国庆十天长假，给学生布置了一个学习英文歌曲5句的任务，教学反思之英文歌曲教学。在回来的这个礼拜，开办了一个小型的singing party，学生的作业完成让我真的是不敢恭维，当然也有认真的。不过普遍反映为好听的歌都是学不会的。七个班里有首歌挺让人公认的justin bieber的baby。不过就只会baby baby baby baby oh baby baby baby no，其实我更钦佩的是他的年轻有为啦！之后给学生就有一系列的简单歌曲学习，省得他们叫嚣着一首也不会，教学反思《教学反思之英文歌曲教学》。

其一为happy new year.其二为twinkle twinkle little star,其三为apple tree,歌曲一直在进行，我自认为其二这首教的还不错，引申出去的还是蛮多的。will you marry me? a diamond ring!so funny!

英文歌曲也是一种很好的教学尝试方式，只能作为调剂，不能作为主业啊，希望探索出更多好的方法！

浅谈幼儿英文歌曲教学

在英文歌曲教学活动中，由于缺乏教学技巧，教师们往往使孩子陷入死记硬背的境地，特别是碰到内容复杂的歌词，幼儿便无从学习。由于幼儿对歌词记忆的负担，削弱了幼儿对歌曲学习的兴趣。经过自己的教学实践，逐渐摸索出几点方法。

1。用故事的形式帮助幼儿记忆歌词。

我们都知道，故事对幼儿来说，具有莫大的吸引。我们可以利用幼儿对故事的兴趣，将一些具有情节性的歌词内容编成小故事讲给幼儿听。例如“Five little ducks”就是这样一首具有故事情节的歌曲，它讲述了五只小鸭子出去玩，它们走得太远，鸭妈妈着急了就用自己的声音唤回自己的孩子，结果却少了一只。刚开始对这首歌教授时孩子并不是很喜欢。可是当我改成英语故事时，孩子听得津津有味而且要求我反复讲。自始至终我没有用汉语讲述但孩子完全能理解故事的意思。由此孩子便很快记忆了歌词，充分了享受了唱歌的乐趣，达到了很好的效果。

2。用画面来帮助幼儿记忆歌词。

我们可以用画面来帮助幼儿记忆歌词。将歌词内容表现出来启发幼儿通过画面记忆歌词，就像前面的例子Fivelittleducks也是通过画面让孩子理解记忆的。在画面的帮助下，孩子们用眼看，用耳听，用脑记，运用了多种感观参与学习。结束后，孩子们曲调唱得很准，歌词唱得也很准。

3。用动作帮助幼儿记忆歌词。

好动是幼儿的天性，无论是说话还是唱歌，幼儿都是常常以动作相伴来表达自己的意思。根据这一特点，我们可以通过动作来帮助幼儿记忆歌词。歌曲“Hello，good morning”曲调与歌词对于幼儿来说记忆有些困难。利用动作，让幼儿与自己的小伙伴一起表演而且动作针对男孩与女孩的不同，幼儿感到非常新奇，积极性特别高，即使信心不强的孩子也乐于参与其中，达到了很好的效果。

4。可以用表演手偶剧的形式帮助幼儿记忆歌曲。

在歌曲教学中我们要不断的变化教学的形式，根据不同歌曲的内容来确定教学方法。如：Fingerfamily这首歌当中有五个人物，有妈妈、爸爸、爷爷、奶奶、小宝宝，由于人物较多我采用了手偶剧表演，整节课中孩子都很认真，孩子在欢笑中不知不觉的学会了这首歌，回到家中还与爸爸妈妈一起表演。

这样对幼儿来说没有太多的负担，有的只是轻松与愉悦，效果当然好

16.教“no matter”加疑问词和“however”所引导的让步状语从句时，就可教学生唱“No Matter What ”这首歌。学生在反复吟唱中可学会“no matter what”这一语法点，运用英文歌曲可以将枯燥的语法学习趣味化。

机械制图课堂之探索

--------一次开放性作业的反思

内容摘要：

机械制图的教学，也应随教改的深入而有所思考，怎样向理实一体化靠近，怎样使学生成为教学活动的主体，怎样找出一条符合与时俱进，同时又符合学情实际的教改之路，我们正行走在探索的路上。关键词：

机械制图，是大多中职学校开设有的一门专业课程，对于机械制图的教学，我想，师生都有几句话心里话想要说，在此门课程的教学习中，不管是学生对老师、还是老师对学生，总有那么一些期待的话语。为此，我们做了一次开放性的作业，通过这次活动，我们对机械制图的教学就多了一些认识，多了一些感悟。学完轴测图、组合体以后，就要学习利用投影的知识来识读零件图和装配图，本章节，对大多数职高生来说，就相当普高学生学习数理化，分析能力和想象能力稍差的同学，在组合体三视图的学习时就心有余而力不足了，一时的困难没有及时得到解决，久而久之他们就会丧失信心，心灰意冷，陷入学习的困境，最终只有败下阵来，看图似乎看不懂，作图总觉做不来，随着时光的流失，他们就慢慢被课堂边缘化，最终成为旁观者、局外人了。本章节的学习非常重要，大家必须共同努力，千方百计来度过这个难关，在这承上启下的关键深刻，怎样经过精心组织，顺利完成好三视图的识读教学，就至关重要了。为了检验前期教学效果，同时为了激发同学们学习的积极性，我们开展一次———“真知棒，我最棒”的 识图活动。

