大田六中2013-2014学年度教师教学技能评比方案

根据我校工作安排,落实我校教师队伍建设的工作思路,激发广大教师钻研业务提升技能的积极性,丰富课堂教学手段,提升教学品味,加强教师之间的交流,加强信息技术与学科的整合进程,加快我校教学现代化和教学资源建设,为教师的专业化成长搭建平台,经研究决定,举办教师教学多媒体课件制作和教学设计评比活动。现将本次比赛有关事项通知如下:

一、评比活动领导小组

二、评比活动的形式和要求: 1.教学设计(100分)

①比赛方式:根据提供的学科教材及教学内容要求,编写一份教学内容的完整设计(40分钟课堂教学)。

②设计要求:设计必须体现新课程理念,以各科课程标准为依据,并符合教学设计的要求。③评比时间:90分钟内完成。2.课件制作(100分)

①评比方式:参赛选手根据规定的教学内容而进行实用的课件设计创作。②评比时间:90分钟内完成。

③评比要求:课件要求简明,扼要,重点突出,并且突出方法过程;文件采用ppt式。

④ 比赛场地提供如下设备:无网络计算机、语音音频、课件素材包等。

三、评比安排

本次评比采取“教研组初赛评比和学校竞赛评比”程序进行。

1.比赛时所需电子素材由各教研组长准备,建立比赛专用素材包,交给林联丰老师,然后再由林联丰老师在赛前存进参赛电脑;教师设计的课时内容由各教研组长安排,并复印好内容。

2.教研组初赛评比:

语文、数学、英语组各选拔2名教师参加每项比赛;物理、化学、政治、历史、地理、生物各选拔1名教师参加每项比赛;音乐、体育组各选拔1名教师参加教学设计比赛;美术组选拔1名教师参加课件制作比赛;参赛老师只需参加一项比赛内容,不必同时参加2项比赛活动。

3.学校竞赛评比:分教学设计组(共14人)和课件制作组(共13人)进行。4.时间、地点:5月29日上、下午,科技楼五楼多媒体教室。

四、奖项设置

本次评比活动设特等奖、一、二等奖。

1.每项各设特等奖1名,一等奖3名、二等奖4名。学校将组织评审组对每位教师的比赛项目(教学设计和片段教学)进行评选。

2.为获奖教师颁发证书;为获得特等奖的教师授予本年度“教坛新秀”称号。

五、注意事项

各组负责人在评比活动过程中注意收集过程性材料,在评比结束后上交教研室。

What,then,is the status of grammar now?What is common practice with regard to the teaching of grammar,and what directions for future practice are suggested by recent and current research?

Firstly,it is important to establish the fact that“grammar teaching”can mean different things to different people.It may mean simply teaching to a grammar syllabus but otherwise not making any reference to grammar in the classroom at all(as was the case with Audiolingualism).On the other hand it may mean teaching to a communicative syllabus(e.g.of functions or of tasks)but dealing with grammar questions that arise in the course

of doing communicative activities.This is sometimes called covert grammar teaching.More typically,grammar teaching means teaching to a grammar syllabus and explicitly presenting the rules of grammar,using grammar terminology.This is known as overt grammar teaching.

The battle of Gettyburg July 1—3,1863.It was the major engagement in the American Civil War fought 35miles(56km)southwest of Harrisburg,Pa.,generally regarded as the turning point of the war.After defeating the Union forces of General Joseph Hooker at Chancellorsville,Va.,in May,Confederate General Robert E.Lee decided to invade the North in hopes of further discouraging the enemy and possibly inducing European countries to recognized the Confederacy.His invasion army numbered 75,000troops.When he learned that the Union Army of the Potomac had a new commander,General George G.Meade,Lee ordered General R.S.Ewell to move to Cashtown or Gettysbury.However,the commander of Meade's advance cavalry,General John Buford,recognized the strategic importance of Gettysburg as a road centre and was prepared to hold this site until reinforcements arrived.

