After a decade of hardship for middle class families, and a recession that wiped away millions of jobs, we are in the middle of a tough fight to rebuild this economy and put folks back to work.Winning this fight will not depend on government alone.It will depend on the innovation of American entrepreneurs;on the drive of American small business owners;on the skills and talents of American

workers.These are the people who will help us grow our economy and create jobs.But government still has an important responsibility.And that’s to create an environment in which someone can raise capital to start a new company;where a business can get a loan to expand;where ingenuity is prized and folks are rewarded for their hard work.That’s why I fought so hard to pass a jobs bill to cut taxes and make more loans available for entrepreneurs.It eliminated the capital gains taxes for key investments in small businesses.It increased the

deduction to defray the costs of starting a company.And it’s freeing up credit for folks who need it.In fact, in just the first two weeks since I signed the bill, thousands of business owners have been able to get new loans through the SBA.But we need to do more.So I’ve proposed additional steps to grow the economy and spur hiring by businesses across America.Now, one of the keys to job creation is to encourage companies to invest more in the United States.But for years, our tax code has actually given billions of dollars in tax breaks that encourage companies to create jobs and profits in other countries.I want to close these tax loopholes.Instead, I want to give every business in America a tax break so they can write off the cost of all new equipment they buy next year.That’s going to make it easier for folks to expand and hire new people.I want to make the research and

experimentation tax credit permanent.Because promoting new ideas and technologies is how we’ll create jobs and retain our edge as the world’s engine of discovery and innovation.And I want to provide a tax cut for clean energy manufacturing right here in America.Because that’s how we’ll lead the world in this growing industry.These are commonsense ideas.When more things are made in America, more families make it in America;more jobs are created in America;more businesses thrive in America.But Republicans in Washington have

consistently fought to keep these corporate loopholes open.Over the

last four years alone, Republicans in the House voted 11 times to continue rewarding corporations that create jobs and profits overseas – a policy that costs taxpayers billions of dollars every year.That doesn’t make a lot sense.It doesn’t make sense for American workers, American businesses, or America’s economy.A lot of companies that do business internationally make an important contribution to our economy here at home.That’s a good thing.But there is no reason why our tax code should actively reward them for creating jobs

overseas.Instead, we should be using our tax dollars to reward companies that create jobs and businesses within our borders.We should give tax breaks to American small businesses and

manufacturers.We should reward the people who are helping us lead in the industries of the future, like clean energy.That’s how we’ll ensure that American innovation and ingenuity are what drive the next century.That’s how we’ll put our people back to work and lead the global economy.And that’s what I’ll be fighting for in the coming months.Thank you.

小时候，我以为你很美丽，领着一群小鸟飞来飞去；小时候，我以为你很神气，说上一句话来惊天动地。”歌声激荡着我的青春岁月，那时的我就仰慕于神圣的教师职业，希冀成为歌中那美丽的角色。于是，怀揣着满腔热情和赤诚，来一中登上三尺讲台，圆我的教师梦。工作不满三年，在我们的一中，我不仅深深感受到为人师的艰辛和压力，更多的还是艰辛压力背后那无法释怀的平凡和奉献。正象歌里所唱，“长大后，我就成了你，才知道那教室放飞的是希望，守巢的总是你；长大后，我就成了你，才知道那块黑板，写下的是奉献，擦去的是名利。”

身为教授的当代作家贾平凹有一幅对联时时鞭策着我：百无聊赖何为教，一事无成怎做授。21世纪，新时代教师的寄托是什么？精神支柱何在？在我看来，两字回答足矣，那便是看似轻实则重的“师德”。

如果说，教育是太阳底下最光辉的事业，那么师德是教育的光辉；如果说教师是塑造人类灵魂的工程师，而师德就是教师的灵魂。师德是人梯，给求学的攀登者以无穷的帮助；师德是绿叶，衬托着千万朵桃李之花尽情地开放；师德是渡船，搭送着求知者驶向成功的彼岸；师德是彩虹，是驿站，是理想之火，生命之光，是教师的人格魅力，是教育的全部生命。我为什么成为一名教师，我要做一名什么样的教师？这是师德的实质。在物欲横飞金钱至上的今天，越来越多的人对金钱趋之若骛。人们总以一种功利目的看问题、做事情。而教师这一字眼使它自然呈出几许平淡，原本就与世风格格不入。

