take::花费(时间、金钱)主语为物;

spend :花费(时间、金钱)主语为人。

(3)时间状语:already, yet, just, ever, never, once, twice, so far, ever since, for a long time, for + 一段时间, since + 过去的时间点/过去时的从句,等。(4)注意事项:

A.现在完成时是现在的时态,重点表达目前的结果和状态;B.表示动作从过去开始持续到现在用for + 时间段, since +点时间连用。对for与since短语提问用how long。

C.现在完成时从不与when引起的疑问句联用。

D.have been to:去过…have gone to:去了…have been in:呆在… E.短暂性动词变为延续性动词:

buy---have had borrow---have kept join---have been in / have been a member of become---have been a member make friends---have been friends die---have been dead get to know---have known come/go to do---have done catch a cold---have had a cold begin/start to do---have done begin / start---have been on enter / come / arrive / get to / reach---have been in/at go / leave for / set off / set out---have been away from 2.since,for在现在完成(进行)时中的用法差异(1)since 后接过去的时间点或一般过去时的从句。He has been an English teacher since three years ago.(2)for后接时间段He has lived here for three years.3.现在完成时与一般过去时的区别

现在完成时表示过去发生的某一动作对现在造成的影响和结果,强调的是现在的情况,所以它不能和表示过去的时间状语连用,如:yesterday, last night, three weeks ago, in 1990等。

而一般过去时只表示过去的动作或状态,和现在不发生关系,它可以和表示过去的时间状语连用。如: He has lived here since 1992.1992年以来他一直住在这里。(他现在还住在这里)He lived here in 1992.1992年他住在这里。(并不涉及他现在是否住在这里)

注意:用来表示不赞同前面所提及的内容,有两种不同的方法,不可混用。如: I don’t think so.我不这么想。

一、现状分析

我们初二年级共14个班,共有英语老师7位。在下学期的工作中,备课组的老师们将会齐心协力,认真反思过去经验的成功与不足,制定行之有效的计划,争取在本学期提高课堂教学质量、提升学生英语学习的兴趣和水平。

二、工作目标

总目标: 缩短差距整体推进

具体目标:

1、在初二阶段的日常教学过程中注重基础知识训练,强化听说读背练习,重点落实合格率和优秀率的提高问题。

2、积极参与英语组内培训,提高老师业务水平从而全面提高学生的听、说、读、写能力。

3、开展各类与英语有关的活动,在培养学生兴趣的同时增强学生学习英语的能力。

三、工作重点

1.继续培养学生学习英语的兴趣。有了内在的动力,学生能够主动积极地学习英语,而不是靠老师来逼着学。上学期,我们备课组成功举行了外语文化节活动,活动的举行在相当大的程度上调动了学生的积极性。本学期,我们初二备课组将会继续组织学生参与手抄报比赛,单词过级,书法等比赛。

2.继续坚持每单集体备课,发挥集体智慧,认真钻研教材,改进教法,提高课堂效率。

初二英语组教师将珍惜每周备课时间,共同研究教法,经常性进行组内互听互评,不断提升自身业务水平。针对新教材的特点,备课组全体成员要做到精心备课,吃透教材,根据每个单元各自特征和学生的实际能力,制定出不同教学设计方案和任务单,以此促进学生的积极性。在平时的常规课堂教学时,力求教学明确目标,突出重点,抓住关键点和难点,充分调动学生的积极性,发挥学习主动性。

3、针对学生英语学习“两极分化”现象,我们将采取如下措施:

1)、结合各班实际,仔细研究教材,制定切实可行的教学方法。特别注意面向

全体,随时调整教学密度、深度、广度,提出的问题要注意深浅结合、因人而异,増强学生学习英语的信心,顺利完成教学计划。

2)、对待每一位学生都满腔热情、一视同仁,为每位学生的成长负责。对学习困难生要加倍关心、特殊爱护,耐心辅导差生,耐心解答他们学习疑难问题,使之掌握有效的学习策略。让每位学生真正感到教师是她们的知音,产生亲近感,有利于师生间的情感交流、教学和谐。

3)、尝试分层教学。可以尝试分班分层或班内分层等形式实施分层教学。针对不同层次的同学确立不同的教学目标,采用不同的教学方法,既要照顾到优秀学生“吃不饱”的现象,又可以解决一般学生“吃不了”的问题,促使每一个学生能发挥出最佳水平。

我们将继续本着团结一致,多沟通,多研究,重探索,重实效的原则,在总结上学期经验教训的前提下,出色地完成初二英语组备课任务。
