My name is Yu Yang from faculty of arts and my subject is radio television and journalism.Next, please allow me to briefly introduce myself, everyone may obviously find out my character is outgoing, so, I like to do the things I enjoy, such as the broadcast and management, poetry, calligraphy, poetry creation, etc, while not proficient, also cannot say them ability, but I think having some hobbies is a very happy matter, for example,I have been hosted nearly thirty parties in almost half year , this process gave me great satisfaction +and it is a very substantial process.Ok, nonsense not say, I gonna talk somethings about food safety problems.Today I wanna say , the official words’s guiding function in the food safety issues.In today's society, with the development of science, chemicals have permeated all spheres of life, food additives or other chemicals causing food security crisis have become common, from melamine storm, Sudan red event to today's Shuanghui events, leather cows anointed, and watermelon expander event and so on, people from the beginning of the panic to today's callousness state is really a very sad thing.Media evaluation said, every Chinese people have a strong stomach, because it's responsible for digest everything.And in this process, the media rarely have the voice of a great multitude, mostly just the so-called experts’ deny of the events above, said food additives itself is harmless to human body ,just imagine, as chemicals, long-term useing, how can it do no harm to human body.So, some experts words is Christ irresponsible,they did not realize their work for government was essentially to serve for the people, the frequently rumor, cannot make public trust, and even disgusted.So, as the media，it cannot only covers experts or official discourse, more should go to listen to public opinion, to specify the legal or laws.Because the facts proved that some things experts have proved is really harmful.But in essence, experts words in a certain extent, is representative of the official image, and it will also affect people's interests, they should go study, have much investigation, with the practice to prove his point rather than on paper.Personally, the root of food safety is cause of the local protectionism, therefore, the central should come up with practical actions, perfect the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen the punishment and supervision, of course, strengthen the communication with people is the key.Finally, I wanna say we have no strong stomach to digest everything，so，let us take actions to protect ourselves and our posterity.

In recent years, China’s food industry occurs security issus frequently, which makes people worried and lose confidence.Food safety, related to the people’s health, safety and healthy development of economy, is the major issue of national stability and social development.Since the Sanlu Incident occurred in 2008, the entire society increasingly concerned about food safety issue.It was in this context that the food safety issue was referred to an unprecedented level.There are the following main issues in food security: using poor quality raw materials in the food manufacturing process, adding toxic substances, excessive use of food additives, abusing of chemical additives and so on.There are many reasons to cause this problem, and regulators, producers and even consumers share responsibilities.The entire society should try effort to avoid food safety issues.

The Little Prince(French: Le Petit Prince), first published in 1943, is a novella and the most famous work of the French writer and pioneering aviator Antoine de Saint-Exupéry(安东尼·德·圣-埃克苏佩里)《小王子》（法文原書名為Le Petit Prince），是法國童话作品，法国贵族作家、飞行员先驱安东尼·德·圣-埃克苏佩里（1900–1944）的最著名的作品，于1943年在纽约出版。23年退伍，第二次世界大战期间他重入法国空军。后辗转去纽约开始流亡生活。在这期间，写出、《小王子》（1943）等作品。1944年返回同盟国地中海空军部队。在当年7月31日的一次飞行任务中，他驾驶飞机飞上湛蓝的天空，就此再也没有回来。牺牲时，年仅44岁，成为法国文学史上最神秘的一则传奇。

This small book contains a fairy tale, a story about many things.A little prince lives on a young star.The prince loves his roses, but felt disappointed by something the rose said.As doubt grows, he decides to explore other planet.He passed through various star, afterwards, he arrived the Earth,He and the author met one another in the desert, they gradually have become friends.Finally, he returned to his own star.这个小本书包含一个童话故事,讲述了很多东西。小王子居住在一颗小小的星球上面，王子爱他的玫瑰,但是被玫瑰花的话语刺伤，感到非常失落。随着疑惑的增长,他决定尝试其他的行星。他经过了各种各样的星球，后来，他来到了地球，在沙漠中他和作者相遇了，他们渐渐的成了朋友，寻找到那失去的天真，与感动。最后，他又回到了他的星球。

In the travel, the young prince saw allthe forms of person confused in the society : King, loves the vanity person.The drunkard, for put behind ashamed drinks.The industrialist, only likes calculating the numbers of money.Their only common ground, in the heart fills the vanity.In the travel, the young prince discovered that, the people on the Earth always does not satisfy oneself lives, they are pursuing happiness with hardship, but actually frequently crudely happily expels from the side.在旅行中，小王子看到了形形色色的人在社会里迷茫：

The story's essence is contained in the lines uttered by the fox to the little prince:.(“One sees clearly only with the heart.What is essential is invisible to the eye.”)Other key thematic messages are articulated by the fox, such as: “You become responsible, forever, for what you have tamed” and “It is the time you have devoted to your rose that makes your rose so important。” 故事的本质是台词中所包含的，由狐狸对小王子说出：。（“人只有用心才能看得清楚。本质的东西是肉眼看不到的。”）其他主题的信息也是借由护理之口说出来的，如：“你必须永远对自己所驯服的东西负责。”和“你在你的玫瑰花身上耗费的时间使得你的玫瑰花变得如此重要”

概述

《小王子》以一个理想主义的孩子般的视角来看待人类生活。作者在撒哈拉沙漠坠机，遇上了从遥远的小星球来的小王子，從小王子有意無意的透露中，他逐漸知道了小王子的經歷：小王子在自己的小星球上与驕傲的玫瑰花闹别扭之后，动身四處遊歷，他在不同星球遇到了不同的事物。其思想可用故事中狐狸的话来表示：“真正重要的事物用眼睛是看不到的”。

