大家下午好！

周而复始，日月轮回。今天是5月4日，今天我演讲的主题是：保护生命，防震减灾，做一个成熟的地球公民。

大家知道，几年前的5月12日，在我国四川省汶川县发生了里氏八级的强烈地震，给人们的生命和国家财产带来了很大的损失。

我国是个地震多发的国家，地处在太平洋板块和亚洲次大陆板块的结合部位，受这两大板块的共同作用和挤压，形成了我国西高东低复杂地形地貌。著名的地球之颠珠穆朗玛峰就是地壳运动的结果，板块漂移的杰作。其实，亿万年前，青藏高原一带还是汪洋大海一片。人们不仅感叹：地球运动的力量是多么神奇。

第一，学习科学，认识地球，预测地震。

人类对地球内部构造的探索从来就没有停止。我国东汉时期有位杰出的大科学家名叫张衡，他于公元132年发明了世界上第一台地动仪，张衡制造的这台地动仪，相当灵敏准确。公元138年的一天，地动仪精确地测知距离洛阳500多公里的陇西发生地震，可见精密程度达到了相当高的水平。欧洲在1880年才制造出类似的地震仪，但在时间上晚了1700多年。当代我国最优秀的地质学家李四光、翁文波等人，经过长期的科学实践，认为地震等自然灾害是完全可以预测的，截止目前，运用李四光的预测理论，我国已经成功地预测了地震活跃带上14次6级以上的地震其中的10次，准确率达70%。

尽管我们的祖先非常优秀，现在的科学进展也了不起。但是由于地质构造非常复杂，加上地震类型复杂多样，人类的科学认识水平，到目前为止，还不能每次都准确地提前探测出地震，即使是世界科学发达的国家美国也做不到。所以现在人们虽然实现了毛主席生前预见的可上九天揽月的美梦，我们国家的嫦娥登月也即将成为现实；但是还做不到可下五洋捉鳖，通俗地讲，也就是上天相对容易，入地反而更难。这是我们人类科学方面普遍遇到的一块短板。需要我们当中未来产生更多的小张衡，从小学好地理知识，了解更多的地壳运动规律。从而象天气预报那样提前测报地震就好。

第二，认识自然，关注一些自然界异常现象，可能就是地震前兆。

我手里拿着一本淄博市地震局编印的防震减灾手册，当然，地震还是有些前兆的，比如讲，天边提前出现特别的地震云，有的地方地下水会变颜色，会发出异样的声响，有的动物会有特别的反应，1976年河北唐山大地震前，动物园的好多动物就乱跑嘶鸣，鸡飞狗叫，这次汶川大地震前一两天，上万只癞蛤蟆集体搬家，只不过人们大多麻木，没有重视和警惕，所以，人们也要好好向动物学习，这门学问叫仿生学。

第三，防震减灾，杜绝人祸，警钟常鸣，居安思危。

一次大地震会教我们清醒不少，我想，等同学们将来长大了，如果成为建筑工程师，你在设计的时候，首先要考虑提高房屋的防震标准，起码得按八级设防。如果你将来长大了，成为一名科学家，你要更多地认识我们这个地球，探索更多的科学规律，尽到做到提前预报，减少损失；同时，不论何时何地，要有防患危机意识，当灾难降临时，不要慌乱，或就地卧倒，或在老师的指挥下有序疏散撒退到操场上，要学会自救自护，1995年9月20日临沂苍山发生5.2级地震，地震本身没砸死一个人，却造成320人受伤，其中56人重伤，其中绝大多数为震时学生跳楼受伤或争抢外逃而被挤倒踩伤。然而，1976年唐山大地震青龙县几十万乡亲无一伤亡，这次汶川大地震，安县桑落中学2200名学生毫发无损。都因为积极有为，平时防微杜渐，创造了零伤亡的奇迹。

我们这个世界，有的人不幸死于象地震这样的自然灾害，也有不少人是死于无知，所以我们每一个公民，从小就要多学习一些科学知识和自救自护安全逃生知识，了解地理学、仿生学，就可以做到防震减灾，我相信，随着科学日新月异的进展，人类终将变得越来越成熟，人们能够象预报天气那样准确性地预报地震，从而保护生命，减少损失。

同学们，还记得2008年的5月12日吗？三年前的5月12日，四川省汶川地区发生了自新中国以来最为可怕的灾难——8.0级大地震，地震造成7万余人遇难，37万余人受伤以及巨大的经济损失。为此，我国把每年的“5月12日”定为了“防震减灾日”。这，既是纪念四川汶川大地震故去的人们，也是提醒我们前事不忘、后事之师，增强全社会防震减灾意识。

