外经贸英语函电整个流程

外贸究其根本,用同事的语言来讲就是“买进”和“卖出”。那我们在外贸英语中用比 较专业词汇讲就是“出口”(Export)和“进口”(Import)。

那它又不像我们在日常生活中买进和卖出这么简单,因为它涉及到的是跨国交易,其中里面有许多我们需要注意事项和办理的业务。因其复杂

性,所以那我们要学习的东西也就比较多。那我们今天就先把外贸的总

体流程和本书课程设置的框架跟大家一起分享。

一.外贸的总体流程:

1.寻找目标客户--Souring the

↓ resource.a.寻找国外进口商。Sourcing the

↓ importer.根据自己产品的特色,来寻找国外潜在的目标客户即进口商(importer),那对于我们↓ 来讲,我们就是出口商(Exporter)。搜索的途径就有很多了,例如

利用goolgle搜索引擎,采购商买家资料,参

↓ 加广交会等等。

b.寻找国外出口商。Souring the

↓ exporter.根据自己的需求,来采购国外出口商的产品。那对于我们来讲,我们就是进口↓ 商(Importer)。搜索的途径也比较多,例如goolgle搜索引擎,参加

国外的展会,拿到国外出口商的资料等

那大家都知道我们是出口大国,所以我们在外贸中遇到的一般都是第一种情况。↓ 所以在今后的课程当中,我们也将重点学习如何做好出口外贸

↓↓2.建立贸易关系----Establish Business

→ relations.那这里面我们要做的上面第一点讲到了寻找目标客户,那我们找到后就要进行工作就比较多了,具↓ 这一步的建立贸易关系问题了。体如下:

a.自我介绍----Self introduction。在外贸英语中就要用到自我介绍函电了。一封很好↓ 的外贸自我介绍函电可以很好的开启外贸合作之门。

b.提供产品目录-----Sending Catalog。根据客户的需求提供适

↓ 当的产品目录供客户参考。

c.邀请参加展会和工厂---Invitationto Fair and factory。更进一步的要

d.报价给客户。----Provide quotations。客人在选定感兴趣的产品之后,↓ 那我们做好详细的资料提供报价给客人。

→ 3.订单操作--------Order operation.客人确认样品之后,那下一步就是下订单(Place the order).我们的主要工作就↓ 是跟据客人的要求和交期,跟工厂一起把订单操作好。a.订单的数量----Order quantity.这个之前要跟客人谈好,达成↓ 协议后下这个确认的数量。b.产品的包装----Packing。不同的产品,其包装要求也是不一样的,这个要根据↓ 具体产品请工厂设计安全可行包装,和客人最后确认出货包装方式。c.付款方式这个要根据双方的需求达成一致的付款条↓-------Payment terms 款,以保证贸易的顺利进行。d.保险-------------Insurance.那这点就要涉及到本书要学习的索赔,理赔等问题↓ 了。这个也是在订单操作过程中要和客人达成协议的。↓↓4.出货

第三篇:办理通知函电流程

一、邀请单位何种情况下需办理《邀请确认函》

计划来华的外国人员进行商务或工作,前往中国驻外机构申请办理访问签证(F签证)或工作签证(Z签证)时,需提交《邀请确认函》及邀请单位出具的邀请信。

二、申请办理外国人《邀请确认函》 的材料要求:

1、《外国人入境审批表》1份, 须加盖邀请单位和所属镇(街)或市直单位的意见和公章,表格下载网址:http://dgfao.dg.gov.cn/upfile/soft/EntryApplicationForm.pdf(如需下载,可点击右键按另存为)。

2、由邀请单位出具的邀请函原件一式2份,邀请函须用邀请单位函头或信头纸打印,内容文字须为中文,并注意区分商务和工作邀请,同时须加盖邀请单位公章(邀请信模式可下载,如果邀请单位没有函头纸或信头纸,可用普通A4白纸把公司的名字和联系方式写上去,处理成函头纸或信头纸也可)。

邀请函模板下载地址(邀请函上面的外国人姓名和护照号码等等的各项信息注意填写正确,如有错误会被拒签)

