今天我演讲的题目是：追寻
追寻是一种动力，激励着我勇敢地前进；追寻是一种理想，引领着我默默地前行；追寻是一种信念，坚定着我那份无悔的忠贞。
刚接触到教导处这个岗位的一段时间里，我满怀的工作热情、泼辣的工作作风在繁琐的事务及各方面的压力面前，却显得那么脆弱、无力，我迷茫了、彷徨了、甚至退缩了，但抱怨是弱者的象征，真正的强者思想是积极的。命运把你仍到天空，你就做鹰；把你扔到草原，你就做狼；把你扔到山林，你就做虎；把你扔到大海，你就做鲨。现代教育家魏书生曾说过“多改变自己，少埋怨环境”、“选择积极角色进入生活”，“多抢挑重担，少推卸责任”、“提高笑对人生的能力”„„这些话犹如一泓清泉，流入我久旱的心田，为我注满追寻的动力。在这几年教导处工作的历练中，2009年秋天，由于学校教师紧缺，我在负责教导处工作的同时，还担任了六年级的语文教学任务。每天早上伴着晨曦，夜晚伴着星辰，往返于家校之间，虽然觉得很累，但更多的是追求心灵上的踏实。11月份，为了备战河南省教育厅组织的“我为祖国站讲台”师德演讲比赛，多少个夜晚都是那篇演讲稿陪着我进入了梦乡，在此，请允许我对给予我帮助和鼓励的领导、老师们深深地鞠上一躬；第二学期，在上好课，做好分内工作的同时，我又负责排练文艺节目迎接区教育局举办的六一儿童节会演。节目需要太极扇的表演，我必须先学会再教给学生。由于白天根本没有时间学，只有晚上跟着电脑“见招拆招”。
金庸老先生武侠小说中的“见招拆招”有克敌制胜的效果，我却是“见一招、拆开分解一招、内化学习一招”。记得那天晚上已经十一点多了，我正对着镜子练习得起劲儿，可能爱人被我吵醒了，说了一句话，气得我哭笑不得，他说：“大半夜的跳舞，一会儿张国荣就来给你伴唱了！人家是‘夜半歌声’，你是‘夜半舞蹈’！”
忙碌起来总觉得时间不够用，跑服装，跑音乐，跑化妆，跑道具，抠动作、抠细节、抠表情，最主要还要抠经费呀！《少年中国》这个原创舞蹈节目得到了大家的认可，我的工作也得到了领导和同事们的认可，去年7月，被评为“爱岗敬业标兵”，9月，被评为区“优秀教师”。我——知足！
教导处是学校教学工作的枢纽，工作繁杂、琐碎。假期里，教导处要组织老师们到新华书店拉新书；每年8月中下旬就要开始新一年级的新生招生工作；开学前，排课表、分发课表，新生分班，办理转学生手续，发新书，调配新教材，为农民工子女开通绿色通道；开学后，制定计划、整理学籍、记录考勤、临时安排调课、听课教研、课题研究、教学常规检查、家长会、毕业生工作、期末考务工作，等等等等，在座的曾经的教导主任和现在正坚守这个岗位的兄弟姐妹们，千头万绪的工作，我们本着一颗热诚的心，本着全心全意为人民服务的意识，为的难道不是对党的教育事业的忠诚？为的难道不是那执着、不懈的追求？为的难道不是追寻那份无悔的忠贞吗？

There was a young man born in a poor family.As a result, his school career was continually interrupted.Once he was asked to write a paper about what he wanted to be and do when he grew up.That night he wrote a seven-page paper describing his goal of someday owning a horse ranch.He wrote about his dream in great detail and he even drew a diagram of a 200-acre ranch.Then he drew a detailed floor plan for a 4,000-square-foot house
that would sit on a 200-acre dream ranch.He put a great deal of his heart into the project and the next day he handed it in to his teacher.Two days later he received his paper back.On the front page was a large red F with a note that read,“See me after class.”
The boy with the dream went to see the teacher after class and asked,“Why did I receive an F?”
The teacher said, “This is an unrealistic dream for a young boy like you.You have no money.You have no resources from your family.There’s no way you could ever do it.”
Then the teacher added, “If you will rewrite this paper with a more realistic goal, I will reconsider your grade.”
The boy went home and thought about it long and hard.He asked his father what he should do.His father said, “Look, son, you have to make up your own mind on this.However, I think it is a very important decision for you.”
Finally, after sitting with it for a week,the boy turned in the same paper, making no changes at all.He stated, “You can keep the F and I’ll keep my dream.”
Recollecting the story,my friend Monty and I are now sitting in his 4,000-square-foot house
in the middle of a 200-acre horse ranch.Two summers ago that same schoolteacher brought 30 kids to camp out on his ranch.When the teacher was leaving, he said, “Look, Monty, I can tell you this now.When I was your teacher, I was something of a dream stealer.During those years I stole a lot of kids’ dreams.Fortunately you had enough gumption not to give up on yours."

