本次八年级英语月考从试卷上看考察知识面较广，题型较丰富，灵活运用程度接近中考。题出得比较好，联系学生实际生活，紧扣课本，突出对学生语言运用能力的考察，但对我们的学生来说但学生答得不好，及格人数偏少和同行差距较大，高分不多，平均分较差。例如：

1、词汇应用上不仅要掌握单词的词性、还要注意单词的各种变化、固定搭配，如果考虑得不到位就会造成失分。由此可见，只能简单的读读背背英语词汇句子，而不能灵活运用所学知识，是很难学好英语的，也不可能考出理想的成绩。选择题失分原因学生对知识点的掌握不准确不扎实，再加上审题不仔细，导致学生自己认为会得题没有拿分；

2、形容词用法的填空题一共有13分，学生的平均得分在5分左右，说明学生没有对形容词的用法准确熟练掌握。

3.正确形式填空题学生没有达到灵活运用，答案准确无误。平时练得少，学生对书上的重点句掌握不熟。

4、句型转换题第五题学生对易混知识点不清楚，甚至不会。平时强调得少练得少。

5、完型填空和阅读理解学生失分最多。原因是学生词汇量太少看不懂，更不能正确理解文章内容，平时对学生指导的太少。

6、写作能力太差，平时练得少，教师指导的也不够。其次，粗心大意，审题不严是失分的原因之一。其次基础知识不扎实，基本的单词等拼写错误，这说明平时的教学中，机械性记忆落实不到位，应强化训练。

听力和阅读是英语学习的重头戏，也是教学的难点。每次考试都是失分较多的题型。要想提高听力和阅读能力必须进行大量的听读训练，课堂上，老师只能提供有限的时间，指导方法和技巧。“师傅引进门，修行在个人。”

面对严峻的现实，要不断的反思和总结在教学中的得失。首先狠抓基础知识和基本技能。根据本班的学情，地目标高要求，立足课本，掌握最基本的知识，逐步培养他们的学习兴趣，力争降低低分率，提高及格率。教会学生如何有效利用有限的课堂40分钟是很重要的。英语是实践性强的学科，要大胆地练习，敢说、敢读，积极回答老师提出的问题，哪怕回答错误，都是一次听说训练，课堂上积极发言是很有好处的，它可以使学生集中精力，提高听课效率。对课堂上不清楚的地方，下课后一定要及时向老师请教，否则漏洞越来越大，造成英语成绩的严重下滑。

总之，英语的教学工作步履艰难，但是我仍会尽心，尽力，尽责做好本职工作，期待下次考出更好的成绩。

半学期的紧张学习生活已经落下了帷幕，我们也迎来了期中考试，也就是第二次月考，但无论考得是好还是不好，都要对自己这段时间以来的教学做出一个总结。

这次语文的月考，比第一次月考考得好。我上高一（10）和（12）两个班，在第一月考中，两个班加起来只有1个人及格，我当时就很郁闷，有点怀疑自己的教学能力，课下也在反思自己这个月以来的实际教学，从自己的身上去寻找原因，改变满堂灌的教法，多启发学生思考。我也大量的做高考题，研究一下出题的方向以及每种题型的难易程度，以便帮助学生复习。此外，我还去听其他老师的课，学习他们的教学方法，并结合本班的实际情况来进行教学。果然，在第二次月考中，所教的两个班的学生，及格人数有第一次月考的1人上升到14人，80分以上的同学两个班加起来超过35人，只要再加把劲，好好辅导一下，有望在下一次月考中能考及格。目前班上学生语文成绩反映出的情况是散文阅读及诗歌赏析、作文的立意等，在这三个部分丢的分比较多，那么接下来我将重点从作文入手，帮助学生把作文提高到一个层次，方法就是布置作文下去，再收上来批阅，从学生的作文中发现问题，然后及时的纠正。此外也指导学生多阅读名著，积累经典的语言，并且把写得好的优秀作文念给学生听，让他们知道好作文的结构是如何安排的，开头和结尾又是怎样写的，等等。

再来谈谈诗句默写和课内文言文理解情况，这两部分扣分不是很大，这与平时严格要求学生是分不开的。默写部分都能得满分，学习不好的学生也能填出三句来，而文言文第一个题目就是考实词，“今行而无信”中的“信”作何理解?应该理解为“信物”，而不是“相信”的意思。像这个题在上课的时候，我是重点强调的，尤其是在讲一词多义的时候，专门列出来讲解的。当然了，也是有一部分不爱学的学生，随便老师怎样讲，他没有兴趣去学，笔记也不记，当然了考试是可以而知的。我上这两个班级基础不是很好的，我们当老师要多和学生沟通，多给其信心，鼓励学生好好学习，把学生的心思引到学习上来。

总体来说，我对这次语文考试还是很满意的，在今后的教学中，我还是会和以前一样多备课、听课，丰富自己的知识面，多进行阅读和写作训练，相信在我的努力下，学生会取得更加优秀的成绩。
