关于舞蹈教育普及青少年阶段教育可行性的相关调查

摘要:舞蹈教育是素质教育的一个重要组成部分,也是全面贯彻落实德育、美育、体育的重要过程。本文通过总结数据,采集信息,数据分析等方式探索素质教育背景下青少年舞蹈教育的现状,运用信息技术探究青少年舞蹈教育普及到青少年整体阶段教育的可行性和必要性。

当今教育加速发展,并且政府国家重视的程度也在逐年增加,“素质教育”、“五育并举”等词的使用频率也在不断提高,人们越来越注重艺术教育在青少年阶段的普及和学习但至今仍有部分家长对于艺术教育有所偏见,认为学习艺术没有出路,而艺术教育体系下的舞蹈教育却不如绘画,唱歌等其他艺术形式的载体发展好。据相关研究表明,舞蹈教育是艺术教育的重要组成部分,是实施素质教育的有效载体,是培养学生们创新精神和实践水平的重要途径,同时也有助于学生综合素质发展,培养孩子自信、开朗、坚毅的性格以及良好的气质,塑造形体,增强孩子们在学习和表演方面的能力,提高胆量,促进智力的发展,加强自我修养,学会与团队的和谐相处。舞蹈是一种以人体动作为“语言”的艺术形式,舞蹈艺术是一个国家、一个民族文化的组成部分,又是技艺性很强的表演艺术。

舞蹈教育确实对青少年的成长很重要,并且也在逐年提高被提及的频率,但和其他类型的艺术形式相比,舞蹈教育是近几年逐渐才被重视起来的。根据文献相关记录可以发现,自1999年起才陆续有人提出舞蹈教育在素质教育中的重要性,对比同期唱歌,绘画的有关研究晚了2-4年。因为相比于其他类型的艺术类型,美术,唱歌,播音主持等有更加快速的速成班,而舞蹈需要长时间的积累,是需要身体力行地去体验。在艺考各类专业中,美术类专业、音乐类专业、表演类专业等相比于舞蹈专业门槛较低,且知名院校相对丰富,就业端出路相对更广,所以受到更多考生地青睐。即使是在舞蹈教育与美术教育、音乐教育并列为素质教育三巨头的情况之下。就相关数据显示,2019年美术类,音乐和表演类统考报名人数达87.3万人,较2018年增加12.7万人,占同年艺考报名人数的64.1%。

李岚清副总理曾说“多年来忽视艺术教育的结果使我们付出了很高的代价,其后果可能影响到今后于年”。早在2002年教育部就已经颁布了《学校艺术教育工作规程》,并围绕《条例》制定有关实施细则和配套文件,使学校艺术教育工作走上科学化、规范化、制度化的管理轨道。国家教委加大了对艺术教育科学研究的力度,已充分认识到教育科学研究是推进教育改革发展的“第一生产力”。舞蹈教育作为其中一项,理应被接受并被广泛普及,但在当今的情状下,舞蹈教育并没有真正被家长学习甚至老师重视,因为有种种客观因素的阻碍和思想观念上的限制,就导致舞蹈教育是否能在青少年阶段的普及这一问题仍是值得被探索和解决的,具有现实意义和价值。

一、社会背景

近年来,国家政策由升学时的直接加分向纳入综合素质评价体系的方式转变。自2013年以来,国家关于进一步推进在校学生艺术素质测评、加强学校美育工作、支持和鼓励民办教育等政策相继出台,强调美育和艺术教育应在课内教育中占据一定比重。在中国文学艺术界联合会第十一次全国代表大会、中国作家协会第十次全国代表大会开幕式上,习近平总书记强调:“繁荣发展社会主义文艺、建设社会主义文化强国,需要在党的领导下,广泛团结凝聚爱国奉献的文艺工作者,培养造就一大批德才兼备的文学家、艺术家。”由此可见,文艺和艺术的发展是建设社会主义文化强国的必然要求,也是我们青少年阶段必须落实和普及艺术教育的要求。

针对地方发展和重视程度的差异,各个地方性综合素质评价体系逐步建立,明确可作为学校招生的依据。教育部提出“到2020年左右,要初步形成基于初中学业水平考试成绩、结合综合素质评价的高中阶段学校考试招生录取模式”。“"

在过去五年来,高考对艺术生的招考比率一直在提升,目前已超过10%,对艺术特长生的加分政策逐步培育了市场对艺术教育的需求。与此同时,我国舞蹈市场适龄人口基础大,2019年我国3-18岁的舞蹈教育适龄人口约2.6亿人。尽管受新生人口增长率下降影响,预计到2025年仍将有2.52亿适龄人口。