《小王子》自从1943年在纽约问世以来，被译成42种文字，多次再版，经久不衰。《小王子》曾被多次改编成话剧和电影，盛演不断。《小王子》已被选入许多西方国家的教科书，成为青少年的必读书籍。人们不禁要问，产生《小王子》现象的原因何在？ 我想，法国作家安德烈·莫洛瓦对安东尼·德·圣-埃克苏佩里评论中的一段话或许是对上述问题中肯的回答：“《小王子》在其富有诗意的淡淡哀愁中也蕴含着一整套哲学思想。”“这本给成人看的儿童书处处包含着象征意义，这些象征看上去既明确又隐晦，因此也就格外的美。”

（小知识）

法国1997年版50法郎纸币上的正面头像是圣埃克•苏佩里。安东尼•德•圣-埃克苏佩里一生喜欢冒险和自由，是利用飞机将邮件传递到高山和沙漠的先锋。二战期间，法国被纳粹占领，他去了美国。1944年他在一次飞行任务中失踪，成为法国文学史上最神秘的一则传奇。除了飞行，用写作探索灵魂深处的寂寞是他的另一终生所爱。代表作品有童话《小王子》(1943)，该书至今全球发行量已达五亿册，被誉为“阅读率仅次于《圣经》”的最佳书籍。其它作品还有小说《南方邮航》(1928)、《夜航》(1931)、散文《人的大地》(1939，英译名《风沙星辰》)、小说《空军飞行员》(1942)、《要塞》等。

200法郎的纸币正面头像是居斯塔夫•艾菲尔，法国建筑工程师，设计了埃菲尔铁塔。他是一位法国工程师，金属结构专家，也是一位作家。埃菲尔在欧洲以本世纪在金属建筑上做出重要成绩的最出色的工程师之一而著名。他的成绩就包括在巴黎建造的，以他的名字命名的埃菲尔铁塔，法国的一些巨大桥梁和高架桥及波尔图的巨大铁路桥。

Version I It is universally acknowledged that the safety of food is closely related to our health.However, At the beginning of the year 2008, the low-quality milk products by SANLU Company killed many babies.Therefore, it is high time that we paid attention to this grave issue.There are several reasons for these serious problems.First and foremost, some companies, to gain huge profits, make fake commodities or products of poor quality.In addition, laws and regulations have not been implemented in a strict way.Last but not least, the public especially customers from poor families ,are not alert enough to the safety of food.In view of the graveness of the problem, effective measures must be taken before things get worse.Firstly, it is imperative that relevant laws and regulation should be enforced in a stringent way.Secondly, the public should be trained to be alert to food quality.Only by taking these actions can the problem be tackled successfully in the nearest future.Version II

Food safety problem has become the focus of the global concern.In China, the food security problem really causes people 's concern.The food safety incidents that have occurred in China over the past few years are still fresh in people’s minds: 2008’s melamine-poisoned milk powder;gutter cooking oil(地沟油);Shuanghui’s clenbuterol-contaminated(瘦肉精)pork;dyed steamed buns(染色馒头)in Shanghai.Incidents like these are a source of constant concern for the public.Food safety is the most basic problem of people's livelihood, why in China the national food safety problems emerge in endlessly?

过去的几年间发生的重大食品安全事件仍然历历在目。2008年的三聚氰胺毒奶粉事件、之后的地沟油事件以及双汇瘦肉精事件、上海染色馒头事件都在不断触动公众脆弱的神经。食品安全是最基本的民生问题，为什么在我国家食品安全问题层出不穷呢？

Science and technology level is relatively backward, the food industry standard relatively slowly.Lack of moral and credibility boost China's current food safety problems.Environmental pollution leads to the risk of food safety remaining high.Meanwhile, people’s thought of utilitarianism is more serious which caused the food safety problems to appear repeatedly.科技水平仍相对落后, 食品行业标准相对滞后。道德滑坡、诚信缺失助推了中国当前的食品安全问题。环境污染导致食品安全风险性居高不下，人们的功利主义思想比较严重等原因，造成了食品安全问题屡现。

解决方案：

What food can be safely eaten? Law is not perfect（法律不完善）

There are many disadvantages of China’s legal system about food safety, which has provided the unqualified food with the living space.China's law provisions about food safety is too sweeping, difficult to operate, and these laws and regulations are seriously lagging.Many indicators are far below the international standard, and many important standards still haven’t come out, which has enacted those illegal manufacturers and enterprises.中国关于食品安全的法律体系中存在着诸多弊端和问题，为不少问题食品的产生提供了生存的空间。中国的食品安全法律条文规定的过于笼统，难以操作，并且这些法律法规和标准体系严重滞后，现有的一些食品安全的标准水平规定偏低，许多指标远远低于国际标准，许多重要的标准至今还尚未制定出来，这就为那些不法厂商、企业违法生产超低标准、不合标准的食品提供了可乘之机。

Consumers’ lack of the consciousness of food safety（消费者食品知识匮乏）

First, consumers are lack of knowledge about food safety.In China, many consumers’ income level is low, without enough spending power, plus, the lack of corresponding common sense, so ,when buying, they are indifferent to food safety and often only pursue cheap products, regardless of the quality health problems.Consumers’ psychological state supports the problem of food sales opened the doors for some illegal companies..Secondly, many consumers are lack of common sense about scientific consuming food, which could trigger some diseases and even cause food poisoning events.首先，消费者缺乏购买安全食品的常识。中国众多的消费者由于收入水平低下，没有足够的消费能力，加上缺乏相应的常识，所以在购买食品时安全意识淡漠，往往只图便宜，不顾及食品的质量、卫生问题。在消费者这种心理的支持下，就为问题食品的销售打开了门路。

其次，很多消费者缺乏科学食用食物的常识，由此可能会引发一些疾病的产生，甚至导致食物中毒事件的发生。
