出国机场注意事项

机场手续办理

Step One：

到达指定的国内起飞机场 到相应的航空公司服务窗口办理行李托运并领取机票

（记得登机前 务必看管好以下几样东西：登机牌 护照 过关信以及Humber的录取通知书）备注：各个航空公司的相关行李尺寸规定不同，请大伙务必提前了解信息，做好出行准备

小细节提醒：在进行行李托运前，大伙记得可以给自己的行李做一些明显的标记，便于加国下飞机时容易在传送带上找取自己的行李。

Step Two：

按顺序进行相关的安检

安检时请保管好自己的随身物品，不要遗漏在机场。

安检时 注意准备护照 过关信 以及登机牌 积极配合相关工作人员的安检

Step Three：

在候机楼等待班机 务必再次确认下随身携带的登机牌 护照 过关信以及Humber的录取通知书，如果航班是在香港转机的，请做好相关的转机准备，跟紧随行的Monitor，有些第一次出国的同学更要Pay more attention

Step Four： 登机入座

根据登机牌找到自己的指定位子就座

Step Five：

在香港转机的同学，务必在转机时携带好自己的随身行李，跟随大部队到相关的转机窗口进行排队安检。

Step Six:

在香港进行转机安检时，请大家务必准备好护照，登机牌以及过关信等重要物件。安检之后，请不要落下随身携带的物品，12级安检时常有同学遗忘物件，转机时请大家相互做好提示，以便都顺利转机。

Step Seven：

在香港候机厅等候两小时左右的转机时间（大家可以选择停留在原地或者在近处买杯Coffee之类的，尽可能不要走远以免错过登机时间）之后开始登机。

Step Eight：

在飞机上度过漫长的十三小时

飞机有相应的导航系统显示飞机的飞行路线，高度等信息。其次这个视频窗口还提供音乐电影等服务，大家在飞机上无聊时还是可以解解闷的。

关于飞机上的早中晚三餐，还是相对可以的，有米饭，面食，还有红酒、饮料水果等提供，大伙有需要时可以Call下飞机上的乘务员。一般国际航班菜单式英文版的，所以在大伙登机前可以适当学一些基础的英语词汇便于点餐。

Step Nine：

填写相关的过关信息，在登记之后的一段时间内，乘务员会发一张关于过关信息的纸，请大伙千万不要丢失，根据实际情况填写其中的相关信息。其中记得有携带钱的数量，相关个人信息，这里请务必注意：过关对于携带加币的数量是不允许超过10000刀的，超过部分将需要交税，所以大家在过来时建议不要带太多的加币在身上。相关信息不清楚如何填写的可以首先问下同行的Monitor。

（备注：表格信息务必在飞机降落在皮尔逊国际机场前完成）

过关（三件物品千万记得拿在手上：护照，Humber录取通知书，以及过关信）大家首先将在飞机上填写的表格文件交于过关人员，然后接受简单的询问，基本问题有来加国的目的是什么？Study。在那个学校？Humber College等，在回答问题时不必太紧张，都会顺利过关的。由于初到加国，第一年的留学生需要在机场问讯处，接受一定的问询，此时会与Monitor分开一段时间，大家无需惊慌，按章程走就可以。结束之后那好随身的行李到机场的传送带领取自己的行李。

备注：出国的同学可以选择在国内换取一个2Dollar的硬币，以便在机场拿行李推车时使用。当然没有硬币的同学也可以选择到机场后直接找工作人员进行零换取，在此特别提醒大家不要选择在机场的外汇窗口，用人民币换加币，汇率非常划不来。

Step Eleven：

在行李传送带领取自己的行李，完成收官工作

在此特别注意一点：在机场行李领取处有遇到行李缺失的，务必向随行Monitor或者机场工作人员反应，12级汉伯新生出来的有遇到游客行李误拿的状况，之后向机场工作人员反应，在之后的几天还是顺利找回了行李。

书写推荐信的最理想的人选是一封由系主任写，一封由专业课教授写，一封由自己的导师写。不过，对方若无规定，则除了自己的亲属之外，任何人皆可为推荐人。推荐人一般应具备高级技术职称，如教授、副教授、研究员、副研究员等。如果推荐人在国内外学术界享有盛誉，或者被申请就读学校聘为客座教授，或者曾经在该校讲过学，那么这样的推荐人写的推荐信就具有很强的效力了。

二、推荐信的内容

推荐信一般应包括下列内容：

被推荐人的基本情况介绍。侧重于个人的毕业时间、学校、所获学位以及个人的专业经历。

推荐人对被推荐人的基本评价。侧重于被推荐人的专业基础、个性、特点、工作态度和在学术上的前途估计。若是推荐研究生，推荐人还需进一步说明其深造学习的基础和当前所具备的研究能力。显然，恰如其分地评价被推荐人的基础、能力和前途，比言过其实的赞誉更令人情服，更具有实际意义。

