学生学情分析
本班学生共45名,其中英语基础较好的有20名同学,听、说、读的能力较强;15人对文本的把握较好。其中学困生有10人,基本完全不会英语对话。因此,本课的教学要突出不同层次的学生对宾语从句的掌握和运用。

好的学习环境是孩子们健康成长的保证,所以我重视班级管理。在接手五(2)的教育工作,开学的第一个月,我用生命自觉的理念规范学生的行为,使学生适应这个学习环境并融入到这个集体中。在班级管理上,我注重培养学生的好习惯之一是(“静”文化)。初接手这个班感到孩子们不缺少“竞赛”的愿望和能力。百分之九十的孩子各个喜欢表达---每个孩子身上都有一股自信劲,满眼写着“我行”听我的!表现出来的是身上有一股躁气。多动,多嘴,多事。我觉得大部分学生都需要先学会聆听的品质。于是,我首先和孩子一起打造班级“静”文化。我先在后黑板上画一幅很醒目的一缕“红风”(红色卡纸做的),上面是冷色调---蓝色字体写着“一股静气”。只要进五(2)班教室便可看见。然后围绕着它,在黑板上出现了:“学习需要一股静气”;“管乐要在静美中感知”;“美术也要在恬静中品味”。再指导班级代贤晨写“一股静气”的文章投稿给学校广播站。学校广播站真的读了此稿。在同学们给完代贤晨掌声后,我趁热打铁对孩子们说:“张老师希望这股静气的“红风”能吹走你们的浮躁,班内有些同学的灵魂现在是上不着天、下不着地,飘荡在空中——(这就是)浮躁,浮躁是做事、学习的大忌。我希望同学尊重老师,并尊重老师辛勤的付出,好好学习,学习需要一股静气,把心静下来,管乐、美术、英语、数学才能高效学习,静心的同学一定能让自己的成绩更出色。事半功倍。张老师希望你们好好做人,让咱们一起打造“静” 的班级文化。”

