(一)立足基础

刚学英语的时候，学生对英语这门课程充满好奇，喜欢学习、模仿。但是，我发现自从他们到了八年级，好奇心逐渐减弱。随着学习难度的增加，学生产生了消极情感，没有兴趣，甚至厌学。

教师面对一些整体学生进行教学的态度误区。教师对学生学习英语的要求过于严格不能注意到学生的差异性，没有发现他们接受语言的快慢程度，最终导致有的学生吃得饱，有的学生吃不饱。吃不饱的那部分学生就会产生以下情绪：上课或讲练习的时候，就会马虎，注意力不集中。

教师在有些知识点讲过后，有的甚至操练了多遍，反反复复强调了，学生仍没有掌握。有些教师就责怪学生，并因此加强反复训练。于是在教师的责怪声中，在枯燥的联系中，学生的学习兴趣消失了。

基于以上分析，为防止和杜绝两极分化现象的形成，教师就必须根据两极分化及时帮助，以防为主，初中英语的教学重点是基础知识和基本技能，因此教学应面向全体同学，争取做到人人基本达标。在教学过程中学生学习出现差距是不可避免的。一旦出现，就应该及时找学学生谈，分析他们掉队的原因，动之以情，晓之以理，使学生从思想上认识到学习外语的重要性。同时给予学习方法的指导，耐心帮助他们补习功课。对于一些有可能掉队的学生，及早指出，说明掉队的严重后果，做到防患于未然。产生的成因，有的放矢地采取相应的对策。

１、教师要善于调动和爱护学生的学习英语的积极性。要不断改进教学方法，提高教学水平，把课上得生动有趣。课堂活动，使学生学习英语的积极性始终高涨。

２、教师要有高度的责任心。要对班上每一名学生负责。要特别关注中下游学生的学习，对他们所取得的点滴进步都要加以肯定，当他们出现学习困难时，随时帮助解决。要用高度的责任感和事业心来对待后进生，对他们既要解决思想问题，也解决学习问题。决不可视他们为包袱，置之不理，放任自流。

３、端正学生的学习目的。教书育人是教师的神圣职责。教师在教学过程中，应不断引导学生明确学习目的，帮助他们树立信心，树立远大理想，做好克服困难准备。

４、交给学生学习方法。教师在传授知识的同时，应注意学习方法的传授。正确的学习方法是学习成功的保证，方法掌握得越好，效率越高。实践证明，这种长期定时地，有计划、有目的地帮助后进生，实施既扎扎实实、实事求是，又是循序渐进、逐步加深的辅导，比起那偶然的 “ 蜻蜓点水 ” 式的、课后 “ 亡羊补牢 ” 的补心辅导，效果显然好得多。“ 实践出真知 ”。怎样教好初中英语，防止两极分化现象，以及如何解决，是无固定模式的，需要我们每一个英语教师不断的探讨、终结、反思和完善。

这次期中考试，学生英语成绩很不理想，两极分化十分明显，部分语法知识的掌握不够牢固，尤其是个别题 反复做过几次也没能把握好，阅读理解能力和书面表达能力比较弱。具体有以下几点：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，学生遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。

造成这种结果的原因是多方面的，但 最重要的 有下面几方面：

1.对学生要求不够严格；部分学生偷懒。

2.没能充分调动学生的积极性；提高课堂教学效率。

3.典型题讲解不够，训练不到位。

4.平时检查督促力度不够。

在今后的教学中，1.继续抓好双基知识的训练，打牢基本功。2，引导学生梳理知识，掌握语法规则，逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力。3，培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题。4，讲课时，尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言，坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语。5.在平时要通过阅读，培养学生

阅读多种文体的能力，如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性，同时，启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想，逐步培养良好的英语语感。6.设计全面、高校的课外作业，并进一步培养学生良好的书写习惯，做到整洁、规范，正确地书写；每周写一篇作文。

7.在教学过程中，还需加大学习力度，积极研究探索教学方法并及时改变，就一定能提高整体英语水平。
