根据学校国际交流的需要，促进国际化人才的培养，我校将选派本科生赴国外自费留学。现将有关事宜通知如下：

一、项目编号：HZU1

6、推荐范围：商学院。

7、申请要求： ①09级学生；遵守学校的选派规定和要求；②品学兼优，身体健康；

③英语成绩优秀，能完成国外学校的课程学习并取

得我校所要求的足够学分，学习成绩优良；有雅思

成绩6.0以上或新托福成绩90分以上优先；

④本人自愿，家庭经济能力能够承受。

8、费用标准：下列费用由申请学生负担

①出国学习费用2万元；

②保证金1万元，学生按期回国后全额返还；

③国际旅费，出国学习的保险费；

④申请签证费用及法国境内学习的相关费用。

四、申请审批程序

1、申请学生应于 2011年10月28日前向所在院系部递交“申请自费公派出国留学学生申请表”。学生要本着自愿的原则，根据自己家庭经济情况提出申请。申请表可从国际交流与合作处下载。学生申请项目时，应提供相应的材料如课程成绩单、由担保人签字的家庭经济条件证明书。

2、院系部对学生申请逐一进行审查，并填写“院系部推荐自费公派出国留学生名单汇总表”。每个院系部按照推荐名额及综合成绩标明排序，院系部盖章后，于 2010年10月28日之前与有关材料（包括汇总表及其电子版、有负责人签章的“申请自费公派出国留学学生申请表”、申请学生的课程成绩单）一并交至教务处。

3、教务处将通过审核的学生汇总名单(含纸质材料和电子版)报国际

交流与合作处。选拔英语考试的时间及地点另行通知。（国际交流与合作处咨询电话： 68984774;国际交流与合作处电子邮箱:wb@btbu.edu.cn）。

4、学校审批。

五、注意事项

1、各院系部应指定专门的教师加强对派出学生的管理，与学生保持联络，全程指导学生出国和回国的学习。

2、各院系部要加强对出国学生的学籍和缴费的管理。

3、学生要根据自己的专业成绩、外语水平和家庭经济状况，慎重选择。

4、鉴于今后学校的学生国际交流日益频繁，希望有志出国留学的同学提前准备雅思或托福考试。

复旦大学（甲方）与乙方和其担保人丙方，就甲方派遣乙方因公出国交流学习并由丙方担保事宜，签订如下协议：

第一条 甲方根据人才培养和事业发展的需要，因公派遣乙方出国交流学习，乙方接受甲方的派遣。

第二条 甲方派遣乙方以____身份赴____________________________学校留学，期限为_____个月（自出国之日起计算）。

第三条 甲方指导乙方制订具体的留学计划，甲方和乙方商定的留学内容是：交流学习

第四条 甲方在乙方因公出国留学期间，指定复旦大学外事处对乙方给予必要的业务指导。

第五条 乙方保证按本协议书第二条、第三条的规定，在国外努力完成学业，交流学习期满后按期回国，并按期向甲方报到。

第六条 乙方在国外期间，保证遵守中国法律和中国对出国留学人员的规定，遵守所在国的法律和交流学校的规章制度。

第七条 甲方违约的，乙方可以单方解除本协议，请求甲方返还其因履行本协议项下义务发生转移的财产，并请求赔偿直接经济损失。

乙方违约的，甲方可以单方解除本协议，乙方违反第五条约定的，甲方可以请求乙方支付人民币______________ 圆整（____________元）的违约金。此外，甲方可以请求乙方赔偿其直接经济损失。

第八条 在乙方违约的情况下，丙方就甲方向乙方提出的偿付请求承担连带赔偿责任。

第九条 本协议书自各方签署之日起生效，签字各方保证遵照执行。有效期限至本协议书第五条规定的交流学习年限期满时止。

第十条 各方就本协议项下约定内容及相关事宜发生争议的，应当友好协商，以促和解；协商不成的，任一方可以向上海市杨浦区人民法院提起诉讼。
