关于举办2014年中国石化英语测试的通知

根据中国石化英语水平测试工作总体安排，2014年第二次英语水平测试拟于8月9日进行，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、测试对象

1、未参加过英语水平测试的近两年新引进本科及以上毕业生； 2、2014年上半年总部举办的国际化经营人才中长期培训班学员

（成绩同时作为结业成绩）；

3、拟申请公派出国（境）访问学者人选；

4、国际化业务岗位人员、国际化储备人员以及其他员工可根据需要自愿报名或者单位统一组织报名，经单位审核后参加测试。

要求测试对象应具有大学英语四级及以上英语水平。

二、测试报名拟参加英语水平测试的考生通过中国石化远程培训

系统在线报名。考生登录远程培训系统

（http://learning.sinopec.com，在“注册报名”/“英语水平测试”下注册报名。个人报名截止时间为2014年7月12日24:00。无法登

录远程培训系统的员工，可由所在直属单位组织人事部门统一报名并填写考生类别及其联系信息。借聘人员由借聘单位统一报名。各直属单位组织人事部门通过远程培训系统对本单位报名参加测试人选信

息进行审核，审核截止时间为7月16日17:00。

三、测试内容和方式测试包括听说（听力、口语）和读写（阅读、写作）两部分，采取机考形式,考生需在计算机上完成作答。测试在半天内全部完成，整体测试时间约三个小时。测试顺序按听力、口语、阅读和写作四个单元依次进行。测试内容以公共英语为主，适当增加石油石化类通用知识。详细介绍请登录远程培训系统查阅“英语水平

测试指南”和“英语水平测试机考操作样题。

四、测试组织安排测试时间统一为2014年8月9日上午9:00至12:00。考生需提前半小时入场，听力开考前完成采集相片、登陆系统、阅读机考须知等准备工作。开考前十分钟停止入场，不允许考生迟到或提前交卷。测试由石油化工管理干部学院负责组织,依托第三方考试机构具体实施，预设26个考点城市，各单位就近就便安排确定本单位考生参试考点。报名人数低于40人的考点将不再设立，就近并入其他考点。根据考生实际报名人数和分布信息，每个考点下设若干机考考站。考生参试具体考站地点等详细信息参见准考证。考生2014年8月5日至7日可以打印个人准考证,准考证打印网址

http://sinopec-glgy.ata-test.net。

五、测试成绩石油化工管理干部学院统一组织测试的判卷评分。测试成绩在测试结束两个月内通过远程培训系统导入中国石化SAP-HR人力资源管理信息系统。各考生所在直属单位组织人事部门和考生本人可通过远程培训系统查询测试成绩。成绩达到定级标准的，各考生所在直属单位组织人事部门可通过远程培训系统打印个人成绩通知单,加盖直属单位组织人事部门公章后作为员工英语水平证

明。

六、费用考务费用由总部统一支付。

七、有关要求

考生应提前到相应考站报到、准时参加测试。报名参加测试考生确因突发事件或特殊原因不能参加考试的，须向所在直属单位请假，并由所在单位报石油化工管理干部学院。考生必须携带身份证和准考证，否则一律不准进入考场；除了携带测试需要的笔外（蓝色或黑色水笔、圆珠笔，不得携带外文词典、电子类词典以及其它材料进入考

场。

报名条件与考试费用

BEC报名不受年龄﹑性别、职业﹑地区﹑学历等限制，任何人均可持本人身份证件到当地考点报名。报名时收取考试费：初级374元人民币； 中级475元人民币； 高级598元人民币。

剑桥大学外语考试部已编写了新版的BEC考试大纲（BEC Handbook for Teachers），已将该手册放到中国教育考试网BEC考试项目考试大纲栏目下，考生可登录该网站浏览或下载该手册，具体网址为：

成绩评定及证书颁发

考试由英国剑桥大学考试委员会评卷，评出成绩后打印成绩单（包括不及格的N﹑F﹑D﹑E）和成绩证书向考生颁发。成绩证书终生有效。

BEC标准级：分Pass with merit﹑Pass﹑N﹑F 四等；

BEC中高级：分A﹑B﹑C﹑D﹑E五等；

BEC高级：分A﹑B﹑C﹑D﹑E五等；

成绩证书的认可
