口语外教培训:谁说口语不能速成? 我们身边口语好的人无非两种,要么是海归,要么是外企人事。究其原因是他们生活和工作中都会用到英语。知道了问题所在,那么提高口语就很容易了。正所谓“Practice makes perfect!”(熟能生巧)。
我们常说兴趣是最好的老师。学习英语也一样,首先要把学英语当成一件快乐的事。可以通过多途径多角度学习,比如听英语歌,看喜欢的英语电影,试着用英语写日记,在 速恩英语 和外教一对一交流自己感兴趣的话题等等,把英语学习作为生活的一部分。
其次,学习英语一定要重视学习效率。反复枯燥的复习已经学会的内容是没必要的。直接高难度的学习也容易打击积极性,所以选择与自己水平相当的内容是很重要的。全外教英语口语练习,是根据学生的实际水平授课,不会出现太难或是太容易的情况。
很多同学都迫切的想提高自己的口语能力,这种心情可以理解。目前市面上的学习材料多不胜数,让人眼花缭乱,于是有人看着差不多的就买回家,随便翻两页随手就放在一旁,相信有不少人都花过这些冤枉钱。所谓“贪多嚼不烂“,自己学习很容易会出现这种情况。较好的方法是和老师交流,了解自己的水平,明确自己的学习目标,再有的放矢的学习。有条件的同学也可以参加全外教英语口语班,带着问题去上课,上课后及时消化掉当天所学,让学习节奏紧凑而又有序。
最后,最重要的一点,一定要付诸行动,并且坚持。就像学习游泳一样,即使是世界冠军给你示范一万遍,如果你就是不肯下水,那你就永远是个旱鸭子。口语的提高要靠日常的积累,口语速成,是掌握了正确的学习方法,少走弯路。

开展英语外教口语课方案
目的意义:
让本校学生零距离向外教学习英语,用英语与外教进行交际,让学生更深地认识到英语的实用性和重要性,从而提高本校学生学习英语的积极性,为营造学校学生更好的英语学习氛围提供了有利条件。
让外教给学生带来他们的文化、价值观,给教师带来一些新的教育理念。
内容:小学低年级外教英语口语课 实施对象:
一、二年级学生 实施具体内容:
一、课程设置:
1、二年级共两个班每周各上2个课时。(每周共4个课时)
2、看授课效果而定,初设三——六年级每学期每班各上1个课时英语口语体验课。
3、本学期第5周开始授课到15周结束(除国庆假期除外,一、二年级共80课时)
(说明:按二年级教学效果定,再加上三——六年级各班各一节的体验课8节(如果免费),共30节次)
二、教学人员安排:
1、由
文化教育培训中心选派两名有小学教学经验的优秀外籍教师,和两名有一定教学技能、责任心强的助教进行执教。
2、相关年级的本校英语教师对外教教学工作进行跟踪。
三、教学内容安排:
1、2、主要用现行的一、二年级英语口语教材
外教自己带一些与学生所学教材内容相关的学习辅助材料,通过自己的组织与创新利用进行教学。(如:他们国家本土的一些有趣儿童书籍、故事、活动片断等)

5月22日上午八点20分,细雨蒙蒙,微风中略带几分寒意,但在丈八沟小学多功能厅却暖意融融,因为我们热切的迎来了高新国际学区长学校外教罗伯特老师为我校四年级学生呈现了一节精彩纷呈的英语口语交流课。
看!小手举得多高!哗哗!鼓励的掌声此起彼伏;罗伯特老师流利标准的发音、诙谐幽默的肢体语言、极具亲和力的娇态,深深吸引着在场的全体师生。更让人回味无穷的是罗伯特娴熟的教学技巧,寓教于乐、寓教于游戏的教学思想。听课教师认真记录,并不时为罗伯特精湛的教学艺术、灵活多样的激励学生的方法所折服。下课的铃声响了,师生们还沉浸在愉悦、快乐之中。最后,还参观了我校的校容校貌,就学校未来发展交换看法。
