本试卷考查对象：小学三年级学生； 内容：人教版PEP小学三年级下册的内容；
目标：激发和培养小学生学习英语的兴趣，使他们初步建立学习英语的信心。
难度系数：全试卷难度控制在0.7左右。试卷评析：
一、命题总体分析：
本次试题着重于考查学生综合运用英语的能力。比较贴切学生的实际，以激发学生学习英语的兴趣和增强学生学习英语的自信心为主要目的。从整体上来说，体现了新课改的精神。既注重了基础知识的考查，以此来督促学生的学习要以课本知识为主；又侧重培养了学生的综合运用英语的能力。力求做到源于课本知识，又不局限于课本，将有限的课本资源无限地运用到课堂外去！
二、试卷具体分析：
本次试卷满分为100分，答题时间为60分钟。基础知识占70%左右；难度较大的大约占20%，拉分值约为10%。试卷共有七大题，只考笔试。体现了本学期学习的重点，做到难易适度。显现了知识的层次性和循序渐进的原则。
第Ⅰ题主要考查学生对字母的掌握情况。因为《课标》还不要求学生书写英语，所以本题只以连线的形式出现，只要会认读就能很好 III
地完成本题。第Ⅱ、Ⅲ题主要考查学生对课本上要求“三会”的单词的掌握程度。只要平时多读多看，对这两题的解答就不是问题了。
第Ⅳ题是单项选择。此题的难度是很大的。第Ⅰ题是考查学生对“How ”,“What”和“How many ”三个疑问词的掌握如何。第2题主要考查学生对“an ”，“a ”和“some ”三个词的用法是否掌握。这是英语里最基本的，也是最简单的语法。第3题，是考查学生是否真下掌握了“Who’s that… ?”这句话的回答，是否能灵活地运用知识。第4题是考查学生对“Do you…？”这个一般疑问句的回答的掌握。
第Ⅴ、Ⅵ题都是考查学生对英语的实际运用能力的情况。分别以描述情景选择和看问句选答语的形式出现。让学生明白学习英语的最主要，最终的目标就是为了实际运用，而不是背死书。学习英语是为了人与人交际和对文化的交流。
第Ⅶ题，也是最后一题：英译汉。试题是以选择的形式出现的，这样就大大地降低其难度。就算是对有些句子不太掌握，但是通过猜测和对比，也能做对。
