曾有过一次超过她的师姐，而且总分总是较多地少于师姐，但心有大志的吴敏霞却从不曾放弃过，一直在不懈地坚持着自己最初的梦想，最后终于成为跳水界的“一姐”。

假如我是社区主任。。

社区工作涉及面广、内容丰富，社区工作做的好与不好直接关系到广大居民群众的切身利益。而居委会主任是社区群众的主要领导者和组织者，在社区建设中承担着特别重要的责任。假如我是社区居委会主任，我会把为社区居民服务作为整个社区工作的根本点、出发点、落脚点，把社区工作开展得扎实有效，提高到一个新水平。所以，我要从以下几方面着手：

一是要在服务上下工夫。丰富服务内涵，创新服务机制,提高服务质量，把社区工作做到居民的心坎上。怎么才能把工作做到居民心坎上呢？这就要求社区干部要利用一切机会融入到居民中，了解民情民意。我将在社区制作“X社区居民联系卡”，社区人员从主任到一般工作人员要带着各自分工的职责入户，与居民交流、沟通，尽快熟悉辖区居民家庭的基本情况。

二是社区工作要在便民、利民、护民、爱民等方面有新的举措、新的作为。当前社区工作在做好“服务党员、服务群众、服务发展”工作的基础上，还要纵深推进，深化安全服务、文化服务、健康服务、就业服务、生活服务等。同时要进一步建立起社区服务的长效机制和保障机制，提高服务质量。要以居民满意的程度来检验我们社区服务工作做得是否到位。

三是要在功能上再拓展。社区在服务居民的同时，还要在提高居民素质和文明意识中发挥更大作用。社区要在宣传群众、教育群众、组织群众，提高居民素质上不断创新，赋予新的内容，取得新的成效;

要在推进基层民主，建设政治文明方面积极探索，有所作为。

四是随着社会快速发展，加之国企改革和政府机构改革的逐步深入，社区党员的组成成份更加多元化，党员中下岗失业人员、外来流动人员、企业改制分流人员都汇集到社区，由“单位人”转变为“自然人”，本社区党员队伍日益壮大，由原来的几人发展到现在的35人，下岗、外来人员的增加，思想觉悟出现差异，因此，日常管理要求更高、难度也更大，在党员大会及党课讲座学习时要注重加强这方面的引导和教育。

五是要继续保持和加强与辖区单位的交流和联系，在不影响街道大共建的前提下，与辖区单位开展“小共建”，改变社区居委会人员一上门不是摊派老鼠药、就是收卫生费的形象。当然，最终目的还是为了能够更好地完成上级下达的各项任务。

六是要集思广益加强社区经济建设，提高社区居民的生活水平;寻找、引进一些手工编织类合作加工项目为社区大龄就业困难者提供帮助。

七是关注社区弱势群体，在社区居委会醒目位置建一劳动保障宣传专栏，将办事流程、下岗失业人员可享受的优惠政策、职业介绍帮扶公示等上专栏，让他们及时了解和掌握。

作为一名居委会主任，不仅要建设好社区、服务好居民，而且还要处理好以下三个关系：

1、处理好与基层人民政府及其派出机构的关系。街道办事处及其科室是基层人民政府的派出机构，其与社区居委会是指导与协助的关系。作为一名居委会主任，应虚心接受办事处及其职能科室的指导，经常向其汇报和反映本辖区居民的工作、生活和遇到的困难，争取支持和帮助。

2、处理好居委会与党组织的关系。社区居委会是在社区党组织领导下开展工作的。作为一名居委会主任，首先应该处理好与党支部书记之间的关系。行政工作要勤向书记汇报，遇事多多与其商议，争取支持与帮助,切忌独断专行。

3、处理好社区居委会与物业管理部门的关系。在社区管理工作当中，物业与居委会是紧密联系，相辅相成的，需要双方积极配合。一旦发生问题，对物业管理部门要以协商的口吻，讲清利害关系，耐心地予以监督指导，能够帮忙的尽量帮忙。解决问题时尽量避免发生正面冲突。

总之，千句万句一句话：要全心全意为居民服务；千件万件一件事：要把社区建成安居乐业的美好家园。