3、邀请单位的营业执照和机构代码证复印件各一式2份,并加盖邀请单位公章(营业执照和机构代码证两者都需提交,特别注意是该复印件上需要有上一的年审)。

4、被邀请人的护照复印件和最近1-2次来华签证复印件一式2份(注意每一页都要加盖邀请单位公章,办多次签证的要有过往的来华多次签证复印件)。

5、如办理来华入境工作申请,还须附《外国人就业许可证》的复印件、学历证或专业技能证书复印件及简历等各一式2 份,全部均加盖邀请单位公章(《外国人就业许可证》正反两面均需复印,并提交原件核对)。

学历证或专业技能证书复印件及简历的扫描件或word版本请随工作邀请函一起发到此电子邮箱:dgsfao@163.com,邮件标题请注明公司名字,格式为“工作邀请函-公司名”。

6、邀请单位保证书一式2份,须企业法人签名和加盖邀请单位公章。下载地址:http://dgfao.dg.gov.cn/upfile/soft/一次性保证书.doc。

7、在非原籍国办理签证需提供拟办理签证国的有效居留证件或官方出具的工作签证复印件一式2份,并加盖邀请单位公章。

8、赴非原籍国办签证的还需要提供《赴**办理签证说明函》一式2份,加盖邀请单位公章(**为非原籍国,如赴香港办理签证说明函,内容详细说明需要赴非原籍国办理签证而不回本籍国办理的理由,字数不少于200字,必须用公司函头纸或信头纸出具)。

9、其他补充材料(视申请签证而定,如是工作者家属陪同来华定居,请提供相关亲属证明文件)。

三、办理流程

1、各邀请单位需明确邀请外国人的法律责任,并详细真实地准备好全部材料,《外国人入境审批表》需公司法人本人签名并盖公章。

2、邀请单位持《外国人入境审批表》和相关文件到所在镇(街)政府审批,一般是通过镇(街)的外经办(局)报送该镇(街)主管外经的镇领导审批。如获批准,镇(街)主管领导需在《外国人入境审批表》加具意见和签名,并加盖镇政府公章。

3、经过所在镇(街)政府审批后,把上述全部材料提交至市外事局签证科,市外事局签证科会根据团组的具体实际情况按照省外办要求进行材料审核,填妥《邀请确认函》,函请省外办审发。

4、省外办在收到报送材料后,在规定的工作日内审发《邀请确认函》,并将《邀请确认函》寄回市外事局;

5.邀请单位通过我局网站公布的办理结果,前往市外事局签证科免费领取《邀请确认函》原件,并通过正确的方式转交申请人,在其申办签证时使用。

特别提醒:

★市外事局办理邀请确认函不收取任何费用。

★商务或工作邀请函的word版本请同时发到此电子邮箱:dgsfao@163.com,邮件标题请注明公司名字,格式为“工作/商务邀请函-公司名”。★如是工作申请,学历证或专业技能证书复印件及简历的扫描件或word版本请随工作邀请函一起发到此电子邮箱:dgsfao@163.com,邮件标题请注明公司名字,格式为“工作邀请函-公司名”。

★邀请单位必须为非有偿中介,提供的材料真实性负责,担保被邀请人在华期间遵守中国有关法律规定及依时离境,并由法人安排专人负责跟进外国人在华情况,否则邀请单位由此产生后果承担的主要责任。邀请单位须安排熟悉该项业务的专办员前来办理。

★请邀请单位务必提前30天提交申请资料,急件不予受理,邀请信请尽量把该来华日期推迟到1.5个月后。

★前来市外事局签证科办理时,市行政办事中心入口处要登记前往办事人员的身份证原件,否则不能进入。

★我局会定期抽查邀请单位所邀请外国人的在华情况,请邀请单位做好准备。★需要申请出具不在同一份《邀请确认函》的申请,请分别准备相关资料,因申请人数较多,请邀请单位务必至少提前30天提交申请资料,急件不予受理。

★中华人民共和国大使馆(领事馆、签证处)有权视情拒发或改发签证。

★领取《邀请确认函》原件后,通过邮寄或其它方式把原件交至申请办理签证的外国人,并请先将原件复印留底,以备遭遇寄送途中不慎丢失等意外情况时使用。