“舞蹈教育是美育中具有较为独特的美感价值的艺术形式表现,对青少年的成长和教育具有多方面的影响,所以要加强青少年素质教育中舞蹈教育的比重。舞蹈教育有利于青少年道德品质的培养,有利于青少年智力的发展,有利于青少年气质的培养,有利于青少年审美情趣的培养,有利于青少年人格的完善”[1]

新一代家长教育意识提高,更加注重寓教于乐,提升孩子兴趣的培养方式。家长对孩子能力培养的诉求直接影响素质教育培训市场的赛道热度,艺术教育排在家长选报素质教育项目的最前列,占比65%。

同时,经济发展推动消费结构不断优化,消费升级持续拉动艺术教育需求。目前,我国少儿艺术培训的市场格局上,美术培训和音乐培训占据前二,市场份额均突破30%,舞蹈培训排名第三,仅有占20%左右。

从少儿艺术培训的数据来看,家长是重视孩子们艺术教育的培养和训练,但是一到12、3岁以后,孩子接受艺术教育的人数比重直线下降。大多是由于学业紧张,课余时间较少,或是因为报名补习班而没有额外的时间去接受艺术课程的教授。

二、调查对象与方法

(一)调查对象

本研究选取具有代表意义的三个青少年年龄阶层的同学们(分别为12岁之前、12-18岁、18-22岁)以及有对应年龄阶段孩子的家长们。孩子们在成年之前,大多数的孩子没有正确的自我判断力,很多决定都是父母家长帮忙做出的。所以家长也在本次调查对象的范围内,而三个年龄阶段则是分别有针对性地对应了幼儿园时期,中小学时期以及大学时期三个较为有代表性的阶段。分阶段进行调查分析,能够使得数据更加准确、真实、有效。

(二)调查方法

本次调查选择了具有代表意义的三个青少年年龄阶层的同学们(分别为12岁之前、12-18岁、18-22岁)以及有对应年龄阶段孩子的家长们作为调查对象。从2021年10月初,开始着手调查工作,经过资料调查、制定方案、实施方案、分析数据、总结成果等最终完成整个调查分析研究工作。在资料收集方面,除了调查整体艺术教育的社会发展趋势和当代发展背景倾向外,我还采用了问卷调查法(受疫情影响,问卷主要在社交空间中发放,共发放528份,收回525份,有效问卷515份,问卷有效率约达98%)、结构化访谈以及观察法等等。在整理和总结资料分析方面,我对资料进行了审核、整理、归纳、并用专业数据分析软件SPSS进行了相应的量化分析。

三、调查数据对比和分析

(一)对于孩子的调查结果(340份)

在发放的340份问卷中,我们对于青少年对舞蹈教育的看法做出了如下统计:

四、存在问题和原因分析

现代舞蹈教育未能普及到青少年阶段教育的主要原因,不仅仅存在于教育对象和家长方面,舞蹈教育教学方式本身也存在一定的问题,总结来说主要有以下三个方面[2]:

(一)教学方式有待创新

目前,青少年舞蹈教育方式大多受到时间、空间等因素的限制,不利于教学效率和教学质量的提升;同时,大班额教学模式也不利于学生对舞蹈的深入理解,难以充分调动学生的学习热情,达不到预期学习效果。

(二)教育内容更新缓慢

舞蹈中包含着众多的知识内容,要选择真正适合青少年学习的内容,需要教师对舞蹈知识有更全面的掌握和更深入的理解。教学过程中,教师需一直更新教学内容,引导学生理解舞蹈语言的内在美,进而掌握舞蹈训练的技巧。在实际教学中,很多教师只注重对那些基础而浅层知识的传授,对舞蹈教育内容的更新较为缓慢。

(三)教育目标模糊

青少年舞蹈教育中存在目标指引缺失问题,影响了学生身心全面发展。青少年的舞蹈能力、肢体协调能力等存在着明显差异,教育教学方法应因人而异,并且需要有明确的教育目标作指引。实际教学中,有些教师教育目标模糊,导致学生出现动作不协调、节奏感差等问题。会打击青少年舞蹈学习的自信心,降低对舞蹈学习的兴趣。

五、解决方案及对策

在总结出舞蹈教育现存的众多问题后,我比照相关问题的发生原因,并且依据现阶段的社会背景状况以及艺术教育的现状,针对舞蹈教育存在的问题做出了以下应对的方案和对策。

(一)运用信息技术进行更加全方位的教学

随着科学技术的快速发展,互联网信息技术是能够提供更为丰富的教育资源。运用信息技术进行创新式教学,这种创新式的方式更容易激发学生的学习热情,使舞蹈教学摆脱时间和空间的限制,提高学生们舞蹈学习效率和质量。如:教师运用微课视频或者录像的方式进行生动、形象且全方位的示范,学生们可以根据自己的需求随时随地观看教学视频,使得学生对于舞蹈动作的技巧有更加清晰的理解和认识。

