最美保洁员

她是一九九七年来到环卫处的，从街道保洁员干起。十几年的保洁生涯，经历了太多的风霜雨雪，锤炼了她吃苦耐劳、扎实肯干的坚强品格。扫街虽然是个累差事、苦差事，可每天看着马路在自己手下变得干干净净，她的内心就会涌出难以言表的高兴。

清扫工作看起来很简单，但要干好并不容易，没有一股认真劲是不行的。多年来，她一直把人在路净作为自己的工作质量标准。几度风雨，几度春秋，风风雨雨，坎坎坷坷，她十几年如一日的清扫工作得到了领导和同志们的认可。

因她工作勤勉，后被调到县政府办公区当保洁工，这可是一个面子活。环境的清洁优美，是她的工作目标。她保洁的面积大、楼层高，有卫生间、洗刷间、厕所、楼梯等，365天没有节假日，没有星期天，有时每天工作长达十几个小时。在办公人员上班之前，她要把所有卫生区域打扫干净。这些年，手套磨破多少，靴子穿坏了多少，保洁工具用坏了多少，已难以计算了。

门窗、地板、洗涮池等都要经常擦洗，遇到顽固的水垢等污渍，她就先用草酸浸泡，再用钢丝球去擦。遇有大型会议时，还要加班加点，有时干到很晚，她从没怨言。今年10月8日，国庆节假期之后的第一个工作日，县政府办公楼组织卫生大检查，工作量大、卫生标准高，她没有向单位提出要求，而是把丈夫叫去，一起干到晚上七点多钟。

本报讯10月29日，银川市海宝小区保洁员刘爱侠向报社反映，她向公司索要养老保险遭公司报复被赶出车棚一事，记者11月1日对此进行了调查。

保洁员刘爱侠向报社反映，2001年她被海宝小区众一物业服务公司聘为保洁员，并看

护自行车棚，2011年9月8日，众一物业公司和刘爱侠签订了养老保险协议规定公司出21000元，刘爱侠出3680元，在9月25日以前缴纳办理养老保险。然而，物业公司到10月也没办成此事，刘爱侠就到劳动仲裁委员反映。没想到物业公司领导知道后，于10月26日18时单方面采取行动，由办公室主任陈旭红带领工作人员，强行让刘爱侠移交看车手续后，赶刘爱侠走。刘爱侠不同意签字交车棚，双方就发生口角，保安就对刘爱侠动手了。据刘爱侠提供的银川市第一人民医院诊断证明上写明：刘爱侠头部外伤，面部外伤，多发软组织挫伤，建议休息五天。

供刘爱侠一家住，同时刘爱侠又不愿意签车棚的新承租合同，决定收回车棚另聘他人承租。张艳称，26日下午6时，刘爱侠与她爱人两人来到众一物业办公室，将签有公司盖章的车棚移交单抢走，于是物业公司又将车棚移交单给抢回来，然后刘爱侠就坐在地上耍赖，又在外面乱喊乱叫称“打人啦！”，物业公司的人并没有动手打刘爱侠，并首先报了警。

一、保洁员岗位职责：
