热身导入:“水果大作战”游戏(8分钟)
游戏规则:
1、各组选一名组长
2、各组取一种水果的名字,不能重复
3、组长喊口号,组员听其号令做统一下蹲动作,若该组没及时做出反映,或不是全体成员一起做下蹲动作,则被淘汰。最后两组获胜,赢得水果。活动一:聆听《水果歌》,进行儿歌问答(7分钟)1.课件出示:水果歌

二、分小组绘制思维导图——头脑风暴“水果知多少” 活动要求:
1、分组绘制思维导图,任意发挥你们的想象
2、水果有关的食品和制品以及它们的益处(在学生绘制的过程中鼓励同学大胆猜想,给予学生真诚的引导,充分调动学生绘制思维导图的激情。)展示分享(8分钟)

第二篇:水果大荟萃教学反思
“水果大荟萃”是《思维导图》的第三课时,通过前面两个课时的学习,同学们已经认识了大脑的结构,知道了不同的人大脑的思维方式是不同的,初步了解到思维导图的结构,知道了思维导图的的基础上,让孩子学会关于水果的思维导图的绘制。
新课伊始,我们通过有趣的水果歌切入主题,一方面营造了轻松的氛围,一方面又为本课时的学习做了铺垫。接着,我们以苹果为例,绘制了一个简单的思维导图,并相机介绍思维导图的五个要素:中心图像,关键词,线条,颜色和图片。接下来,我在每组发一张写有“水果”的白纸,让同组的孩子们共同绘制一幅思维导图。
小组绘制思维导图的过程中,一开始孩子们的思维受到了我们举的例子的限制,仅仅局限在水果的颜色、形状、用途上。在巡视的过程中,我突然发现有一个小组竟然想到了这种水果的英文名,于是我在班里做了提醒,孩子们的思路开始开阔起来,有的联想到了与这种水果有关的动画片、电影……看着他们想的越来越多,我心里满是欣慰。
接下来是小组的展示活动,每个小组都有明确的分工,不再像初次那样你推我我推你,整个过程都是流畅的。小组在交流中,都可以看出思维的发散,但在绘制的思维导图中还是存在一些关于层次和颜色方面的欠缺。评价时,我试着放手先让其他小组互评,我再补评的方式。
本节课中,小组的合作效果很明显,尤其是平时在语文学科中暂时落后的同学,而在梦想课上,他们却有着精彩的表现。这节课让我真正明白了梦想课的意义,在这里,每个孩子都能找到自己的位置,发挥自己的作用,享受整个过程,不再做课堂的局外人,我想这就是梦想课所说的自信、从容、有尊严。此外,对于我个人而言,梦想课让我敢于放手把课堂交给孩子,不像语文课上那样,担心放手后收不回来。

《水果宝宝》教学设计
教材分析:
《水果宝宝》是冀版美术实验教材一年级第一册9课教学内容,是让学生利用彩泥制作出各种各样水果的泥工课。泥工课,是孩子们心中一种全新的学习模式,是符合一年级(6、7岁)孩童的心理特征的。通过一捏、一揉、一搓、一按,使学生们充分感触到彩泥的特性。新鲜的彩泥,直接刺激着孩子们的大脑,红色的、绿色的、黄色的等等,使他们时时处于强烈的冲动感。不用捏,他们就能联想到生活中常见的物品(尤其是新鲜的水果)。一年级学生的心理特点,喜动、善于想象,能凭借原有的记忆进行主观的创造和组合,但没有持久性和耐性。
我在讲授本课时,根据孩子们的特点,把生活中的小品游戏融入到教学中去,尝试游戏教学法,使学生始终处在绝对新鲜的教学情景之中,提高教学质量,教师也参与其中,使学生和教师之间产生互动效果,缩短师生间的距离。学生分析:
学生入学时间还不长,手工制作对刚入学的孩子来说充满了新鲜和好奇,他们对本课充满了强烈的求知欲望,急于想学会真本事给同学和老师看看。虽然如此,但是学生有了一定的生活经验和积累,对水果相对来说还是比较熟知的,因为他们看到过、摸过、闻过、吃过;又因为学生对橡皮泥也不陌生,也有一定的捏的经验,因此需要老师在教学过程当中要针对学生的实际情况,设计合理的教学过程,既要满足学生的好奇心,又要使他们在原来的基础上对事物的认识更加完善,并且最大限度的提高学生的认识事物的能力、手工操作的能力及辨别能力。设计思路:
化妆游戏(卖水果贩子)进入课堂(模拟市场),进行顾客交易——→挂出新鲜水果——→黑板演示各种水果简笔画——→请学生各自用彩泥加工水果——→请学生各自谈捏水果体会与制作经验——→装盘——→请水果贩子挑出好的收购——→教师总结——→奖励表现比较好的学生(奖励一个苹果或一颗葡萄等等)。教学目标:
1、用彩泥或黄泥表现出水果宝宝的形象,培养学生概括的能力。
2、通过捏塑水果的活动,了解可塑材料的特性和基本造型方法。
3、激发学生热爱生活,表现生活的美好情感。课前准备:
1、教师准备:彩泥、小盘子(或碟子)、小木板(32K)、捏泥工的小刀、牙签、毛巾、水果篮、新鲜时令水果、用彩泥捏好的水果等。

