我们学校初一年级英语组将认真贯彻英语教研组教育工作会议精神,本学期工作计划将继续以课程改革为中心,围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规,进行课改研究和专题研究等活动,增强全体备课组教师的质量意识、课改意识、创新意识和发展意识。

1、更新观念,提高认识,改变教学方式。认真学习初中《英语新课程标准》和有关现代教育教学理论。教师要彻底改变传统的师生观、教学观、人才观。教学从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生综合语言运用能力,使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。

2、充分发挥备课组力量。为适应素质教育的发展及中考的需要,我们要认真学习《英语新课程标准》,认真钻研教材,实行集体说课、备课。备课尽量做到节节集体备课,地点就在英语组办公室。在个人说课的基础上,进行集体备课,统一每课时的教学目的和要求,单元的重、难点,知识讲练的深度与广度,选择恰当的教学方法,做到练习一致,测试一致。平时积极探讨,相互交流,有经验及时总结,有问题及时解决。

3、认真上好牛津版初中英语7A教材,完成整个学期的教学任务。同时进一步激发学生的英语学习动机,提高他们的学习兴趣,使他们具有较强的自主学习意识。能在教师的帮助下计划、组织和实施各种英语学习活动。能主动扩展和利用学习资源,从多渠道获取信息。能根据自我评价结果调整学习目标和策略。能体会交际中语言的文化内涵和背景。复习巩固语言基础知识,注重过程性评价,培养学生的听、说、读、写能力。

4、突出教学重点,攻克教学难点。突出教学内容的重点:听力、口语、词汇、句型、语法、阅读、书面表达贯穿整个教学过程。每周定时上口语课;每天进行单词、短语、句子的听写和课堂过关测试;每堂课进行随堂听力训练和句型、语法练习;同时通过课外作业对单词、句型及语法进行巩固性练习;每单元进行一次单元综合测验,以提高学生在完形填空、阅读理解、书面表达等各方面的能力。

5、课后做好不同层次学生的辅导工作。尤其要关心后进生,厚爱特困生,积极投入到爱心帮扶活动中去。要重兴趣、重方法、求稳定、求实效,避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。对英语学习水平不同的学生,要做好“培优补差”。在上好课的同时,我们全备课组教师也积极参加各种教科研活动,从而不断提升自己的专业素养!
