本单元围绕smallanimal主题,通过一系列活动,让学生在兴趣盎然中学会句型Isee...,并用英语描述自己喜爱的小动物,培养他们的观察力和思维力。
首先,我通过提问帮助孩子复习以前学过的内容,让学生在唱唱跳跳中进入主题。并使用各种小动物的玩具,引起孩子们的注意,激发他们对小动物的喜爱之情,让他们在边看、边做、边说中熟悉和操练新的词汇,这样既让学生对小动物的感情得到了释放,又锻炼了他们的语言能力。我还利用编谜语、猜谜语、编儿歌及“猜猜什么动物不见了”的小游戏进行教学,充分调动学生的积极性和自主性。
第二,我把各种可爱的动物玩具分发给各小组,通过小组竞赛的形式鼓励学生描述小动物。学生在小组活动中,运用学过的语言说说自己喜爱的动物。他们通过互相交流与合作,取长补短,最终组织成一段精彩的话语。让孩子参与到活动中,给每个学生练习的机会,从而培养他们的观察能力和合作精神。

2012年七年级英语第二学期教学工作总结
好像每一次总结的时候都会用到时光飞逝这个词,事实确实如此。面对着灿烂的夏花,七年级的路程即将到达终点。在这一个学期中,有成绩,有不足,有喜悦,有伤心。比较成功的地方是通过听课学习反思,自己的教学教法有了提高,像试卷讲评课,大多数应该放手给学生,先让他们自主互助,教师适时指导;复习课应该以考带练,夯实基础,突出重点„„所有的这些都在实践中一点一滴的积累。当然,也出现了许多不足之处,例如在复习课中,学生没有了新鲜感,学习兴趣不足;另外对单词掌握不牢,面对单词练习,出现胡做一通的现象,脑海中出现什么就写什么,不管题意„„面对不足,总结了几点对策:
1.多与学生沟通。经验不足,教学技巧性不强,难免会有学生听不懂,多些主动和学生进行沟通,了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要,这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育,无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况,只有沟通、了解,才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。另外,有些学生基础较好,加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。
2.注重组织教学,严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础一般,所谓“冰冻三尺,非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯,顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了,有些甚至是抄袭的,对于容易掌握的内容他们也不敢沾染,所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性,所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间,教师应善于组织、调动学生进行学习,更充分地利用好上课时间。
3.注重打基础。由于英语是初一学生初次接触的一门新鲜课程,上课时多以简单的口语知识作为切入点,让学生更易接受,从熟悉的内容转到新内容的学习,做到过渡自然。对于学过的内容也可能没有完全掌握,则可以花时间较完整地复习学过内容,然后才学习新知识。作业的布置也以基础题为主。
4.运用多种技巧教学,培养学生学习英语的兴趣。对于初一的学生来说,英语是一门新鲜课程,大部分学生开始学习兴趣都很高涨,“兴趣是最好的老师”!教师应利用学生热情好奇的这一特点,从日常生活中的口语出发,尝试用英语与学生对话,或用趣事吸引学生注意力,引发他们的兴趣,使学生

今年我担任七年级两个班的英语老师,在这将近一个学年的教学工作中,我认真钻研课本,认真备课,努力做到最好;积极参加各项教研活动,外出听课也让我学到很多,课后我常反思,剖析自已.以下是我近一年来的感悟:
首先,在音标部分,教材并没有突出音标教学,但为了帮助学生掌握单词,改变学生从一开始学英语就处于被动的学习地 位的现状,在开学初,我花了一周的课时进行音标教学。我根据课本内容,先复习26个字母,在复习字母的同时要求学生掌握字母的发音,即音标的读写,这样学生有熟悉的字母做参照,记忆音标就容易多了.同时,结合教材生词表上的单词练习拼读,掌握用音、形、义相结合的正确方法识记单词,从而使学生初步形成独立拼读的能力,使学生的英语学习从一开始就进入积极主动的学习状态。掌握了音标之后,对于学生的词汇教学就相对比较容易了。很多学生反映英语单词很难记,他们花了很多时间记忆单词,可是学了新的就忘了旧的,导致词汇量少,看不懂课文,听不懂录音,上课很吃力,从而丧失了学习英语的兴趣和信心。尤其在当前中、小学英语脱节.
其次,在教单词时,要求自己示范到位,发音清晰,讲解发音要点。同时培养学生认真听,专心看,积极模仿的好习惯。直观的单词配以图片、体态语帮助学生理解。顺利完成音----形----义的逐步过 度。单词是构成语言的三大要素之一。人类思维活动是借助词汇进行的。人类思想的交流也是通过由词构成的句子来实现的。没有词汇任何语言都是不可想象的。因此单词具有语言的意义,应在特定的语境中引出,这样既便于学生理 .词汇量大,教学任务重的形势下,我们更应注重培养学生综合使用语言的能力.
第三,课堂教学时,以学生为主体,尊重学生的个性,把教材的思想性,科学性,情感性与自己的设计和情感融为一体,激发学生的兴趣,求知欲.活动安排要紧扣教学目标,还要紧扣学生的学情,也就是说,一定要明确我们所设计的活动,是为了达到什么.要根据学生已有的语言基础,学生的个体差异和整个班级的班风来设计教学活动.课堂上活动的设计一定要贴近学生的生活,要创设学生感兴趣的话题,学生的热情来源于浓厚的兴趣,学习语言的兴趣来源于习得语言技能的成功感.
