三、遵循先听后看的训练思想
考生一定要先听录音，把录音听2遍、3遍„„，直到听不出任何新的内容为止，再看录音文字材料。如果因为自己听不懂，就忙着看文字材料，就把听力训练变成了阅读训练。
四、边听边记、记忆关键词
考生在听的过程中要学会捕捉和记忆关键词，例如数字信息、人物关系、人物身份、地点方向、态度方向、建议意见、弦外之音。
五、熟记逻辑关系词，把握语篇重点内容
根据录音中的逻辑关系词，例如转折、递进、总结等，可以得知对话或者语篇中哪部分才是传达的主要思想。