The first day of battle saw considerable fighting in the area,Union use of newly issued Spencer repeating carbines,heavy casualties on each side,and the simultaneous conclusion by both commanders that Gettysburg was the place to fight.On the second day there were a great number of desperate attacks and counterattacks in an attempt to gain control of such locations as Little Round Top,Cemetery Hill,Devil's Den,the Wheatfield,and the Peach Orchard.There were again heavy losses on both sides.On the third day Lee was determined to attack.Some 15,000Confederate troops assaulted Cemetery Ridge,held by about

一、大赛宗旨

为提高我校学生音乐艺术素质,提升学生社会竞争力,助推我校校园文化建设,营造一个积极向上的学习与文化氛围,适逢第四届全国大学生艺术展演之际,特举办以音乐学院首届音乐技能大赛。

二、参赛对象:全日制在校本、专科生

三、报名方式:

各学院自行组织预赛,请于4月25日下午16:00 前将决赛个人报名表和学院汇总表压缩后以“音乐技能大赛报名表”命名并发至音乐学院邮箱,同时将纸质版加盖学院团委公章后交到音乐学院学生工作办公室(203房间)。

六、比赛类别

(一)非专业组

由每个学院(音乐舞蹈学院除外)选拔出声乐6人(民族、美声、通俗各2人),舞蹈、器乐各2人参加决赛。

所有选手均须参加专业基础理论综合和教育基础理论综合测试。其中,选手专业基础理论综合得分按70%计入基础理论知识总分,教育基础理论综合得分按30%计入基础理论知识总分。

①专业基础理论综合(满分150分):以《乐理与视唱练耳》、《多声部音乐分析与写作》、《中国音乐史与名作赏析》、《西方音乐史与名作赏析》、《中华民族音乐》、《外国民族音乐》、《学校音乐教育导论与教材教法》等7门课程为主要内容设置一份综合考卷,进行闭卷笔试。

②教育基础理论综合(满分100分):以《教育学》、《教育心理学》等课程,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》、《学校

艺术教育工作规程》(教育部令第13号)等政策法规,《义务教育音乐课程标准》(2011年版)及近一年教育时事为主要内容设置一份综合考卷,进行闭卷笔试。

(2)音乐教学技能

所有选手均须参加钢琴演奏、歌唱与钢琴伴奏、自弹自唱、合唱指挥等四个项目。中外乐器演奏为加分项目,选手选择参加。选手音乐教学技能总分为各项目实得分之和。

①钢琴演奏(满分100分):每名选手演奏自选曲目和现场抽签曲目各一首。现场抽签曲目为视谱弹奏(五线谱),两首曲目总时限为7分钟,其中自选曲目不超过5分钟。

②歌唱与钢琴伴奏(满分100分):选手现场抽签两两合作完成比赛。每名选手歌唱、伴奏各一次,单独计分。曲目由参赛选手自选,每名选手演唱(伴奏)时间不超过4分钟。

③自弹自唱(满分100分):每名选手弹唱自选曲目和现场抽签曲目各一首。现场抽签曲目为视谱弹唱(五线谱、简谱任选)。两首曲目总时限为6分钟,其中自选曲目不超过4分钟。

④ 合唱指挥(满分100分):每名选手指挥现场抽签曲目一首。采取指挥录音音响的方式考核。

⑤ 中外乐器演奏(满分10分):选手演奏除钢琴外的一种乐器,演奏时间不超过5分钟。乐器自备。以上项目提倡演奏、演唱中国作品。

七、奖项设置

1、非专业组声乐132名、舞蹈、器乐均44名进入决赛,共计220位进入决赛;专业组(音乐舞蹈学院本专业)各年级各专业取该专业人数的20%进入决赛。根据各院进入决赛人数情况,采取百分比的方式设定奖项名额。一等奖

为参赛名额的前10%;二等奖名额占10%-40%;其余为三等奖。师范组另设个人单项奖:基础理论知识、钢琴演奏、歌唱与钢琴伴奏、自弹自唱、合唱指挥等单项比赛各取前5名。

2、团体优秀组织奖八名:以学院为单位,根据选手报名情况、获奖组织情况和人员参与情况等因素综合评定。

备注:本次大赛设“最佳台风奖”、“最佳形象奖”、“最佳原创奖”各一名,由评委老师商议决定。

八、宣传与培训讲座

1、本次大赛将充分利用校广播站、校园网、横幅、海报、展板等宣传媒介,鼓励各学院以各种形式宣传自己的参赛选手。

中小学(园)教师教学技能大赛方案

为了深入贯彻落实市、县教育工作会议精神,促进全县教育系统‚提质增效年‛活动和‚进百校、访万家‛活动的有效开展,结合县教育局实施的教育质量提升工程,推进全县义务教育课程改革和高中新课改工作,不断提升中小学教师的整体素质,依据武教教发[2011]12号文件精神,教育局决定在全县范围内举行以‚新课改、新理念、新课堂‛为主题的中小学教师教学技能大赛,为保证此项活动的顺利进行,特制定本方案。

