二、高血压的急救方法
急救措施
1.血压突然升高,伴有恶心、呕吐、剧烈头痛,甚至视线模糊,即已出现高血压脑病。这时家人要安慰病人别紧张,卧床休息。家中若备有降压药,可立刻服用,还可以另服利尿剂、镇静剂等。若经过上述处理,症状仍不见缓解,要及早护送病人到附近医院急诊治疗。
2.发生心绞痛,甚至心肌梗塞或急性心力衰竭。病人多在劳累或兴奋后出现剧烈的心前区疼痛、胸闷,可放射至颈部、左肩背或上肢,重者有面色苍白、出冷汗。遇着上述情况时,应叫病人安静休息,备有硝酸甘油一片舌下含服,或打开一支亚硝酸异戊酯吸入。家中如备有氧气袋,可同时予以吸入氧气。如症状不见减轻应迅速通知急救中心或备车前往医院。
3.如病人突然心悸气短,呈端坐呼吸状态,口唇发绀,伴咯粉红泡沫样痰时,要考虑有急性左心衰竭。应吩嘱病人双腿下垂,采取坐位,予以吸入氧气,并迅速通知急救中心。
