自己对客户邮件回复的点滴看法
做外贸也有三年多了,第一份工作中,虽然也是属于外贸,但工作内容属于维护客户一类,开发信很少写,而且新客户基本是在广交会现场有意向的客户,展会结束之后通过联系有可能促成订单的。
真正对开发客户有感悟的是在第二份工作中。没有客户,只有靠开发信和电话沟通,才可能与客户建立起联系,即使这样,客户也只能是你的潜在下单客户,并不一定会短时间立刻有业务上的合作。除非客户急于更换现有供应商或者增加新的供应商,而且你的开发信不偏不倚的进入他的邮箱,引起他的兴趣。随后经过一系列沟通,确认产品才可能立刻下单。从某种意义上说,开发信的成功靠的是运气。而运气就是机会来了,恰巧遇上了你的努力。所以,要写好开发信,前期的准备工作必须做好。
在海安格力的这几个月中,自己先从熟悉产品开始,从事客户开发是在来公司40天之后,由于之前已经在阿里巴巴上搜索了相关的客户,所以在开发信的写作之初,自己并不担心客户的问题,而随着时间的推移,对产品的了解以及客户网站的研究,客户的邮箱数量就明显的捉襟见肘了。因此自己在写作开发信的同时,也把学习产品知识和搜索新的客户并举。起初开发信的质量确实是惨不忍睹:没有商务信函的格式,内容也是很随意。所以在这种情况下没有客户的回复是正常的。经过几个月的摸索,开发信的格式基本已经固定,但是开发信的质量一直上不去。在这段时间,幸好有经理和同事的指导,自己才能不断的慢慢进步。从写作开发信起,自己对开发信内容的想法也在详细和简洁之间矛盾:详细显得太长,客户时间看邮件时间有限,而太简洁又感觉不能把内容传达。但是开发信没有万能的模版,只要是得到客户回复的开发信,就可以算作一封成功的开发信,尽管不是完美的,至少可以说开发信的某一点吸引了客户。我们就是要去努力找寻更多这样的点,提高开发信对客户的吸引力,随之提高回复率。
说到客户对开发信回复的态度,可谓是多种多样。要么是直接拒绝,口气很强硬的那种,要么是婉拒,说是对产品感兴趣,现在不需要,但是也没有说需要的时候会联系你。虽然我们被拒绝,却会得到一个信息:客户是真实的,目前正在使用我们的产品。这种客户我们需要保持联系,在以后有下单的可能性。还有一种就是直接询价并且要样品。此类客户也需要区别对待,有些是真的需要我们的产品,而有些就是套取样品而不检测。像我司经营的产品,不经过客户询样测试是不可能下单的。每一封回复都是一个希望,不能因为客户的拒绝就放弃了联系。我们要认真对待每一封客户的邮件,有时候那些不冷不热的客户给你下订单的速度反而比那些常联系而没有实质性进展的。除此之外,我们要从其他角度挖掘客户的需求,尽可能把我们的产品推销给客户。做好外贸,是要做好打持久战的心理准备的。有些时候客户是会被你的执着感动的。你对客户研究的越细,了解的越多,找到客户突破口的可能性就越大,合作的就越大。
外贸人必须知道的十个定理:
1.一个差劲的业务员是传话筒,老板如果有时间、懂英语,一定不会需要你;一个一般的业务员是营业员,对产品问题能对答如流,但是无法影响客人的选择;一个优秀的业务员是导购,能帮客人明确他自己真实的需求,并且想办法去满足,没有了你,客人要么犯错、要么一无所获。
02.只有买错,没有卖错。一次错误的采购可能会毁掉一家公司,尝试体谅买家的各种犹豫不决不信任。
03.价格是让生意能做成的最后一环因素,而非第一环。虽然客人总在最开始就纠结价格,但你要相信,他们永远是在合适的产品里找低价,而不是在低价中找合适的产品。
04.假如客人的底线在你的底线之下,那么价格是没的谈的。只是,你的底线你知道,而客人的底线在哪里,很多时候他自己都不知道。
05.谈价策略的核心,是让客人感觉自己占了便宜(注意:是想办法给客人这种感觉,而不是真的给客人便宜,好好悟一下其中的区别)。
06.整个行业降价越猛,生意越难做;整个行业涨价越猛,生意越好做。
07.在客人对你的产品真正感兴趣之前,你所有的自我介绍,他一个字也不会读。08.开发信的关键就在于看起来别像开发信。
09.只要你偶尔还有“不买没关系,你倒是给个回话啊”这种想法,你就还是个新手。
10.订单是问不出来、催不出来、建议不出来的,一定不要让自己看上去像在指使客人做决定。
以上十点,觉得很在理。作为一名外贸从业者,需要有自己的一个准则,一个考量标准,从点滴做起,要求自己每天进步一点,向那些做得好的学习,以他们为榜样,不断的提高自己。
第二篇:如何整治不回复邮件的客户 -
相信很多人都有一个比较头疼的问题,就是 报价之后客户消失没音了。下面就看我如何整治这些不回信的老外:
分析下原因,一般情况下我会再写封追踪信给他:

一般客户不回复时,我用到第二个,客户都会或多或少回点内容的。个人感觉很有用,希望对你们也有用。

分析下原因,一般情况下我会再写封追踪信给他: Hope you are fine, my friend.It is regret that I haven't receive any information from your side.May I have your idea about our offer? 类似询盘的回复逻辑:
1.一套能做吗?具体他要的这个产品,一套工厂能提供吗?如果可以,就直接提供一个报价单表示一套的美金价格。同时告诉客人如果是下单前的样品,请告知并可能告知今后大货的订单量,到时会更新大货的价格给他。
2.在中国买值得吗?主动告诉客人他的这套产品不同用途可能产生的总共费用:如果一套家用,用国内的快递运输可能会产生多少的运费,加上产品费用,总的会需要多少费用得到这么一套产品。可以让客人考虑像你买是否划算。同时如果这个产品或类似产品刚好有出过给他们国家的某个客户,你也可以介绍他到你的客户那里购买。如果是下单前的大货样,工厂要收的样品费用及其他费用是否和家用不同?告知客人。让客人选择就可以,同时客人会根据你的提议回复邮件。

其实我也还是做外贸就10月左右,所以经验什么的都不是很成熟,在总结自己的同时还希望帮到比我还新的朋友,前辈不要拍我板砖哦。
发开发信要先找到邮箱,至于找邮箱呢,我觉得至今用的比较顺手的是各国邮箱的后缀(自己搜一下,太长了不好发上来)和一些好的黄页,有些朋友反映用邮箱后缀找不到,那是因为你要分析一下你们的产品在哪里很畅销,用的比较多。比如我们的产品水井管在沙特等中东产石油的地方用的多,那么就那些国建的公共邮箱后缀,搜出来比较多。其实我觉得开发信这个东西就像我们国内做电话销售一样,我想每个外贸人都很讨厌每天一大堆的网络推广电话,我想老外和我们应该是一样的心情。所以我觉得做外贸的不容易的,每天辛辛苦苦找邮箱发开发信息,而且还被人讨厌,看都没看就删了。有的说喜欢简短的开发信,有的喜欢有点专业性的比较长一点开发信,至于到底怎么样,我有两种版本经常换着发,要多多准备几封进行追踪,邮箱最好设上阅读回执,对有阅读回执的邮件进行追踪,几
周几个月时不时的骚扰一下。要用不同的版本,要不发一样的,看不看都删了,没什么新意。我开发信的内容很大众化就不贴上来了。呵呵