二、游戏导入新课,教授新课。
1、“卖水果喽!”随着叫卖声,两位老乡(学生扮演)手挎水果篮,头戴白毛巾走入教室,教师随即以顾客身份进入角色,进行简单交易,然后把买来的水果挂在或放在讲台桌前,老乡回座位坐下。老师对这两位学生表示感谢。
2、展示各种水果。让学生先各自看看自己所带来的水果是什么颜色的,摸一摸是什么样子的,闻一闻是什么味道的,然后在小组里互相看看、摸摸、闻闻、说说,再找个别学生汇报一下自己的发现,教师适时在黑板上画出部分水果的简笔画。
3、告诉学生今天购买的水果是为了招待客人的,但不知还有什么样的水果,今天没有见到,问哪些学生知道呢?学生又列举出不易带到课堂上来的,比如西瓜、甜瓜、樱桃、椰子等等,教师也以简笔画画出,到时供同学们参考。
4、教师出示自己用橡皮泥捏好的水果,告诉学生是用橡皮泥捏的。学生看到后非常惊奇,激发学生的好奇心和求知欲。
5、学生运用自己已有的经验和知识,用自己准备好的彩泥,试着捏一个自己感兴趣的水果宝宝。教师巡视。
6、请捏的比较好的学生上台前,表述一下捏的过程和方法,教师适时的把学生归纳出的方法板书在黑板上,教师指出注意事项,鼓励学生在原有的基础上捏的更快、更好。
7、学生继续完成自己的作品1—3种。
三、展示学生作品,课后小结。
当学生完成自己的作品后,可先对自己的作品进行自我评判,然后在小组里进行评价,再请两位老乡挑出好的作品进行收购,摆在讲台桌前,再由老师和学生对这些作品做出评点,找出优点与不足,以表扬鼓励为主,对收购上来的作品的作者进行物质奖励(比如一颗葡萄等)。课后总结:
学生上这节课,能够看得出非常愿意上,自始至终处在较新鲜的欢快气氛中,教师与学生融入到游戏当中去,体现了教与学的互动性,抓住了学生喜动、善动的特点,让学生用手摸,用眼看,用手捏,用鼻子嗅,体现了学生动手动脑的特点。在本节课中,教师没有直接教给学生怎样捏,以及捏的技法,而是让学生在已有的基础上,自己去尝试,通过互相学习,来完成捏的学习过程,体现了新的课标理念。教师不单单是课程的讲授者,更主要的是学生的引导者,活动的参与者,学生的良师益友,引导学生学会探索,做学习的实践者。本节课,学生作品完成率90%以上,作品完整率80%以上,也有少数学生的作品跟生活中的物品还存在一定的差距,这不要紧,重点不是像不像,而是好不好,有学生的独创就是好的。这节课,学生在欢乐的气氛中学到了知识,提高了能力,我认为还是比较成功的。作为一名教师,为了我们的后一代,为了新课程的改革,为了新课标的实施,我会不断学习新的教学理念,不断的探索与创新,也不断的完善自己,提高自己。

活动准备:刀16把、垫板16块、大小不同的盘子、沙拉酱、水果签若干、各种水果。
活动过程:
一、导入
1、老师介绍学生厨房情况和使用注意事项。
2、开场白:俗话说民以食为天。中国馆的饮食文化是博大精深。随着世界的发展吗,各国文化交流日益增加,我们可以将自己国家的美食介绍给全世界的人民,同时也可以品尝到世界各地的美味,这是多么美好的事啊!这也是我希望大家能做到的。当然,锻炼自己的动手能力,能亲自动手学做菜享受烹饪的乐趣也是我们上这堂课的目的,希望大家能享受这样的学习,在这里快乐学习。
二、内容
“今天,我们小朋友带来了许多水果,让我们一起看看都有些什么?” “这些水果你都喜欢吃吗?”
“有没有一个好办法让小朋友可以品尝到所有的水果呢?”——学生想办法 “这是老师制作的水果沙拉,里面有哪些水果呢?让我们大家一起来尝尝吧。” ——学生品尝,教师提问:你吃到的是什么?有什么味道?
三、制作水果沙拉:
教师规范要求并示范:
我们要自己动手将水果切成段。先要拿一把刀,拿刀时要拿住刀把,让刀刃朝下,不让刀对向自己或别人,放到菜板上。再选一种水果来切。切时要注意:一手拿住水果,一手拿住刀,要看准了来切。切完后将水果放到空盘中,当我们把所有的水果加工完,我们再来做沙拉。——教师示范切1——2种
四、学生制作: 准备:将学生分组(四人一组)站到桌子边,拿刀、选水果 要求:注意安全、手粘时用湿巾擦手。
切:切好一种水果,放入大盘,再选另一种水果,让学生尝试切每种水果。
五、教师小结:
小朋友切的情况、提示学生将刀放到空盘中。四人一起将沙拉酱放入果盘,搅拌均匀,用小盘盛出,用牙签品尝,与人分享。
将水果沙拉带回去与其他同学一起分享,自然结束。
