本篇结合实例从理论上阐述了进行高效率国际商务沟通与函电写作的方法和技巧以及相关知识。第13到24章为商务函电实务篇,主要结合大量函电范文介绍了与国际商务有关的主要业务函电写作方法和相关知识。对各个贸易环节,用具体的进出口公司与外国有关公司及银行间来往函电,证件(如信用证、购货合同、售货确认书、保单、提单、发票等)形式讲解。同时补充以谈判对话的内容。
