第一篇：电话面试

减少应邀面试者的爽约

原因1：求职者确实临时有事，但不知如何告知HR.方法：联系方式建议最好留下直拨电话、手机号码。

原因2：求职者同时接到几家公司的面试通知，比较之后做出取舍，你所在的公司是被淘汰的那一个

方法：向求职者介绍公司优势和发展前景。

原因3：求职者仍在职、求职意向并不强，抱着“有时间就去、去不了也无所谓”的想法。方法：简单了解求职者求职的意向，包括职位和期望薪资。对方没有意向或意向不明显，HR就不必再约面试。

原因4：求职者要求先查看企业网站，是否应聘再做回复

方法：与求职者一起约定查看网站后回复的时间，在约定时间后未得到反馈的要主动去电询问结果。

原因5：求职者并无大事，只是因出发太晚、犯懒等小事未去应聘方法：提醒其路途大概所用时长，另外不会将面试时间定得太早。面试都迟到的求职者，如果没有特殊的说明，就可以判断并不是我们想录用的对象。

原因6：求职者事后发现面试地点太远，主动放弃方法：发布招聘信息时，HR理应注明公司位置，若求职者简历中未注明家庭住址的，在电话面试时要询问到，对于车程一个半小时以上的求职者HR要主动询问“前来面试是否方便？是否仍考虑应聘”，尊重求职者的选择。

除此之外，HR还可以在下面的几个细节处做好“约而不见”的防范工作：

一、听：电话约见时用耳朵判断对方的反应

打通电话后HR做完自我介绍，不要急于告知面试的时间和地点，而要讲“我们收到您发来的简历，应聘XX岗位”，HR说到这里，一定要有停顿，并仔细聆听求职者的反应。（下载的简历不在此讨论）

反应一：“对不起我投了太多公司，你是哪一家麻烦您再讲一遍”

做法一：重复公司和岗位名称后，停顿，判断对方面试意向。参考反应二和三。反应二：“好象~我没有给你们发简历吧？“ 做法二：首先，向对方说明他发送简历的具体日期和时间，如对方明确表示是误投简历就到此为止不再约见；其次，向对方简要说明岗位的要求，了解对方有应聘的意向时再约见。反应三：“哦，对，我是发过简历，您好”

做法三：很少一部分求职者会有针对性的、慎重地选择新公司新岗位，HR在电话中对求职提出的问题解释后就可约见了。

二、问：主动猎取信息，体现对求职者的尊重

问题一：如果简历上未注明住址，HR要问清（大概位置即可，不需具体到门牌号，避免求职者反感），如果离公司较远要问求职者“是否考虑前来应聘” 问题二：如果简历上未注明期望薪资，HR要问清。金额相差较多时要问求职者“是否可以接受”。这里强调一下，提及工资最好以“税前”为标准，因为大家对“税后”有不同的理解容易有歧义。

问题三：面试的时间，最少提前一天通知。具体的时间可由HR确定也可由求职者选择，问“您是否方便？”或“您何时方便？”。除非面试考官中有其他部门同事或者有职位较高的领导。

三、对于求职者提出的问题，只要不涉及公司和岗位机密尽量向其做出解释，体现HR耐心、周到、NICE的那一面。

四、确认：在前面三步结束后，请求职者来确认（而不是HR）。通常情况下，HR介绍面试地点、乘车路线后会重复一遍，确保求职者准确记录。我在这里提醒一下，这个环节完全可以反过来做，HR说“请您重复一下位置我来帮你核对”，我们可以根据记录情况马上做出判断：住址没有记好、或者根本无心记录的求职者，可以直接被PASS掉了。

以上几种方法，适合于中端、低端岗位的求职者。

先花两分钟把投过来的简历看一下，如果符合基本的要求就打电话过去，可以针对应聘者简历上写的学习背景和工作内容谈一谈对方的情况，如果在对方描述后觉得这个应聘者不怎么样就可以直接淘汰了，如果觉得还好，就在电话中对他进行肯定，让他增加来面试的信心，要记得留下乘车方式和联系方式，还可以让他复述一遍，加深他的印象。

在招聘活动中，利用网络招聘，往往要通过打电话邀约，才能让应聘者知道公司情况，并前来面试，根据实际工作经验，我大致列出如下几种电话邀约话术：

1、针对主管级以下的人员，邀请面试时可以使用如下话术：

“××× 先生或小姐你好，我们是×××公司人力资源部的，在×××人才网上收到你投递的简历，我们招聘的岗位是×××，想约你×××时间到我们公司面试，你方便记录我们公司的地址吗？我们公司的详细地址是：××ד（如果对方不方便记录，你可说” ×××先生或小姐，过一会，我把我们公司的地址发到你的手机上，请你查收，谢谢“