我国是世界上自然灾害最为严重的国家之一，灾害种类多、分布地域广、发生频率高、造成损失重。在全球气候变化和我国经济社会快速发展的背景下，近年来，我国自然灾害损失不断增加，重大自然灾害乃至巨灾时有发生，我国面临的自然灾害形势严峻复杂，灾害风险进一步加剧。

作为学生，我们要树立足够的危难意识，珍爱生命，最大限度保护自己，我们要学习地震应急避险知识，提高应对突发地震事件的能力，掌握必要的自我保护技能，为生命设防。那么，我们学生在地震发生时要注意哪些呢？

1．如果正在上课，地震来了，同学们一定在要在老师的指挥下，迅速抱头，闭眼，赶快躲在自己的课桌下面。

2．第一次震感过后，大概也就是在几十秒钟，还是在老师的指挥下迅速、有序的，抱头，撤离教室，在楼道里不要惊慌，又要喊叫，不要拥挤，避免踩伤，摔伤，冲出教学楼，冲向操场。

3．如果正在操场上上体育课，可原地不动，蹲下或趴下，双手护着头部，注意避开高大建筑物。

4．应该强调的是千万不要跳楼！不要在窗台边上去！也不要到走廊的护栏边上去，更不要尖叫，不要拥挤，迅速撤离教室、教学楼。刚才学老师在说到地震来了怎么办的时候,同学们注意到了没有,有两个关键词:一个是“在老师的指挥下”；一个是第一波地震来时“桌子”非常重要。

第一，通过这次期中考试，发现很多学生充分调动单词的能力还有待加强，明明那些单词学生都会说，但是当单词出现在试卷上的时候，很多人就不认识了。虽然在平时早读课的时候我都要求学生边读边指，读到哪指到哪，但是部分学生还没能达到单词句子认读的要求。

第二，单词，课文的巩固力度还不够，这也一直是学生们的一大弱项。家庭作业大都是以读单词，背课文为主，所以家长一定要做好监督工作。

第三，26个字母的大小写书写不规范。没有注意特殊单词首字母要大写。

第四，注意细节，强化记忆。有些题学生明明是可以拿满分的，可因为一些细节的东西而丢了分，这是最冤的。

下面介绍一下教材，四年级的英语，是小学英语学习中一个重要的阶段。“万丈高楼平地起”，只有地基打牢了，楼才能建得高。所以打好基础是非常重要的。四年级是英语学习的初级阶段和基础阶段，培养孩子良好的学习英语的学习习惯是最最要的。这些好的学习习惯会让他们在英语学习的道路上受益匪浅。怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢？我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，虽然我们英语课时特别少，但是我会尽自己最大努力提高课堂效率。在此，我只是真诚地呼吁我们的家长配合学校，配合老师，我们共同努力来帮助孩子学好英语。我们要和孩子共同成长。因此我们要重视学生良好的学习习惯的培养。

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《弘扬雷锋精神、争做雅行少年》 雷锋精神其实质和核心是全心全意为人民服务，为了人民的事业无私奉献。雷锋精神的时代内涵，集中体现为服务人民、助人为乐的奉献精神，干一行爱一行、专一行精一行的敬业精神，锐意进取、自强不息的创新精神，艰苦奋斗、勤俭节约的创业精神。

在新时代我们如何学习雷锋精神，争做雅行少年呢？ 弘扬雷锋“一辈子”的奉献精神

雷锋说：“人的生命是有限的，为人民服务是无限的，我要把有限的生命投入到无限的为人民服务之中去。”

“一辈子”的奉献精神，或“一辈子”的服务精神，是雷锋精神最根本、最主要的方面。虽然雷锋只活了短短的22年，但据有人不完全统计，雷锋做了200余件好事。他的生命是有限的，但是雷锋的精神是永恒的。我们只有心怀祖国，感恩祖国，报效祖国，才叫不汪活一世人。

弘扬雷锋“一颗钉”的学习精神

雷锋曾说过：“有人说工作忙，没有时间学习。我认为问题不在于工作忙，而在于你愿不愿意学习，会不会挤时间。钉子有两个长处：一个是挤劲，一个是钻劲。我们在学习上，也要提倡这种‘钉子’精神，善于挤和善于钻。”现在我们抓紧时间努力学习，发扬雷锋的“钉子”精神。
