一、指导思想

作文是反映学生内心世界，知识世界的一扇窗户，为丰富学生的校园生活，让广大学生在平日里多想多记，关注生活，做生活的有心人。力图通过学生手中的笔，真实记录自己生活中的感受和成长过程中的点滴，让学生学会作文，爱上写作。同时激发学生学习的热情，从而提高学生对生活的观察力，想象力以及作文写作的水平，决定于2014年秋期第九周在本校举行中学生英语作文竞赛。

三、比赛方式

（一）参赛对象

各英语教师每班选送至少3名，最多6名参赛。

（二）比赛形式

举办方发放统一纸张，由学生现场作文。

（三）比赛要求 1.学生现场选定题目。

2.写作过程由学生独立完成，限时40分钟。

3.字迹清楚、整洁、文章语句通顺完整，文字紧扣主题。

4．评定标准：

严格按照中考作文评定标准进行评定

第四档(12—15分）覆盖所有内容要点。准确使用丰富的词汇和语言结构。全文结构紧凑，有效地使用了语句间的连接成份，符合英语交际习惯；具备较强的语言运用能力。

第三档(8—11分）覆盖所有内容要点。恰当使用较丰富的词汇和语言结构。适当运用了语句间的连接成份，较好地达到了交际的目的。

第二档(4—7分）没能覆盖所有内容要点。词汇和语言结构不能完全满足写作任务的要求。文章不够连贯，影响对写作内容的理解。

第一档(0—3分）漏掉较多内容要点或写的内容与规定任务无关。词汇和语言结构错误较多。内容不连贯，无法传达有效信息。

（三）结果呈现

本次比赛结果由本组教师杨亚兰评选出各年级等次，并给予奖励。

四、四、奖励办法

奖项设置：各年级分别设一等奖1名（共3名），二等奖2名（6名），三等奖3名（共9名）优秀奖按照参赛人数的20%计算，一等奖和二等奖得主除外，共计18名

注：一等奖 价值80元物品每生 合计：240元

二等奖 价值60元物品每生 合计：360元

三等奖 价值40元物品每生 合计：360元

优秀奖 价值20元物品每生 合计： 360元 总计1320元整
