“在竞争中，经营者如果没有惊人的绝活，只好和失败者为伍了。”菲律宾矮人餐厅经理吉姆•特纳如是说，此语作为管理学中的“特纳论断”绝非危言耸听，而是道出了“逆水行舟不进则退”的企业竞争一般规律。

在菲律宾首都马尼拉，有着数不胜数的高级餐厅和酒店，除了菲律宾本土企业外，中国餐厅、西班牙餐厅、日本料理店等等世界名厨也都在这里竞相营业，迎合全世界不同口味的人，因此马尼拉餐饮业的竞争十分激烈。这里的矮人餐厅却以另一种奇特的服务独树一帜，吸引着络绎不绝的四方客人。这家“矮人餐厅”不用说大菜是如何的精美，就矮人服务的殷勤、周到，也足以令人好奇、赞不绝口。小矮人会即兴为客人随意舞蹈一番，令客人开怀大笑的同时，赞叹小矮人的不凡绝活和坚毅个性。该店上至经理，下至厨师和跑堂全是罕见的小矮人，最高不过1.3米，最矮仅0.67米，连老板也是一位美国矮人，他就是吉姆•特纳。

1.13米身高的他，一会跑厨房，一会儿回餐厅，喜欢亲切地向顾客问寒问暖，征求意见。矮人餐厅奇特的经营方式和热情周到的服务，赢得了顾客们的称赞，吉姆•特纳因为经营有方，能够打败竞争对手，他的那句话也纳入管理学的经典定律成为“特纳论断”。

诚然，现代企业竞争无不在商海汹涌的激流中搏击，风浪、漩涡变化无常，被巨浪深水淹没者常有，一般化的泳技，常有被风浪吞噬的危险，唯有惊人绝技，才能游抵成功的彼岸。

“欲为天下奇男子,须立人间未有功”、“没有金刚钻，不揽瓷器活”、“八仙过海，各显神通”这都是中国的古话，强调的正是“绝活”。中国的传统理念恰好与“特纳论断”不谋而合。企业要跻身于强队前列，“绝活”越惊人越好。做企业不应该有矮人的自卑，而应该有矮人的绝活。只要你的“绝活”是别家企业稀缺的、难以比拟的，就要看到自己的优势。如果你的“绝活”别家企业难以模仿、难以取代，那么，你就具备了一种“核心竞争力”。

在企业竞争中，智囊中心竞争、专业人才竞争、人力资源竞争，资金财力竞争、产品品牌竞争、市场价格竞争等等，每个企业应该看到自身个性的重要性。“矮人”其实也不用怕，有时候缺点常常可以转换为优点，就能像吉姆•特纳一样建树起与众不同的“核心竞争力”。

提高企业抗风险能力、减少来自外部环境的生存威胁，这常常是评判“核心竞争力”的基本标准。稀块的“世间未有功”或“独家绝活”，能发挥“矮人效应”，在高手如林的激烈角逐中，也会有一席之地。行业内大家共有的技能，你能做，别人也能做，就难以获得优势。别家企业很容易模仿大众化的东西，也许还能比你做得更好。但是，世上没有什么人能够模仿“小矮人的绝活”。一家企业能否获得核心竞争力并且继续保存优势，靠保守和“商业保密”很难维持，而“创新发展”、“凸显个性魅力”才是有力的武器。别人即便模仿了你，但你在不断变招出新，你还是能走在前面，而“小矮人”的个性是最难模仿的。

平淡无奇，趋之若鹜，步人后尘，缺少个性特色和创新精神，都是企业失败的原因所在。美国矮人吉姆•特纳在菲律宾开餐厅，不仅展示了世界小矮人奇特的个性“绝活”，也给业界留下了个性创新的经验和启迪。

国王的妻子生下了一个非常漂亮的女儿-----白雪公主，不幸的是她的妈妈死了，于是国王就找了一个后妈。这一天，她得知白雪公主才是世上最美的女人后，就非常的生气。就想尽一切办法让白雪公主从这个世界上消失，可几次都没有成功。有一次，白雪公主被她的后妈强逼的走进了一个树林里，他模模糊糊地就进了七个小矮人家，七个小矮人给了他暂时的帮助，可还是没有逃过她后妈的手心，最后，白雪公主被一个王子给救了，他们过上了幸福快乐的日子。这个残忍的后妈也得到了应有付出的代价。

这本书讲述了白雪公主很善良，她不忍心去伤害每一个人。这样的文章还有很多，我们今天学的一篇课文-----【穷人】也是讲述了一件善良的事。

渔夫同她的妻子桑娜收养了邻居家的两个孩子，他们的生活很贫困，自己已经有了五个孩子，再加上两个孩子生活就更是难上加难了，可他们宁可自己受苦也要把孩子们养大。还自我安慰的说道：“我们总能熬过去的，读后感《七个小矮人读后感》。”从这篇课文中，可以体会到桑娜和渔夫很善良，富有同情心，有着宁可自己吃苦受累也要帮助别人的美好品质。

一个周末，我从同学处借来一本童话书《白雪公主和七个小矮人》，放学一回到家，顾不上做作业（反正有双休日么），便急不可耐地拿起书看了起来。

白雪公主长得非常漂亮，她有一颗善良的心，大家都很喜欢她。而她的王母皇后却是一个狠毒而又极富嫉妒心的女人，总想把白雪公主害死。

一天，王后派了一个人去杀白雪公主。那人到了公主处，亲眼看到了她的善良、纯洁，不忍心下手，但又无法交差，便带了一颗猪心回宫交给了王后。王后一见，欣喜若狂。

可是没过几天，皇后还是知道了真相，气得暴跳如雷，决定给公主吃毒苹果。于是，她把自己变成了一个老太婆，第二天早晨，她拿着毒苹果来到白雪公主处，公主没在意，拿过苹果咬了一口，结果就很快昏睡了过去。鸟儿识破了王后的伪装，飞到矿山报道白雪公主的不幸。

七个小矮人火速赶回，王后仓惶逃跑，在狂风暴雨中跌下山崖摔死。七个小矮人悲痛万分，把白雪公主安放在一只水晶棺里日日夜夜守护着她。

邻国的王子闻讯，骑着白马赶来，爱情之吻使白雪公主死而复生。然后王子带着白雪公主骑上白马，告别了七个小矮人和森林中的动物，到王子的宫殿中开始了幸福的生活。

我一口气把这个故事看完了，为白雪公主终于有了幸福生活而感到欣慰，也为狠毒的王后最终得到了应有的下场而感到痛快，正所谓“善有善报，恶有恶报”，这让我想起一句话：“善良是对一切和蔼，对动物亲密，爱大自然，开心是一切宝藏的起源。”

愿天下人都能有颗善良的心。