(二)适当拓展舞蹈教学内容

舞蹈教学不仅要为学生传授基本的舞蹈动作,而且还要帮助学生养成良好的舞蹈训练习惯,使其理解舞蹈动作与舞蹈语言的联系,进而掌握丰富、有效的舞蹈训练技巧。因此,教师需要不断更新教学内容,帮助学生更直观地体会舞蹈学习带来的快乐。教师应将舞蹈文化和音乐充分结合,在教学中借助多媒体平台为学生播放视频、音频等教学资源,使学生感受舞蹈的魅力。教师还可以引导学生仔细观察日常生活中的细节,以此提升学生的舞蹈素养。通过拓展舞蹈教学内容,强化学生的舞蹈学习体验,有效实现素质教育的目的。

(三)开展多元化的艺术实践活动

在素质教育大背景下,青少年舞蹈教育的目标是为了提升其综合素养。教师应开展多元化的艺术实践活动,让学生在欣赏舞蹈、表演舞蹈的过程中深切体会舞蹈艺术的魅力,促进青少年身心健康发展。可定期开展各种形式的舞蹈艺术活动及演出,使学生在实践中发现自己的不足与优势,从而确保后续的舞蹈教育目标更具针对性和实效性。此外,在艺术实践活动中,将理论知识转化为舞蹈能力,可有效提升学生的舞蹈鉴赏力和表演能力。

(四)突出青少年的主体地位

为使学生得到更全面的发展,教师需要贯彻“以生为本”教育理念,突出学生的主体地位,结合不同学生的实际情况设计教学目标、教学内容、教学计划。依据循序渐进、由浅入深的教育原则,教师带领学生深入感受舞蹈艺术的魅力,并从舞蹈能力选择、舞蹈考核标准、舞蹈学习评价等方面入手,建立更为完善的教学体系,确保每一名学生都能接受到符合自身实际情况的舞蹈教育,以此增强舞蹈学习自信心。

六、结论

在素质教育背景下,我们需要针对青少年舞蹈教育改革与发展中存在的问题,不断优化完善舞蹈教育模式,积极探索舞蹈教育与素质教育有机融合的策略与方法,最大限度地发挥舞蹈教育的功能优势,促进青少年身心全面健康发展。其中,舞蹈教育对于青少年的心理健康的作用尤其突出,这也是将舞蹈教育普及青少年阶段教育的另一重点。与传统的心理治疗相比,舞蹈有着其独特之处,强调情绪和身体的相互连接性,以及创造力能够促进心理的健康。在身体层次上,舞蹈帮助人们加强肢体的协调能力,提高身体素质;在情感层次上,舞蹈帮助人们变得更愉悦和自信,并且赋予人治疗方法与工具宣泄通过语言所不能或不足够表达的各种情绪,如愤怒,失望等;在精神层次上,舞蹈能提高人的认知能力,动力和记忆力。当传统的心里质量难以用语言方式接近和治疗病人时,舞蹈无疑是一种更好的选择,不仅和传统心理治疗是相辅相成,且帮助人们充分调动自身的潜力。

舞蹈教育可以帮助以下方面:

(1)情感调理:帮助学生调节情感, 进而建立自觉、自信、与自主能力;

(2)行为引领:引导学生建立行为上的自发与自控能力,并建立有益于健康生活的行为习惯;

(3)关系建立: 帮助学生增强自我容受力和沟通能力,与客观的人事建立积极有效的关系;

(4)健全心智,帮助修补个人成长时期所缺失的心智发育需要,治疗纠正成长过程中的创伤或障碍;帮助个人建立与年龄相应的自我形象、行为类型。

2.Survey objects and methods

(1)Subjects of investigation

This study selected three representative classmates of adolescent age groups(before 12 years old, 12-18 years old, 18-22 years old)and parents with children of corresponding age groups.Before children reach adulthood, most children do not have correct self-judgment, and many decisions are made with the help of parents.Therefore, parents are also within the scope of this survey, and the three age stages correspond specifically to the three representative stages of kindergarten, elementary and middle school, and university.Phased investigation and analysis can make the data more accurate, true and effective.(2)Investigation method