尊敬的各位领导，各位来宾，朋友们：

大家好！很荣幸能作为创业先进个人在这里发言，此时此刻我的心情是无比激动和自豪的。

作为分场的一名普通农民能够获此殊荣，首先我要感谢我的家人，是他们的支持和鼓励，让我对未来充满自信和憧憬。同时也非常感谢二牧场党委政府及莫因分场场领导对我一如既往的支持和帮助，谢谢你们。

回首过往，无尽感慨。我是农二分场的一名普通的见习生，12岁那年因事故，右手三根手指被砸断截肢，这次事故使我肢体被定为三级残疾。要适应生活，就必须付出比常人更多的时间。我常常利用在家务农时磨练坚强的意志和毅力。2003年，我跟随妹夫学习种植哈密瓜，外出打工包地。有了积蓄后，扩大种植规模，因善于管理，科学种植，不久，就买了房买了车，成了周围有名的哈密瓜种植户。外出的这几年，我积累了丰富的种植经验，结识了众多销售客商，拥有良好的信誉，为以后哈密瓜的销售奠定了基础。

俗话说致富不忘本，我决定回分场，在当地创业。我发现根据当地气候和土壤特性，这里种植哈密瓜非常适宜。于是做了决定：要回分场种植哈密瓜！我的想法得到了父母和妻子的大力支持。国家的政策越来越好，场里也相继有了许多优惠政策，这更加坚定了我的决心。为保证成功，我不惜成本，承包了分场的闲散土地300亩集中管理，走规模化种植哈密瓜86-1，只2009年就挣纯利20万元。看到这种植成功的哈密瓜，我决定扩大种植规模，尝试选用新品种，还专程到

五家渠选了一种叫“西周密17号”的品种，该品种在内地市场上非常少，是 超市货架上的稀有品种，受到广大消费者的青睐。它口感脆甜，清香四溢，每公斤瓜种8000元，而普通瓜种价格为700元。为保证口感质量，我选用了较贵的无公害、低残留的农药和化肥，这使得每亩地的费用增加了800元。

由于哈密瓜不能缺水，加之沙土地耗水量大，在水紧张时，这就是一大难题。为解决水的问题，我想到了滴灌技术。这时，场里正好补贴滴灌设备，农民不掏一分钱，就可享受该优惠政策。我通过宣传知道：滴灌既节水、结肥，又省时省工，怎会没人用？优惠至此，却没有人敢尝试，我决心试试，就向分场领导申请了部分滴灌设备，自己投资6万元，购买2个大型滴灌设备过滤器，铺设滴水灌溉网1000余米，果然收到了良好的效果。这样我种植的“西周密”每亩地售价3900元，每亩纯收入达到2000余元。在我的带领下，农户们看到了滴灌设备的好处，大家都开始使用。现我分场已有2000余亩节水滴灌，缓解了用水紧张的局面。农户们看到我成功后，纷纷找到我，希望通过种哈密瓜致富。我毫不犹豫的答应了。于是，我就联合分场的部分农户，合理搞科学种植，不止是种哈密瓜，还有打瓜、食葵。毫不吝啬给分场农户传授种植技术，希望带领大家都能走上致富路。在场领导的支持和我不懈的努力下，我的哈密瓜种植基地稳定了下来，安排固定工4个，月薪3000元。农忙时每天使用零工几十号人，零工工资每天120元，工资日清日结，带动并增加了周边农牧民的经济收入，使他们年收入直线增加3000元。我返乡带动农户就业的先