杨敦群 尊敬的老师们，亲爱的同学们：大家早上好！
迎着东升的旭日，踏着晶莹的露珠，伴随一路和风，带来满园花香。我们伫立在海南商务旅游学校和智力中心实验学校的绿茵场上，升起了鲜艳的五星红旗。铿锵豪迈的《国歌》旋律，奏响了时代的最强音，也展开了我们每个人心中的梦想——为此，我今天演讲的主题是：追寻中国梦。
“中国梦”，一个神奇美妙的名词。这是总书记通过回忆往事，展望未来总结出来的，一个令中华民族为之振奋的名词。在中国历史长河中，“中国梦”亦真亦幻，亦幻亦真，曾令多少文人墨客为之神往，又令多少仁人志士为之奋斗！正是“中国梦”的存在，给了中国人民前进的勇气和胜利的信心，使中华民族走向了社会文明，实现了国家富强。
古代的中国梦令人惊叹，是一场自豪的喜梦！自炎黄战胜蚩尤，奠定了华夏民族五千年的文明史，商周的灿烂青铜，秦汉的万里长城；唐宗宋祖，各领风骚；四大发明无不凝聚着古代中国人的智慧与才干！景德镇的瓷器，把中国的名字写在世人心上；郑和七下西洋，又把中国的威望名扬四方！
近代的中国梦令人唏嘘，是一场心酸的恶梦！你听，东港狂风呼叫，南海波浪咆哮。1840年的6月，随着一声鸦片船的炮响，中国的国门被强行打开，中国的恶梦接踵而来。《南京条约》把中国人推进到梦魇之中，《辛丑条约》又给中国人设置了一个痛苦的火坑，列强的魔爪在中国大地上疯狂抓刨，肆意横行。圆明园被烧毁，那是皇上的恶梦，而北洋舰队的全军覆没，才是中国人真正的悲哀之梦！泱泱大国，济济人才，为何如此苦难深重？人们在探索中得出一个道理——落后挨打，羸弱受欺！
现代的中国梦令人陶醉，是一场壮丽的奇梦！春雷一声震天响，诞生中国共产党，领导人民齐奋斗，社会主义奔小康。中国人民当家作主，实现了梦想的超越，梦想的飞翔！
正如，海南岛上发生的巨大变化，就是中国梦的一个缩影。这里曾留下了侵略者的脚印，秀英的古炮台是海南人不畏强暴的历史见证；这里曾是“南霸天”压迫贫民的地方，高突的山岭是海南人在水深火热中与命运抗争的不屈象征；这里曾是中国革命掀起高潮的地方，红色娘子军的英勇善战是海南人谋求翻身解放，追求幸福自由，梦想的实践。新中国成立后，海南人梦幻飞扬，率先成立了第一个农业合作社，这在几千年的中国农业史上创造了一个互帮互助，集体耕作，共同抵卸自然灾害的伟大奇迹，这就是1955年，毛泽东主席亲自树起的一面农业红旗——今天的海口市“红旗镇”的来历。改革开放后，海南人心更雄，梦更远。1988年，海南省成为中国最大的经济特区。如今的休闲农业，令大陆居民羡慕不已；各处的旅游景点，令世界朋友亲睐有加！东方的琼海添秀色，西边的临高增壮景，南面的三亚处处风光绚丽，北端的海口片片街市繁华！万泉河水，细语淘旧浪；五指山峰，昂首唱新歌！
中国梦啊，在改革开放中日新月异，霞蔚云蒸。北京奥运，中国人民扬眉吐气；上海世博，中国经济再度腾飞；“神九”飞向月球，梦惊虹湾；“蛟龙”探巡深海，梦醒龙王；香港归兮，澳门回兮，台湾不久定会统一。伟大的新中国实现了一次次民族的复兴，创造了一场场惊天动地、振奋人心的强国之梦！
忆往昔岁月峥嵘，看而今天地更新。今天的我们，作为新时代的学生，应该从这些中国梦里得到什么启示呢？
追寻中国梦，把自己的前途和国家的命运紧密地联在一起，实现自己远大的梦想和抱负，是我们每个学生最精彩，最珍贵的梦。戊戌变法的精英梁启超曾经告诉人们：“少年智则国智，少年强则国强，少年进步则国家进步，少年雄于地球则国家雄于地球。”而今天我要说，少年有梦则国家有望，少年追梦则国家昌明。由此说来，我们肩负着历史的重任和未来的希望，因此——
我们要不负重望，求实创新。高举爱国主义的旗帜，关心国家和民族的发展，为建设一个民主富强，和谐文明的社会主义国家而贡献力量。
我们要团结友爱，和睦相处，遵守学校规章制度，爱护学校公共财物，确保校园和谐平安，做新时代有道德，守纪律的一代新人。
我们要努力学习，勤奋读书。认真上好每一节课，不折不扣地完成各科作业，消除上课玩手机，伏桌睡觉，迟到早退的不良现象。切实掌握科学文化知识，提高自身综合素质，让我们的青春年华在人生的跑道上焕发出七彩光芒！
同学们，“雄关漫道真如铁”，是我们对梦想的追求；“而今迈步从头越”，是我们对梦想的执着。让我们大家携起手来，与时俱进，为中国梦的追寻，为中国梦的实现，而创造一个更加辉煌灿烂的美好明天！
