江苏省高邮实验小学教师辅导奖实施细则(试行)

实施目的:

为全面实施素质教育,全面提高教育质量；为激励全体教师更好地为学生服务 ,发展学生的个性特长；为创办品牌学校,彰显办学特色和成果,特制定本实施细则。

实施细则：

1、本细则适用于奖励那些亲自辅导本校学生发表作品或参赛获奖的老师。学校将以事实为根据，认定相关老师是否真正参与辅导，以及辅导时所占的比重。

2、教师辅导学生在正规部门举办的经学校认可的征文比赛或其它比赛中获奖的，按级别和等第奖励：

高邮市一、二、三等奖的，每篇分别按10、8、5元计算；

扬州市一、二、三等奖的，每篇分别按20、15、8元计算；

江苏省及以上一、二、三等奖的，每篇分别按30、20、10元计算；

3、教师辅导学生在正规报刊杂志上发表作品的，在高邮市、扬州市、江苏省及以上发表的文章，每篇分别等同于对应级别学生获奖的二等奖。在《繁花》上辅导发表作品的，按高邮市获奖的三等奖计算。（注：若组织参加一次比赛，学生多人次获奖，该辅导奖由学校视情况来认定。）

4、辅导学生参加集体项目比赛或表演获奖的（学生未获单项奖），按级别和等第计算，可参照细则2的方法计算，再乘3倍。（注：如指导学生参加舞蹈集体比赛、指导学生鼓号队比赛等；体育奖励除外）

5、同一件作品多次获奖，按最高奖励计算，不重复计分。同一个节目或同一个学生由多人辅导的，按此节目的奖励金额，平均分给每位辅导老师。

6、每学期结束前，每位老师需将相关获奖证件或发表的复印件收齐并提供给学校教科室验核、汇总。学校实行一次性奖励，每学期奖励一次。

7、本实施细则的解释权在学校，学校将根据实际运作情况不断进行完善。

8、本实施细则自学校通过之日起试行。