推荐人可以着重介绍被推荐人曾经获得的奖励，发表过的论文，参加过的重要学术会议，以及曾在学生组织或学术团体中的任职等来支持自己的评价。

推荐人还必须清楚地表明被推荐人留学的身份是研究生还是访问学者，专业领域和研究方向是什么。如果大学提供了现成的推荐表格，则必须按这类表格认真逐项填写。推荐表格中一般有学生综合评估的一项，即要求推荐人说明该生在所教的学生中应列为前5％，10％，或25％等。这种评估是指教授的个人评价，可以稍高一点。另外，推荐表格上常有许多难以填写的项目，遇到这种情形可填i dont know，亦不致对该生的评价有何严重影响。

第五篇：公派出国基本流程

1、仔细阅读留学基金委下发的录取文件，了解有关要求。查收附件部分是否齐全。

2、仔细阅读留学基金委发放的《出国留学人员须知》，了解各附件的用途、咨询部门联系方式及相关方针政策。

3、办理护照。

4、联系国外接受院校，取得邀请信等外方邀请材料。

（注意：邀请信上要有被邀请人的姓名、生日、学校，邀请人姓名、学校，在美国的身份、在美国学习的起始时间、学习的内容，在美期期间的费用由谁负担等内容。

在美国学习的起始时间、学习的内容要与美方学校提供的DS-2019表上的时间与内容一致。

在美期期间的费用写由国家负担就可以。

DS-2019由申请人向美国学校提出，由美国学校相关部门，通常是International Student Service这样的部门，帮助办理。在办理过程中，你需要向他们提供一些基本信息，护照复印件、邀请信、留学基金委提供的资助证明等，若全家都去需要额外的资金证明。办理时间大约15日左右，各个学校具体流程上可能存在差异。

另外，DS-2019表办理完毕后，学校会将此表邮寄给你。邮寄费用支付各个学校也可能不同。

DS-2019表非常重要，等同与我们的护照，所以，不能弄丢。）

5、到留学基金委开具《同意办理派出手续的函》。需提供英语合格证明复印件、基金委开具的留学资格证书复印件、邀请信复印件（需加盖学校人事处公章）、DS-2019表复印件（需加盖学校人事处公章）。将这些材料传真到010-66093945/54。具体要求《出国留学人员须知》上有详细说明。

6、登录教育部出国人员上海集训部的网站：

1、签证时必须的材料：

（1）有效护照。

（2）邀请信原件。

（3）DS-2019表原件。

A、凡申请公派赴美学习、进修及合作科研者，都必须向美校方申请DS-2019表。校方将同时发给申请者邀请信。

B、对DS-2019表的要求：

a、国家公费人员（不包括单位公派及地方自筹资金公派项目）的DS-2019表中有关费用一栏，要有明确的资助数额，且要标注在表中关于经济担保一项中的d栏内，即“(d)The Exchange Visitors Government”。一般出访半年的学者填注8000美元左右；进修一年的访问学者填16000美元左右（此数字仅供参考）如国家资助金额不足应个人补差。

b、申请者到我处办理签证时，DS-2019表中的在美停留期限栏目，开始时间不要过期，该表一般在邀请到美的开始时间前后一个月内有效。如邀请时间过期，必须重新申请DS-2019表，或办理延期信。

c、按国家规定，在对外联系申请DS-2019表时，要严格按照教育部批准的留学年限和身份向美接受学校提出申请。其年限必须与教育部批准年限一致。

九、关于赴美保险：请按照邀请方要求办理。费用地区差异也比较大。可以在达到美国后购买，当然，也可以达到前通过信用卡购买。

8、获签后立刻电话通知上海集训部，由我处出机票。同时留学人员本人办理《资助出国留学协议书》公证，交存保证金，及时获得保证金收据凭证。

（注意：资助出国留学协议书公证，需要有2人作为担保人，在办理时，需向公证处提供担保人的收入证明、身份证及户口本原件，同时两位担保人必须当场，费用280元

交存保证金：将4万元电汇到基金委指定的账户上，然后填写出国留学人员交存保证金信息一览表，传真至010-88395790，国家留学基金委基金财务部。具体内容《出国留学人员须知》上已详细说明）

9、凭准备好的相关材料，前往集训部领取护照签证、机票、“报到证”等，按预定时间派出。（如有特殊情况，可与集训部联系，协商委托他人代领，代领人必须出具委托人亲笔委托书和委托人护照及代领人本人身份证）。