2、主管级以上职位：

“××× 经理或×××总,你好，我们是×××公司人力资源部的，方便听电话吗？

如果是自动投递的，可以说：在×××人才网上收到你投递的简历，我们招聘的岗位是×××，方便和你聊聊吗？得到对方的认可后，就可以和对方聊些本岗位的情况（电话面试）； 如果聊的还可以的话，就说：想约你×××时间到我们公司我们再详细交流，这个时间方便吗？如果对方说不方便，就改个时间，如果对方说方便，那么，你方便记录我们公司的地址吗？我们公司的详细地址是：××ד（如果对方不方便记录，你可说” ×××先生或小姐，过一会，我把我们公司的地址发到你的手机上，请你查收，谢谢“，您有不明白的地方，可以直接给我电话的，我的手机号码随后发到你手机上。“

注意事项：

第一，你要先表明自己的身份，以及从何处知道别人的信息。询问对方是否方便接电话。如果否定答案则换另外的时间，但是间隔不要太长。

第二，如果方便说话，请告知别人这个是怎么样的一个职位，简短的几句话概括下职位的要求与工作性质。

（之前常有别的HR给我电话，直接问你考虑不考虑到我们公司上班。我就纳闷了，我又没有投简历给你们，这个是什么职位啊！）

这样如果候选人有sense的话都应该会耐心听你说完，他应该会告诉你答案。第三，如果有兴趣谈，一般先给一个时间段让对方去选择。

告知对方面试的时间，地点，乘车线路，停车位置等。不过你约的对象是销售，应该没有路痴。1.选择合适的时间电话，一般选在10:00-11:00，14:30-16:00打电话，可以避开在路上、吃饭的时间。虽会遇到开会的时候，可再约时间，详情可看后面。2.电话接通，礼貌问候

HR：您好，请问是某某吗？

得到确认后，HR：请问现在通话方便吗？

如果方便可继续接下来的通话，如果不方便，可再约时间 3.自报家门，确认求职意向。为避免求职者海投，误投，这是很关键的一步 HR：您好，我这边是某某公司，是在某某时候收到了您从某某招聘网站给我们投递的简历，请问您现在是在寻求某某方面的工作吗？

求职者如回答否，那礼貌道别。如回答是，可继续 HR：请问您是处于在职状态还是离职状态？不知道您还记得我们的办公地点和具体的工作内容吗？我们单位是在某某地点，不知道离您家的距离怎么样？/我留意到您住在某某地，离我们这边要一个小时的车程。)在上海、北京、深圳等大城市，上班路途往往会成为很多人求职的重要考虑因素。如在一开始说明上班地点，有些求职者会先放弃，往往会排除掉一部分人，这比电话通知面试未说明情况应聘者查过路线后不来赴约好。

4.如应聘者对路程无异议，时间方便的话可简单沟通公司情况和工作内容。

HR：您好，现在天气比较热，过来一趟又比较远，我想事先跟您沟通我们公司的情况和工作内容，需要三分钟的时间，您看可以吗？

如果应聘者OK，可沟通公司的主营业务，人员情况，工作内容，让应聘者对公司及工作

有个大概影响，如果应聘者感兴趣的话，接下来就可以邀约面试了。

HR：不知道最近这2天是否有时间可以安排来公司面试一趟，您看是上午方便还是下午？

我们面试的流是。。大概需要2个小时，您看约在这个时间好吗？

如果是公司急需的人员，又处于在职状态的话，一般这么沟通 HR：您在职的话不知道工作日是否好安排时间？ 如果候选人可以在工作日，那就在工作日约好时间，如果不能呢，那HR就得辛苦下了。

HR：您工作日不方便的话，您看晚上或者周末哪个时间方便？

有些合适的人员因为可能不便于请假但又对OFFER很敢兴趣，这个时候，只能安排在晚上

或周末的时间，HR只能牺牲下下了。（这个可能是属于个人情况，但效果还不错，但是会占用HR个人的情况，不建议广泛使用）

5.约定面试时间后，发邮件通知，并且发送短信。

邮件中一般会说明地址、路线，如果有些候选人住的地方我比较熟悉，会特别标明个性化的路线或者电话中强调。现在天气热，邮件中会温馨提示，天气炎热，注意防暑。

发送短信是跟一位同行学习的，这样不熟悉的路线的候选人拿出手机就可以看到路线，不用再拿笔记上，如果有突发情况（如找不到路，有事来不了）都可以联系到HR。这样很大程度上方便了应聘者，也会提高我们的邀约成功率。以上5点做下来比较繁琐，但是用起来确实效果还不错，在细节方面多下功夫。电话邀约是比较重要的，这是与候选人的第一次沟通，体现出礼貌、专业、细致会提高候选人的好感度。

第六：对于通过电话初试的求职者进行面试邀约。

话术：恩，从目前的沟通来看，我觉得你基本上符合我们公司某某岗位的要求，不知道你什么时间方便到我们公司来面谈一下？（和求职者确认面谈时间，填写在面试安排表中，并第一时间通过短信将公司名称和联系方式发给求职者）
