尊敬的各位家长、可爱的小朋友们:
大家晚上好!
首先我代表学校欢迎你们来到魔耳国际英语武冈分校。感谢大家从百忙之中抽出时间带着孩子来试听我们的公开课,也非常荣幸能和大家一起召开这个家长会。我相信通过我们共同的努力,一定可以给孩子最好的教育和未来。
为了让大家对魔耳国际英语有个大致的了解,首先我为大家简单介绍一下魔耳英语的背景:
魔耳国际英语是国内第一家由国有大型出版集团武汉长江出版集团开发的大型素质教育培训机构,是目前国内最大的少儿英语培训学校,历经数十年的研发和体验,已经形成了独有的教学理念和教学体系,培训教材是由在英国设立的教材研发中心和中国权威教育专家联手撰写,为非英语国家的少年儿童量身打造,为了让学生轻松、快乐地学习,我们运用独创的四部多元教学法,对孩子的听、说、读、写、译等学习能力进行全方位的训练,能快速提高孩子的学习兴趣及成绩。
魔耳教材分为能力拓展和学习辅导两类。年龄层次从小学到中学。分为幼儿、少儿两部分。幼儿教材共四册,主要以听、说、表演为主少儿教材共十册。分为入门级、提高级、深入级、应考级和冲刺级,每两册为一个级别,每个级别不少于136个课时。同时我们会给孩子配发《国际音标教程》《我不只是词汇书》和《小学生必考语法点》等教材。

接下来是我们的教学特色和教学方法
我们提倡以学生为主体,使用小班教学,给予学生更多的实践机会和针对性的教学,鼓励学生自主学习。在教学方法上,魔耳的理念是用丰富的活动辅助教学;主要使用游戏教学,故事教学,情境教学,完全是从学生本身的兴趣,爱好和年龄特点出发,培养孩子的学习兴趣。同时魔耳独创的四步多元教学法,分别是听,说,表演,表扬。听是英语学习的基础;说是外语掌握情况的体现;而表演能提供给孩子一个学习、实践英语的机会;最后,说到我们的老师,他们都和蔼可亲,乐于鼓励和肯定学生,因为我们相信,教师对学生最真诚的表扬是给孩子最好的助推器。

为什么会出现这样的情况呢?我们一起来探讨一下