(2015-2016学第一学期)
本学期,我担任八(13)(14)的英语教学,根据本学期教学工作计划安排及学生的实际,目前教学工作已将要结束,现就本学期教学工作总结如下:
一、思想认识:
在这一个学期里,我在思想上严于律己,热爱党的教育事业。一学期来,我还积极参加各类政治业务学习,努力提高自己的政治水平和业务水平。服从学校的工作安排,配合领导和老师们做好各项工作。
二、学生的基本状况:
八(13)班学生整体英语学习兴趣浓厚,英语基础较好。绝大部分学生背单词、颂课文比较轻松,学习态度端正。极少数学生(高思杰、刘世祥、刘洋、叶一敏等)学习英语困难。班学生整体英语学习兴趣低落,学习氛围极差,英语基础较差。班级课堂纪律让人担心,学生英语拼写不规范,学习不主动,对英语的兴趣较缺乏,学习态度较被动。有个别的学生学习态度较认真,对英语较感兴趣,但是他们基础弱,听写能力有待加强。
三、教育教学工作方面:
1、课前准备:钻研教材,认真备课。每一次备课都很认真,遇到没有把握讲好的课时立即提出,请其它英语老师参谋,综合考虑各种方案。多发表自己的见解让大家讨论,如有问题立即更正、改进。
2、多听课。本学期进修学校组织观摩课竞赛,为学习和提高讲课经验提供了一个很好的平台。学习有经验教师的教学方法,努力学习、积累经验,积累了许多教学技巧,提高了自身的教学水平,听课的同时,认真做好记录。
3、组织好课堂教学,关注全体学生,注意信息反馈,调动学生的注意力,使其保持相对稳定性。课堂提问面向全体学生,注意引发学生学英语的兴趣,课堂上说练结合,布置好课外作业,作业少而精,减轻学生的负担。
4、培优扶差。
八(14)学困生甚多。对于学困生,我总是给予特殊的照顾,首先是课堂上多提问,多巡视,多辅导。然后是在课堂上对他们的点滴进步给予大力的表扬,课后多找他们谈心、交朋友,使他们懂得老师没有把他们“看扁”,树立起他们的信心和激发他们学习的兴趣。最后是发动班上的优生自愿当后进生们的辅导老师,从而提高班级的整体成绩。
四、工作出勤方面:
我热爱自己的事业,积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在教育工作中,我积极参加集体备课、评课的教研活动和学校组织的例会。在我工作的这一学期中,没有缺课、迟到、早退,严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。尤其是远赴青岛学习,收获甚丰。
五、本期工作中存在的问题及改进措施
1.听力测试较少,苦于没有类似于听力考试的听力内容,对于学生听说能力的提升效果不够显著。
2.七14班整体学风较差,调皮捣蛋不学无术者甚多,学习习惯学习态度特差的也很多,如此学生较难说服,课堂纪律很难把控,尤其是几个难缠的女生屡屡不听劝说,不思进取,甚是让老师作难。
针对以上问题,现提出以下改进措施。1.多进行专业理论知识的学习。一方面利用网络、书籍等进行教育教学理论方面的学习,另一方面多学习英语专业知识,提高自身业务水平,同时多向张老师和贾老师交流,学习他们的教学经验。
2、教学过程中,注意抓常规教学,以学生为主体,面向全体学生组织教学,注意培养学生的听说读写的能力。真诚对待每一位学生,想方设法引导学生真正投入到英语课堂教学中来,针对七14班学生更应更因材施教,力争平静心态,持久做孩子们的向学工作,不放弃、不抛弃任何一个。抓词汇和句型学习,经常进行听写训练,提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力;另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵。
3、多与学生沟通。深入了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教学,由于对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练,所以词汇的得分率比以前高。另外因狠抓落实“学习法”,使学生学习习惯得到进一步改善,我班英语成绩有了较大的突破,平均分、合格率、优秀率均稳中有升。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练,但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去,但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后,应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。
4、课内外多听多说英语。上课时尽量用英语授课,这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和所学句型表演不同形式的对话,也可以结合实物和图片等用英语进行简单的描述,培养学生的语感。、抓好每周的要点回顾,重视讲评课,并进行考试分析。6.一要培养学生对英语学习有兴趣,二要培养学生的责任心,从小事从感恩开始,并且要用班规来落实,坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识,英语成绩就会不断提高。经过一学期努力,大部分学生都觉得英语有进步,以前不要说是背,读都读不顺,而现在有些学生还能背些英语对话了。如果只是为了应付考试,临时抱佛脚地补习,即使可以应付一时,但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼。
总之,不足之处敬请校领导批评指正,我一定虚心接受并力求改正。

一、教材分析
本单元的语言目标是运用句型“What did you/ she/he /they say...?” 和“I/He/She/They said...”,主要话题是不同人物谈论对周围的人和事的不同看法。本单元的所有活动以此为话题逐一展开,用英语转述他人所说的话,掌握直接引语与间接引语的相互转换,为以后宾语从句的学习作好铺垫。
本课时主要是介绍及导入新的语言现象。首先通过问学生“What are you going to be in the future? Why?” 谈论他们的理想,并通过第三人转述他人观点。“He/She said he/she was going to be a doctor…” 呈现了本单元的主要话题—谈论不同人物的不同观点。通过大量语言输入,从口头上初步认识直接引语与间接引语,诱导学生发现、总结出直接引语与间接引语相互转换需注意的事项,通过听力训练以及谈论连续剧进一步熟悉这一新的句型和语言现象。接着通过两两结对活动和小组活动等工作学习的方式运用本课时所介绍的关键句型用英语转述他人所说的话,谈论自己、他人对事物的不同看法。教学内容大多以学生运用句型谈论的内容为主,教学方式主要通过学生们的听和说,倾听别人的观点,然后表达自己的观点。
二、学情分析
1.大部分学生整体听、说、读、写能力好,接受知识的能力强。不过有部分学生由于基础较差,自信心不足,英语接受能力还欠佳。但他们对英语学习的兴趣还是比较浓,上课能积极配合,能大胆参与到各种教学活动中来。
2.以前教材中出现过一些宾语从句,因此学生们学习间接引语时并不会很难。同时笔者设计了很多他们熟悉并感兴趣的图片、人物、事件和情景,让他们进行大量的操练,符合语言习得规律,听说领先,读写跟上。3.本节课学生需要掌握的关键点就是熟练直接引语与间接引语的相互转换,尤其是人称、时态和部分单词的变化。
三、教学目标

