1、初学者

在多年的学习和教学实践中，我发现初学口语的最有效方法就是背诵英文句型或段落。在背诵前切记要跟着录音带大声朗读5遍以上。有读者会说，我试过了但记不住。其实，背诵时最好有中文译文，一边看句子，一边背。这样就可以确定背不下来是因为情节的连贯问题，而不是因为英语水平的问题。

2、中级水平

许多通过了四级或六级的同学只是在阅读、听力或写作方面有能力，并不代表口语也有相应的水平。大家不要认为自己学的口语教材简单，可以做个试验：拿一篇你认为很浅显的文章，将其翻译成汉语，让别人将每句汉语读给你听，然后你再翻译成英文。如果没问题，说明你口语很好，否则就需要多做这种练习。

⑵老齐欲想去卖鱼，巧遇老吕去牵驴，老齐要用老吕的驴去驮鱼，老吕说老齐要用我的驴去驮鱼就得给我鱼，要不给我鱼，就别用我老吕的驴去驮鱼，二人争来又争去，都误了去赶集。

打南坡走过来个老婆婆，俩手托着两笸箩。左手托着的笸箩装的是菠萝，右手托着的笸箩装的是萝卜。你说说，是老婆婆左手托着的笸箩装的菠萝多？还是老婆婆右手托着的笸箩装的萝卜多？说的对送给你一笸箩菠萝，说的不对既不给菠萝也不给萝卜，罚你替老婆婆把装菠萝的笸箩和装萝卜的笸箩送到大北坡。

14.ｎ、ｌ儿化练习

⑴有个小男孩儿，穿件儿蓝小褂儿，拿着小竹篮儿，装的年糕和镰刀。有个小女孩儿，穿件儿绿花儿裙儿，梳着俩小辫儿，拉着一头老奶牛。俩人儿手拉手儿，唱着快乐的牧牛歌儿，拉着牛拿着篮儿，溜溜达达向前走。走到柳林边，拴上牛放下篮儿，拿出了年糕和镰刀，吃了甜年糕，拿起小镰刀，提着竹篮儿去割草。割了一篮儿一篮儿嫩绿嫩绿的好青草，欢欢喜喜地喂饱了那条老奶牛。

⑵进了门儿，倒杯水儿，喝了两口儿运运气儿，顺手儿拿起小唱本儿，唱一曲儿，又一曲儿，练完了嗓子我练嘴皮儿，绕口令儿，练字音儿，还有单弦牌子曲儿，小快板儿，大鼓词儿，越说越唱我越带劲儿。

⑶有个小孩儿叫小兰儿，挑着个水桶上庙台儿，摔了个跟头捡了个钱儿。又打醋，又买盐儿，还买了一个小饭碗儿。小饭碗儿，真好玩儿，没有边儿，没有沿儿，中间有个小红点儿。

三、绕口令综合训练

⒈学好声韵辨四声

学好声韵辨四声，阴阳上去要分明，部位方法须找准，开齐合撮属口形。双唇班抱必百波，抵舌当地斗点钉，舌根高狗工耕故，舌面机结教坚精，翘舌主争真志照，平舌资责早在增。擦音发翻飞分复，送气查柴产彻称。合口忽午枯胡鼓，开口河坡哥安争。嘴撮虚学寻徐剧，齐齿衣优摇业英。抵颚恩音烟弯稳，穿鼻昂迎中拥生。咬紧字头归字尾，不难达到纯和清。

⒉喇嘛和哑吧

打南边儿来了个喇嘛，手里提了着五斤塔蚂，打北边儿来了个哑吧，腰里别着个喇叭。提了着塔蚂的喇嘛要拿塔蚂换哑吧腰里别着的喇叭，别着喇叭的哑吧不愿意拿喇叭换提了着塔吗的喇嘛的塔蚂。拿着塔蚂的喇嘛急了，拿手里的塔蚂打了别着喇叭的哑吧一塔蚂。别着喇叭的哑吧拿喇叭打了提了着塔蚂的喇嘛一喇叭。不知是提了着塔蚂的喇嘛拿塔蚂打了别着喇叭的哑吧一塔蚂，还是别着喇叭的哑吧拿喇叭打了提了着塔蚂的喇嘛一喇叭。气得喇嘛回家炖塔蚂，急得哑吧回 家吹喇叭。

⒊姐妹二人去逛灯

正月里，正月正，有姐妹二人去逛灯。大姑娘名叫粉红女，二姑娘名叫女粉红。粉红女穿着一件粉红袄，女粉红穿着一件袄粉红。粉红女抱着一瓶粉红酒，女粉红抱着一瓶酒粉红。姐俩走到无人处，她们推杯换盏饮刘伶。女粉红喝了粉红女的粉红酒，粉红女喝了女粉红的酒粉红。粉红女喝得酩酊醉，女粉红喝得醉酩酊。粉红女见着女粉红就打，女粉红追着粉红女就拧。女粉红撕了粉红女的粉红袄，粉红女撕了女粉红的袄粉红。姐儿俩打罢搁下手，她们自个买线自个缝。粉红女买了一缕粉红线，女粉红买了一缕线粉红。粉红女缝反缝儿缝粉红袄，女粉红缝儿反缝缝袄粉红。

数九寒天冷风嗖，年年春打六九头，正月十五龙灯会，一对狮子滚绣球。三月三王母娘娘蟠桃会，孙悟空大闹天宫把仙桃偷。五月当五端阳节，白蛇许仙不到头。七月初七天河配，牛郎织女泪双流。八月十五云遮月，月里嫦娥犯忧愁。要说愁，净说愁，一气儿说上十八愁，虎也愁,狼也愁,象也愁，鹿也愁，羊也愁，牛也愁，骡子也愁马也愁，猪愁狗愁鸭愁鹅愁蛤蟆愁，螃蟹愁，蛤蜊愁，乌龟愁，鱼愁虾愁各自有分由。虎愁不敢下高山，狼愁野心不改耍滑头，象愁鼻长皮又厚，鹿愁脑袋七叉八叉长犄角，羊愁从小长胡子，牛愁愁得犯牛轴，马愁背鞍行千里，骡愁愁得一世休，狗愁改不了净吃屎，猪愁离不开臭水沟，鸭子愁得扁了嘴，鹅愁脑袋长个大崩儿头，蛤蟆愁了一身脓包疥，螃蟹愁愁得净横搂，蛤蜊愁闭关自守，乌龟愁不敢出头，鱼愁出水不能走，虾米愁空枪乱扎没准头。