1、活动要求：

给定三视图，请你展示出读图结果。

2、活动准备：

课堂讨论你完成任务的方法和途径，然后按“志同者”进行分组。

推出小组长，让他来分配任务，协商工作策略，并派人记录此次活动的过程，小结本次活动的得失。

3、活动评价：

通过展示活动结果、上交操作过程和心得材料，评比出等级奖，按等级分发不同数量的“真知棒”棒棒糖。经过一周的忙碌，同学们都献上了小组的厚礼，以不同的方式展示了读图的结果，用不同的方法完成了同样的任务。其中尺规作图组最为传统，他们从诸多的图纸中挑选了两份A3纸幅图画，采用的是正等测作图画法，卷面规范，线条分明，清晰工整，立体感强，堪称漂亮。模型组成员分工明确，大家采集泡沫板材，分析视图线框，测量加工部件，检测组装成型，甚是精巧。媒体组分析多媒技术，讨论作图思路，设计三维动画，编辑相关链接，打印演示结果，效果不错。三个组都撰写了本组作品的说明文，其中介绍作图的方法步骤，包括途中困惑与企望，不乏事后感想与寄语。经过这次开放性作业的尝试，我似乎感觉到大家的收获颇多，学生在自主与合作，探究与创新，理论与实践等方面都流露出了很多真实的感悟，很高兴，这次活动有这等不凡的价值。作为专业课程的机械制图，怎样才使学生永远保持那么一股始终如一的学习热

情，永远坚守那份克服困难的信心和勇气，这是我们执教者苦苦寻觅的。怎样能使课堂充满趣味与活力，使教学更具质量与效率，我们就先得在自己身上多动脑筋、多花功夫，主动承担提高课堂优化的责任。这里，对机械制图教学我有几点思考：

一、自主学习的倡导。机械制图是一门手脑并用、理实结合的课程，需要一定的空间想象和转换能力，如果学生只是一味的听讲或者简单地观摩，那么他们很难在知识的掌握中大有收获。所以，学生能否在课堂中自主探索，能否在小组交流中动口与动手，都取决于学生的自主意识和老师的理念革新。在这次活动中，我们同学之所以能释放自我，主动参与沟通讨论，积极表现动手动脑，完全可以感受到这种开放性学习带给他们的自由与激情，他们在小组的舞台上展示个性，发挥特长，在活动中自信，在成功后愉悦。在今后的教学中，我们是否可以大胆一些，多给他们一些展示自我的机会，多给他们设计一些沟通交流的场景，多给他们布置一些动手操作的任务，相信他们，放手他们，锻炼他们，培养他们。

二、直观教学的价值。

挂图、实物、模型这些辅助工具，它不但可以使我们的课堂形式不再单一，而且使我们的教学简单明了，使空间和平面的转换更为直观，这些“看得见摸得着”的东西，将机件的轮廓清楚的呈现在你面前，不用你去琢磨位置的前后、线条的虚实、切口的模样。这些仅凭想象难以获得的东西，借助直观就可迎刃而解。所以，无论是教师还是学生，我们都可以以模型为教具，也可以以模型的制作来作为作业的表现形式，手脑并用，在做中学。真正拥有一套系统而丰富的教学模型，对于大多数学校来说，不够现实，再说拥有了也不是万能的，使用过程中还是具有局限性的，如果我们想要有所扩展和发挥，那么就得靠自己动手“中国造”，这样才能满足应时之需，所以，我经常动员学生收集塑料泡沫、粘泥和纸板，课堂前后或课堂内外试做模型，以此丰富课堂教学的内容和形式。让更多的用话说不清的东西，我们用一个模型就可以清楚交代。

三、电脑科技的魅力。

放下圆规三角板和粉笔，我们可以发挥多媒课件的优势，以喜闻乐见的形式展示教学内容，以“看得见摸得着”的画面突破教学难点。运用计算机技术，我们的学生可以用移动的鼠标代替手中的纸笔，在探究机械制图的过程中钻研3DMAX,AUTOCAD技术，激发利用软件实现作图的兴趣，享受电脑科技的无穷魅力。作为通用的基础课程，计算机可以为专业课程的学习提供支持和服务，从目前的教学来看，我们希望计算机这门课程还可以深入扎实一些，希望大胆涉及CAD、动画和3D技术，让孩子们视野开阔，思维开放，这些都为机械制图的学习提供方便，促进了公共课和专业课有的机结合，体现了公共课为专业课的服务职责。这一点，在同学们在总结中也同样有反馈。希望我们的公共课老师多为专业课提供这样的服务，希望我们的学生多掌握一些画图的技能，在今后的学习和工作中大展自己的才能，大秀自己的图艺。

四、教学生产的结合。

职业教育要实现五个对接，其中就是实现教学过程与生产过程的对接。我们的学生在本次练习过程中，就有一组学生在车间向师傅讨教，直接要实现图样与实

物的转化，希望在机床上通过车、割、洗、磨等工序的操作，完成图物的转换。他们先讨论线框的对应，尺寸的长短，先后的顺序，操作的规程，在观摩中操作，在操作中咨询与探讨，并且在讨论中还有记录，在记录中还有整理和反思。产品生产出来后，大家都有一种说不出的喜悦，成功的体验非他们莫属。通过共同协作，他们诠释了集体的力量，展示了团队的风貌，体现了团队的精神，解到理论与实践的相互关系，领会到课堂论理的指导作用，运用中领悟到制图与读图相互转化的方法。他们还真切体会到，自己进入车间，就有身为工人的感觉，师傅的规范性操作，安全性要求，质量性意识，使他们的神经时刻紧绷，丝毫不敢懈怠。如果我们有意识、有目的的在教学过程中，适时计划和穿插一些与生产相关的练习机会，自然就会拉近教学与生产，教室与车间，学生与工人，教学与生产的距离。所以，我们的课堂教学就可以考虑与实训车间紧密结合，与生产工厂相靠近，在观摩、实训中了解课堂与车间的联系，理论与实践的差距，达到以实践促教学的效果。

五、教师能力的提高。
