相信大家对这两个词并不陌生,我也是,但是我对两者的工作一直不清楚,今天特地在网上找了找,发现原来如此简单。
报关员是在货物进出时向海关办理货物报关、纳税等海关事务的人员,其中有部分商品是法定商检的,主要是“实施检验的进出口商品目录”中的商品。然后由报检员向检验检疫局报检,取得货物进出口通关单、重量证,健康证书等单证。交给报关员和其他单证一起向海关申报,(在报关单中常是随附单据一栏)
报关员和报检员当然也可是同一个人,(实际工作中也是,所以最好有两个证)
报关员和报检员常就职于进出口企业、货代公司、报关行等。

1.人数最多的:企业里的报关员/报检员
具体的工作就是与国外供应商或客户联络,安排国内及国际段空运或海运运输;报关文件归催、整理、发送等;与国际货运代理联络报关及运输事宜;确认物流费用;进出口货物数据统计,相关数据统计如单耗、损耗、库存、内外销状况等等;相关证明办理如:自动进口许可证、重工业品进口登记证、进出口货物征免税证明等等;进口付汇或出口收汇核销;加工贸易手册管理平衡控制、手册核销等。
职位名称很多:关务、报关、物流专员、进出口担当、报检、船务、单证、贸易担当等。1年以上工作经验:1200-2500,2年以上工作经验:2000-4000,当然不同地区,不同企业收入差别也很大,比如上海、北京这些地方就会高些,欧美企业收入也会多些。
需要证书:报关、报检、单证
2.国际货运代理公司或物流公司
主要分两类职位,销售也操作。销售就是联系相关进出口企业,为其提供服务,也就是销售自己公司的服务,获取底薪及业务提成。收入从几千到几万不等,这个工作压力比较大,但是收入一般是最高的。
操作:是联络船公司、车队、报关公司为企业的整个物流过程提供具体的操作服务。
熟练人员收入一般在:2000——4000。压力大经常需要加班,但收入还可以,入门也容易。
需要证书:报关、报检、单证、货代、物流等
3.专业报关公司报关员,输机制单人员
主要工作是拿到企业或国际货运代理公司的相关报关文件进行现场报关,及是退给企业相关单证如报关单、外汇核销单、加工贸易手册等
输机、制单人员:1200-2000
现场报关员:2500-4000
现场报关工作比较辛苦,尤其是大的报关公司,挑战也比较大,经常需要加班什么的,但收
入很高,将来到企业里或国际货运代理公司也比较受重视。
以上说的都是普通职位的收入,如果做管理工作那收入就不好说了,年薪10万以上的也很多。考取证书就如同你大学毕业证书一样,不能确保你找到合适的职位,只是你入行的凭证吧,关键是如何尽快切入并学到相关技能和经验。这就看你面试找工作时的个人综合能力了,有时候运气也很重要。
不要以为有了报关证、报检证书就一定能如何如何,名牌大学的毕业生找不到工作都不新鲜了,何况这个小证书。
外语好也很重要,因为去欧美企业比一般的企业收入要相差一半啊。一口流利的外语可以说是一顺百顺啊!
第三篇:报关员,报检员区别
报关和报检虽只有一字之差但却有着根本的区别.但它们之间也有着前后的联系。
首先,报关和报检都是办理进出口通关的过程之一,但报关的对象是海关,报检的对象是进出口商品检验检疫部门。
其次,报检先于报关,只有在商检部门检验完毕后,海关才接受报关申请,审单征税放行等都是之后的过程。
再次,并不是所有的进出口商品都需要报检,只有国家规定的商品才需要报检,而所有进出口商品(除自带,绿色通道)都需要报关。
报关比较难考,报检相对容易,只要认真努力复习基本都能通过。如果你下定决心,可以两个都考,现在的货代和企业都比较喜欢双证齐全的人!
(一)报关员资格证书:
报关员是指经海关注册,代表所属企业向海关办理进出口货物报关纳税等事务的人员。主考机构:国家海关总署。
考试性质:国家报关从业人员岗位资格考试。
报考条件:具有大专及以上学历。
考试时间:每年11月份。
报名时间:每年7月份。
考试内容:报关专业知识、报关专业技能、报关相关知识以及与报关工作相关的法律、行政法规和海关规章。
证书效用:考试合格者可获得国家海关总署颁发的《报关员资格证书》,该证书在全国范围内有效。
点评:我国进出口贸易的快速发展,为报关从业人员提供了巨大的就业空间。据相关行业协会推测,未来几年内,就业市场对报关员的需求将有数十倍的增长。为维护我国对外贸易的正常秩序,保证海关监管任务的完成,国家对报关从业人员有准入资格条件限制。因此,要成为报关员,须先过考试关。物以稀为贵,因此报关员证书的含金量相当高。
(二)报检员资格证书:
报检员是指在外贸企业、代理报检企业等企业和机构中专业从事出入境检验检疫报检业务的人员。
主考机构:国家质量监督检验检疫总局。
考试性质:国家报检从业人员岗位资格考试。
报考条件:具有高中毕业或中专毕业以上学历。

点评:随着外贸量的骤增,对持证报检员的需求不断增大。虽然报检员的职业前景大好,但进入门槛较高。根据国家质量监督检验检疫总局有关规定,2005年6月30日之前,未获得报检员资格证书的人员将不得从事报检业务。因此,今后要想捧报检员的“金饭碗”,必须先参加专业考试。

单证员是指在对外贸易结算业务中,买卖双方凭借在进出口业务中应用的单据、证书来处理货物的交付、运输、保险、商检、结汇等工作的人员。
单证员的主要工作有审证、制单、审单、交单与归档等—系列业务活动,贯穿于进出口合同履行的全过程。
跟单员
跟单员的主要工作是在企业业务流程运作过程中,以客户定单为依据,跟踪产品(服务)运作流向并督促定单落实的专业人员,是各企业开展各项业务,特别是外贸业务的基础性人才之一。一名合格的跟单员需要掌握外销、物流管理、生产管理、单证与报关等综合知识。

证。报检员在申请检验、检疫、鉴定工作时,应按规定缴纳检验检疫费用,事后由检验检疫部门的人员进厂检验,对出入境不合格货物应及时向检验检疫机构汇报。
报关员与报检员的区别:报检员是代表本企业或委托人的委托向检验检疫机构办理货物检验检疫的手续,而报关员是代表本企业或委托人的委托向海关办理货物合法进出境的手续。
