各教学单位：

根据省考试院《关于做好2014年6月大学英语四、六级考试报名工作的通知》，现将我校有关本次全国大学外语考试的具体事项通知如下，请各学院认真做好本院学生的报名组织工作。

一、考试时间：大学英语四级（CET4）：2014年6月14日上午9：00-11：25

大学英语六级（CET6）：2014年6月14日下午3：00-5：25

大学日语四级（CJT4）：2014年6月14日上午9：00-11：10

大学日语六级（CJT6）：2014年6月14日下午3：00-5：10

大学德语四级（CGT4）：2014年6月14日上午9：00-11：10

大学德语六级（CGT6）：2014年6月14日下午3：00-5：10

大学俄语四级（CRT4）：2014年6月14日上午9：00-11：10

大学俄语六级（CRT6）：2014年6月14日下午3：00-5：10

大学法语四级（CFT4）：2014年6月14日上午9：00-11：10

（注：日、德、俄、法语考试只在每年6月份安排一次考试）

二、考试报名资格和条件：

(1)考生对象为本校全日制在校2009级（建筑、城规）、2010级、2011级和2012级学生。

(2)考生不得跨校区报名。

(3)凡在CET考试中取得425分(含)以上CET4成绩的学生，可报名参加本次六级英语考试。

(4)考生不得四、六级兼报，违规者取消四、六级报名资格，报名费用一概不退。

三、收费标准：根据省物价局文件，（鲁价费发[2005]106号），本次考试的报名费为每生32元人民币。

四、报名程序：

1、凡符合本次考试报名资格、欲报名参加本次考试的在校生，于3月7日(星期五)-13日（星期三）到校内的圈存机上刷本人校园卡报名缴费，逾期不交者视为放弃报名资格。

2、教务处将根据校园卡报名缴费情况确认最终的报名名单和报考级别。

3、在校研究生只允许在本校区报名六级考试，不得跨校区报名。

4、刷卡缴费流程：选择校卡服务－自助缴费－大学英语四级或大学英语六级。

5、报名参加小语种考试的学生须在13日（星期三）前到本学院教学秘书处报名缴费。

重要提示：报名缴费只能刷本人校园卡，刷他人校园卡缴费无效。

第二篇：四六级考试承诺书

全国大学英语四、六级考生诚信考试相关文件 文件1：《全国大学英语四、六级考试考生守则》

一、按照有关规定的要求签署《诚信考试承诺书》。

二、必须按规定的时间（上午8：45开始，下午2：45开始）入场，入场开始15分钟(即上午9：00,下午3：00)后,禁止入场。入场时必须主动出示准考证以及居民身份证(或军人或武警人员证件),接受考试工作人员核验,并按要求在考场座位表上签名。

三、只准携带必要的文具入场，如铅笔（涂答题卡用）、黑色签字笔、橡皮。禁止携带任何书籍、笔记、资料、报刊、草稿纸以及各种无线通信工具（如寻呼机、移动电话）、录放音机、电子记事本等物品。考场内不得擅自相互借用文具。

四、入场后，要对号入座，将本人准考证以及居民身份证放在课桌上，以便核验。

五、答题前应认真填写答题卡中的姓名、准考证号等栏目。凡答题卡中该栏目漏填涂、错填涂或字迹不清、无法辩认的，答题卡一律无效。

六、考试结束前禁止提前退场。

七、必须严格按要求做答题目。书写部分一律用黑色签字笔做答，填涂信息点时只能用铅笔（2B）涂黑。只能在规定考生做答的位置书写或填涂信息点。不按规定要求填涂和做答的，一律无效。

八、遇试卷分发错误或试题字迹不清等情况应及时要求更换；涉及试题内容的疑问，不得向监考员询问。

九、在考场内必须严格遵守考场纪律，对于违反考场规定和不服从考试工作人员管理者，取消考试成绩并按校纪校规处理。

十、考试结束铃声响时，要立即停止答题，将试卷扣放在桌面上，待监考员允许后方可离开考场。离开考场时必须交卷，不准携带试卷、答题卡离开考场。

十一、自觉服从考试工作人员的管理，不得以任何理由妨碍监考员进行正常工作。监考员有权对考场内发生的问题，按规定作出相应处理。对扰乱考场秩序，恐吓、威胁考试工作人员的将移交公安机关追究其责任。

文件2：教育部《国家教育考试违规处理办法》（摘要）

根据中华人民共和国教育部第18号令《国家教育考试违规处理办法》的有关规定，对参加CET考试违纪舞弊考生的处理办法摘要如下：

一、考生不遵守考场纪律，不服从考试工作人员的安排与要求，有下列行为之一的，应当认定为考试违纪；

（一）携带规定以外的物品进入考场或者未放在指定位置的；

（二）未在规定的座位参加考试的；

（三）考试开始信号发出前答题或者考试结束信号发出后继续答题的；

（四）在考试过程中旁窥、交头接耳、互打暗号或者手势的；

（五）在考场或者教育考试机构禁止的范围内，喧哗、吸烟或者实施其他影响考场秩序的行为的；

（六）未经考试工作人员同意在考试过程中擅自离开考场的；

（七）将试卷、答卷（含答题卡、答题纸等，下同）、草稿纸等考试用纸带出考场的；

（八）用规定以外的笔或者纸答题或者在试卷规定以外的地方书写姓名、考号或者以其他方式在答卷上标记信息的；

二、考生违背考试公平、公正原则，以不正当手段获得或者试图获得试题答案、考试成绩，有下列是行为之一的，应当认定为考试作弊：

（一）携带与考试内容相的文字材料或者存储有与考试内容相关资料的电子设备参加考试的；

（二）抄袭或者协助他人抄袭试题答案或者与考试内容相关的资料的；

（三）抢夺、窃取他人试卷、答卷或者强迫他人为自己抄袭提供方便的；

（四）在考试过程中使用通讯设备的；

（五）由他人冒名代替参加考试的；

（六）故意销毁试卷、答卷或者考试材料的；

（七）在答卷上填写与本人身份不符的姓名、考号等信息的；

（八）传、接物品或者交换试卷、答卷、草稿纸的；

（九）其他作弊行为。

三、教育考试机构、考试工作人员在考试过程中或者在考试结束后发现下列行为之一的，应当认定相关的考生实施了考试作弊行为：

（一）通过伪造证件、证明、档案及其他材料获得考试资格和考试成绩的；

（二）评卷过程中被发现同一科目同一考场有两份以上（含两份）答卷答案雷同的；

（三）考试纪律混乱、考试秩序失控，出现大面积考试作弊现象的；

2、考试过程中自觉服从考场工作人员和监考教师管理，主动接受和积极配合监考人员的检查、监督，支持、配合考务人员使用专用设备查处利用现代通讯设备舞弊考生。

3、不携带任何禁止带入考场的物品进入考场。

4、保证在考试中诚实守信，自觉遵守全国大学英语四、六级考试有关规定。如有违纪、违规行为，自愿接受考试机构和学校按有关规定做出的成绩处理和校纪校规处理。