五、教学过程 1.导入
提问并让学生讨论“What are you going to be in the future?”叫一名学生回答,教师假装没听清楚,问另一名学生“What did he say?” 从讨论入手,导出本课的知识点----间接引语,既激发学生的兴趣和求知欲,又为后面的教学做好铺垫。
2.呈现
利用多媒体展示一些经典形象,如猫和老鼠、一休、哆啦A梦以及马丁.路德.金的演讲等对话图片。提供直接引语句子,在间接引语句子中挖出一些空格供学生补充成完整的间接引语句子。(用真实的情景,在学生的脑海中建立句型模式He/She /They said…?使他们明白句子的意思和用法,挖出一些空格供学生补充成完整的间接引语句子,目的就是降低难度。)
3.归纳
通过大量图文并茂的对话情景(只出示直接引语句子和What did he /she /they say?)给学生强烈的感官刺激,学生不吐不快。引导他们归纳直接引语如何变为间接引语。通过细心观察、分析、比较与归纳,让学生对间接引语的感性认识上升到理性认识,完成本节课的语言知识目标
4.操练
(1)Group work,根据图片中文字提示,一组问What did he/she/they say?,一组回答He/She/They said…
(2)学生每人在纸上写出一句话,并把纸条传给别的学生,由学生用间接引语说出纸条上的内容.(3)学生三人一组,对课文1b进行现说现演。让学生进行充分地听、说练习,增强语感。充分调动学生的积极性,为下一步的听力作好充分的准备。(把1b内容提到这里操练,是对教材的有效整合。)
5.学习新单词,做听力1a.2a.2b练习。(先进行了大量练习,听力1a、2a已变得十分轻松了。进行了听前导读,降低了学生听的难度,同时大大增加了学生的成功感。)
6.做课堂练习
展示三类题型:
(1)根据直接引语句子,填空完成间接引语句子(只需填人称代词)。(2)根据直接引语句子,完成间接引语句子(只需填时态动词)。(3)展示直接引语句子,要求学生写出间接引语句子,确认答案。
听说领先,读写在后,把新的所学知识落实、巩固到笔头上。设计不同梯度的练习,让所有学生参与到练习中来,兼顾到个层次的学生学习,激发学生学习英语的热情。
7.布置作业
(1)完成练习册上的作业

七、学生学习活动评价设计
课堂上对学生进行及时地引导、鼓励、表扬,采取教师评价学生,学生之间互评以及学生制作自评表进行自评相结合。
八、教学反思
这节课是笔者的一节公开课的教学设计。堂课内容相对简单,学生预习到位,课堂上学生积极举手发言,密切配合教师教学。连成绩中下的很多学生都积极参加到教学活动中来。当课堂组织学生参加“说你说我”—-转述他人的话语和谈论连续剧(soap opera)时,学生的学习兴趣达到了高潮。他们举着手,兴致勃勃地去交谈。因为呈现句型和操练较到位,所以学生掌握得比较好。但是笔者感觉时间掌握得不是很好,后面的教学时间有点紧。也有许多环节还需要笔者及听课教师在今后的教学中进一步完善,如:学生可以通过思考、交流和合作等方式,更好地学习和使用英语,完成学习任务。活动不应该仅限于课堂教学,而应该延伸到课堂之外的学习和生活中,鼓励学生平日里多说英语,让学生活学活用、学以致用。