进事迹经所在二牧场党委、工会和社保的大力宣传并上报，引起了社会的广泛关注。

此时，牧场鼓励职工植树造林，但是职工对植树造林的积极性不高，因为投资大，资金回笼慢，且经费和土地由造林者自己落实。于是我自己投资两万多元种植35亩路边林，在林带间隔中，套种打瓜，当年收回围栏成本，还净落两万元。分场领导通过我以点代面，形成了150亩地的防风林带。不仅加强了职工植树造林的意识，而且还实现了分场绿化的新突破。

今年，我又承包了分场里600亩闲散土地，因土地都是分散的小块地，不利于管理经营，我和农户协商进行土地兑换，集中管理，这样，整合了土地，又降低了大家的管理成本，同时解决了部分职工群众出门创业和打工的机会。

我认为做人最基本的就是诚信，时常告诫自己，要做一个对社会有益的人。分场每年春季，都要清淤渠道，我总是主动承担最难挖的地段，毫无怨言。分场里民族困难家庭，如孩子上学、老人看病，或缺少农资，我总是能爽快的垫付，少则几百，多则几千。每次有特困家庭需要帮助时，我总是带头第一个捐款捐物，成为了民族同胞的好兄弟，眼里的好心人。我内心一直秉承一个信念：每个人都有困难时候，一定要团结互助。

我有一个和谐、幸福的家庭。我们都知道家庭和谐，事业才能发展，社会才能稳定，这是根基之所在。后方家庭的稳定，使我没有后顾之忧。在事业上更能放开手脚干。我积极和分场领导沟通交流，围绕“生

产发展、生活宽裕、村容整洁、管理民主”十六字要求，带领村民致富。并同分场的有为青年协助分场领导管理调节村里的各种大小事宜。每当有利益纠纷，尽可能通过平等沟通、协商协调、教育引导等办法解决矛盾问题，赢得了分场领导的信任和群众的信服。这一来调动了广大群众参与管理分场的积极性；二来使分场的社会风气得到了明显的改善，喝酒、打牌的人少了，想致富的人多了。

自我以后，我分场现涌现了许多种植能手和养殖能手，扩大了种植的优质品种和养殖规模，使他们年收入由原来的1-2万增加到了6万余元左右。大家干劲十足，在场领导和分场领导的大力支持下，共同致富。

我们相信只有农户的生活水平得到提高，居住环境得到改善，牧场才能在大家的共同努力下得到更好、更快的发展！最后，谢谢大家的倾听，祝各位在新的一年里工作顺利，梦想成真。

各位领导、老师：

大家下午好！我很感谢大家给我这次机会站在这里！

2007年我有幸加入了广外这个大家庭，成为一名图书馆馆员，并先后任职于流通服务部、办公室及阅览服务部。在领导和同事的支持和帮助下，我在思想上和工作上都取得了些许进步。2010年12月我转为预备党员，同时，也有幸被评为2010年-2011学校优秀工作者及先进个人。

作为一名图书馆员，我将自己定位为平凡的服务者。我参加这次竞选，初衷不过八个字，即“博爱公允，至诚服务”，在坐的各位大多不熟知，但是这八个字已经深深印刻在广外图书馆员心中，我始终秉持着这一馆训踏踏实实做好本职工作，真诚地服务每一位读者。作为团总支，服务的对象便是咱们广外的广大教职工。我认为，真诚地待人，至诚的服务恰恰是这个团队所需要的。只要能秉持这个原则，认真、踏实、用心做好每一次团队活动，每一次联谊，每一次座谈，实实在在解决实际问题，那么这个团队必实现了它的价值。所以，带着这份诚意、这份心情，我希望能加入到教职工团总支这个队伍当中，为大家带来更多的福利，提供更多的帮助，能为这股年轻血液注入一股青春活力，汇聚无数星星之火成燎原之势。同时，也希望能伴随大家一起成长，能为大家多搭建沟通的桥梁，能使咱们广外教职工生活变得更多彩，能创造更多结识良师益友的机会。作为广外大家庭的一员，我希望大家能给我一分信任，我将用99分热情，汇聚成100分的动力，带着我的这份初衷，将这份责任抗肩上，最后用行动来回报大家。