This survey selected three representative classmates of adolescent age groups(before 12 years old, 12-18 years old, 18-22 years old)and parents with children of corresponding age groups as the survey objects.From the beginning of October 2021, the investigation work will be started, and the entire investigation, analysis and research work will be completed after data investigation, formulating plans, implementing plans, analyzing data, and summarizing results.In terms of data collection, in addition to investigating the overall social development trends and contemporary development background trends of art education, I also adopted a questionnaire survey method(affected by the epidemic, the questionnaires were mainly distributed in social spaces.A total of 528 copies were issued and 525 copies were recovered.There are 515 valid questionnaires, with an efficiency of about 98%), structured interviews, and observation methods.In terms of collating and summarizing data analysis, I reviewed, collated, summarized the data, and performed corresponding quantitative analysis with the professional data analysis software SPSS.3.Comparison and analysis of survey data

4.Existing problems and cause analysis

The main reason why modern dance education has not been popularized to adolescent education is not only in the education target and parents, but also in the dance education teaching method itself.In summary, there are mainly the following three aspects[2]:

(1)Teaching methods need to be innovated

At present, most of the youth dance education methods are restricted by time, space and other factors, which are not conducive to the improvement of teaching efficiency and teaching quality.At the same time, the large-class teaching model is also not conducive to students’ in-depth understanding of dance, and it is difficult to fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning.Can not achieve the expected learning effect.(2)Slow update of educational content

Dance contains a lot of knowledge content.To choose the content that is really suitable for young people to learn, teachers need to have a more comprehensive grasp and deeper understanding of dance knowledge.During the teaching process, teachers must always update the teaching content, guide students to understand the inner beauty of dance language, and then master the skills of dance training.In actual teaching, many teachers only pay attention to the teaching of basic and shallow knowledge, and the update of dance education content is relatively slow.(3)Blurred educational goals

The lack of goal guidance in youth dance education affects the overall physical and mental development of students.There are obvious differences in young peoples dance ability and physical coordination ability.Education and teaching methods should vary from person to person, and clear education goals are required for guidance.In actual teaching, some teachers educational goals are vague, causing students to have problems such as uncoordinated movements and poor sense of rhythm.It will dampen young people’s self-confidence in dance learning and reduce their interest in dance learning.5, solutions and countermeasures

After summarizing the many existing problems in dance education, I compared the causes of related problems, and based on the current social background and the status quo of art education, I made the following plans and countermeasures for the problems in dance education.(1)Use information technology for more comprehensive teaching

With the rapid development of science and technology, Internet information technology can provide richer educational resources.The use of information technology for innovative teaching, this innovative way is easier to stimulate students enthusiasm for learning, to get rid of the limitations of time and space in dance teaching, and to improve the efficiency and quality of dance learning for students.For example, teachers use micro-class videos or videos to demonstrate vividly, vividly and in an all-round way.Students can watch teaching videos anytime and anywhere according to their needs, so that students have a clearer understanding and understanding of dance techniques.(2)Appropriately expand the content of dance teaching

In the context of quality education, the goal of dance education for young people is to improve their comprehensive literacy.Teachers should carry out diversified artistic practice activities, so that students can deeply appreciate the charm of dance art in the process of appreciating and performing dances, and promote the physical and mental health of young people.Various forms of dance art activities and performances can be carried out on a regular basis, so that students can find their own shortcomings and advantages in practice, so as to ensure that the follow-up dance education goals are more targeted and effective.In addition, in artistic practice activities, transforming theoretical knowledge into dance ability can effectively improve students dance appreciation and performance ability.(4)Highlight the dominant position of young people

In the context of quality education, we need to continuously optimize and improve the dance education model in response to the problems in the reform and development of youth dance education, actively explore strategies and methods for the organic integration of dance education and quality education, and maximize the functional advantages of dance education , To promote the comprehensive and healthy development of young peoples body and mind.Among them, dance education plays a particularly prominent role in the mental health of young people.This is also another key point in popularizing dance education among young people.Compared with traditional psychotherapy, dance has its own unique features, emphasizing the interconnectivity of emotion and body, and creativity can promote mental health.At the physical level, dance helps people to strengthen the coordination of their limbs and improve their physical fitness;at the emotional level, dance helps people become more happy and confident, and gives people treatment methods and tools to vent what they cannot or cannot express through language.Various emotions, such as anger, disappointment, etc.;On the spiritual level, dance can improve peoples cognitive ability, motivation and memory.When traditional mental quality is difficult to approach and treat patients with language, dance is undoubtedly a better choice.It not only complements traditional psychotherapy, but also helps people fully mobilize their own potential.Dance education can help the following:

(1)Emotional conditioning: to help students adjust their emotions, and then build self-consciousness, self-confidence, and autonomy;

(2)Behavior guidance: guide students to establish behavioral spontaneity and self-control ability, and establish behavioral habits that are conducive to a healthy life;

(3)Relationship establishment: Help students enhance self-acceptance and communication skills, and establish positive and effective relationships with objective personnel;