一、指导思想

以科学发展观为指导,坚持用新课改理念引领教学改革,坚持先进理论与教学实际相结合,充分调动教师投身教学改革、学习教育理论、钻研课堂教学的积极性,有效促进教师专业成长,提升教师的整体素质,深化课堂教学改革,不断提高教育教学质量。

三、参赛人员及学科

凡年龄在45岁(含45岁)以下的中小学、幼儿园教师均要参加比赛,同时鼓励45岁以上教师自愿参加。

参赛学科为中小学(园)开设的所有学科。

四、比赛内容及要求

比赛的内容包括课堂教学、说课、才艺展示等,并分别按80%、10%、10%计分。

1.课堂教学:比赛前以抽签方式决定授课内容,由授课教师独立进行教学设计(教学设计一式五份,上课前交评委),实施完整的课堂教学。教学仪态要亲切自然、端庄大方;语言表达准确规范,生动活泼,富于启发性和感染力;教学过程要充分体现新课程理念,以学生为本,发挥学生的主体作用;教学目标明确,重点突出,教学方法灵活,教学手段先进,能合理使用电教手段,体现扎实的教学基本功;注重学生的合作意识、创新精神、实践能力的培养,教学效果明显。本环节占总成绩的80%。

2.说课:课后,上课老师向评委说课,说课时间限制在5分钟之内。要求思路清晰,语言简洁流畅,目的明确,观点鲜明,无理论、观念和概念上的错误。本环节占总成绩的10%。

3.才艺展示:才艺展示分为①简笔画、粉笔字。②唱歌、舞蹈、器乐、书法、朗诵、曲艺、戏剧表演等。每位选手展示完①的内容后在②中任选一项展示,总时间不超过8分钟。本环节占总成绩的10%。(①②各占5%)

五、大赛程序及时间安排

本次比赛按层层选拔、逐级推进的程序进行,按站校初赛、站校复赛和县级决赛三个阶段开展。

第一阶段:站校初赛阶段

5月15日-25日为站校初赛阶段。由各站校成立大赛评委会,并根据本站校实际情况制定比赛方案,组织本站校教师分学科进行比赛,产生参加站校复赛的选手名单。

第二阶段:站校复赛阶段

5月26日-30日为站校复赛阶段。各站校组织初赛确定的选手分组、分学科进行比赛,产生站校推荐参加县级决赛的选手名单和拟获县级奖励的教师名单。各站校按要求于5月31日前向教育局推荐上报参加县级决赛的选手名单(具体要求见附件1)和拟获县级奖励的教师名单(具体要求见附件2),并分别填写《武威市‚新课改、新理念、新课堂‛中小学教师教学技能大赛市级获奖教师登记表》和《天祝县‚新课改、新理念、新课堂‛中小学教师教学技能大赛县级获奖教师登记表》(具体要求见附件3和附件4)。各站校推荐上报的教师名单要按复赛成绩排序,并尽可能涵盖各学段、各学科,各辅导站、直校每个学科限报1人。

第三阶段:县级决赛阶段

6月份为县级决赛阶段。在站校初赛、复赛的基础上由教育局组织各站校推荐上报的所有参加县级决赛的选手分组、分学科进行

比赛,并产生推荐参加市级总决赛的选手名单和拟获市级奖励的选手名单。

第四阶段:总结表彰阶段

9月份为总结表彰阶段。各站校在初赛、复赛选拔过程中要注意收集过程性资料,并在活动结束后对本次活动做出专题总结上报教育局(包括活动的实施方案、参赛教师的成绩汇总表、活动成效、存在的问题及建议等)。9月底教育局对本次教学技能大赛的结果进行通报,表彰奖励获奖教师。

六、名额分配(见附件5)

七、其他事项

(一)各站校要成立相应的领导小组和评议小组,加强对本次活动的组织与领导,要严格按照教育局的活动安排进行初赛和复赛活动,严禁图形式、走过场。

(二)各站校向教育局推荐参赛对象时,要根据成绩依次推荐出参加县级决赛选手和拟获县级奖项的教师,并要注意参赛教师的学科结构。

(三)教育局组织决赛活动的具体时间、地点、日程安排另行通知。

(四)县幼儿园和各乡镇中心幼儿园教师由本单位组织比赛,教育局依据教师人数按比例设奖。
