1、使用流程
用户在电脑上安装电脑寄信软件后,将在计算机上编写好的信函,通过internet发送到邮局的信函服务器,服务器根据邮政编码自动分拣,再通过internet将信函转发到收信人附近邮局的专用信函封装设备,专用设备将接收到的信函在密闭机身内自动打印封装,输出一封实物信函,最后由邮递员以平信投递的方式送至收信人手中。
2、付费方式

(4)保密:信函加密传输、密闭封装。电脑寄信软件首先对电子信函进行加密,再在internet上传达室输。加密方式上网上金融业务相同。邮局专用信函封装设备接收到信函信息后,自动在密闭机身内打印封装,输出实物信函,整个过程信函内容不会外泄,确保用户的隐私与商业秘密。

二、报刊订阅业务
报刊订阅是报刊发行的基本方式之一。报刊订阅执行定期预定预收制度。
各地邮政营业厅常年设立收订窗口,办理日常报刊订阅业务。采取窗口收订、上门收订、报刊发行站(员)收订三种方式。报刊订期:根据读者要求,随时办理报刊整订、破订。
1、报刊整订
报纸按月整订:杂志中周刊、旬刊、半月刊、月刊按季;双月刊、季刊、半年刊按半年整订;年刊和不定期刊按年收订。长期订阅,年底截止。
2、报刊破订
(1)、对于错过签订期的订户,邮政局所应随时办理报刊破订。
(2)、破订从来得及要数的当期起接受订阅。
(3)、报纸可以破月订阅,月底截止:杂志中的周刊、旬刊、半月刊可以破月订阅,月刊可以破季订阅,季底截止;双月刊、季刊可破半年订阅,半年底截止。
(4)、会议等特殊需求的报纸可以中途止订。
(5)、报纸出版地邮局对本地出版(含分地发行)的日报、周六报、周五报应做到次日起订。
3、报刊费的计算
整订报刊按整订价(月价、季价、半年价、全年价)计收订费。破订报刊按张册数乘以单价(破订价)计收订费。
三、集邮业务
1、新邮预订:新邮预订是邮政局为充分满足集邮者购买每年新发行邮票的需要,采用先登记交款,后按期供应邮票的一项业务。
(1)功能特点:形象宣传年册具有文化内涵丰富,品位高雅的特点;它通过邮票这种特殊的媒体,集欣赏、收藏为一体,彰显单位特色,是形象宣传的有效形式。
(2)办理方式:
1、各邮政局在每年11月份前在各邮政窗口公布下一的邮票发行计划和部分邮票图案及邮票预订种类,邮票预订种类通常分年票预订、年册预订、大版预订、小版预订等。
2、各邮票预订户根据自己购买邮票需要,选定预订的品种、数量,在各邮票预订窗口逐一登记,并按国家要求缴纳预订款。
3、预订登记完后,预订户取得新邮预订卡一张。第二年,预订户凭预订卡按照邮票发行时间定期到邮局领取邮票。
2、个性化邮册:是指利用国家邮政局发行的带有空白附票的邮票,根据用户的正当需求和有关规定,在附票上印制个性化内容的新业务。
(1)功能特点:在附票上印制不同的图案,也可在邮票整版边框按照客户求印制不同的图案,使其更具欣赏性、宣传性、收藏性。
(2)办理方式:申请邮票个性化服务的客户应当提供以下材料,在当地邮局集邮窗口办理。1.出具单位介绍信;2.提供相关图稿和文字稿;3.提出反映题材的主题创意;4.著作权使用授权证明;5.提供相关的说明材料
(3)业务资费:个性化邮票每版16枚邮票(含附票)收费28.8元。如需印制邮折或其他形式外包装,视数量、材质、工艺等因素确定价格,另收取费用。
3、形象宣传年册:是指为满足行政、企事业单位形象宣传的需要而单独设计制作的一种邮政全年邮册(它在全年邮票册的基础上,附加宣传页,以图片、文字形式展示该单位的宣传内容)。(1)功能特点: 形象宣传年册具有文化内涵丰富,品位高雅的特点;它通过邮票这种特殊的媒体,集欣赏、收藏为一体,彰显单位特色,是形象宣传的有效形式。
(2)办理方式:用户可在各市、县邮政局集邮窗口办理,形象宣传年册起印量原则上为500册,最少不低于200册。
(3)业务资费:依据全年邮票面值,设计制作及空册(空册内含4个P的宣传广告页),用户如需再增加宣传广告页另按规定收费。
四:速递包裹业务
1、国内异地特快专递业务:该项业务作为邮政的精品业务,以高速度、高质量为客户传递国内紧急文件资料及物品,同时提供多种形式的邮件跟踪查询服务。目前,国内已有近2000个市、县开办了此项业务。各地邮政窗口均可办理国内特快专递业务。
