Confirming your flight

英语说得不好，有两个原因，一是听说练习太少，二是基础不扎实。该怎么办呢？

1、尽可能每天都坚持听英语。

每天都听英语，即使只有15分钟时间。这样做的好处在于，让大脑习惯每天处理英语信息，知道你需要它。并尽可能地坚持每天都听，时间不要求很长，每天练习15分钟对你的帮助比一周只练一次3小时更有效。

2、模仿标准发音，不断地说，即使是自言自语。

当你听英语电视节目或电影时，试着模仿你听到的声音，他们说一句，你跟着他们说一句。同样的材料一遍又一遍去听，不断重复它，直到你觉得听起来像录音。甚至你都可以将自己说的录下来，进行对比。

3、一遍又一遍看同样的英语材料（美剧新闻视频电影综艺节目等），直到你不需要字幕。

多看国外的电影电视剧电视节目，有中英字幕的比较好。这些都是学习英语口语的好材料。
