《牛津初中英语Reading“三读”教学模式的研究》研究方案

一、课题研究的目的意义:

1.“侧重培养阅读能力,为进一步学习和运用英语切实打好基础”是中学英语教学大纲中的一项具体要求,而初中生英语阅读能力的培养在牛津英语Reading教学中能得以充分体现。同时阅读学习方法的习得使学生能自觉地、主动地阅读文章,减轻老师的教学任务。量变必然导致质变。所以研究Reading教学模式并逐步解决阅读问题对提高中学英语教学质量问题有着重要的现实意义。

二、课题核心概念:

教学模式是在一定教学思想或教学理论指导下建立起来的,较为稳定的教学活动结构框架和活动程序。牛津初中英语Reading模块主要练习大家的阅读能力。“三读”一读是让学生带着问题快速浏览全文并回答。二读是较为仔细的阅读全文针对文章大意所设置的练习。三读是仔细阅读全文完成老师提供的根据课文内容设置的总结性或摘要性练习。牛津初中英语Reading“三读”教学模式就是要在国家义务教育课程标准指导下,在新课标教学理念指引下创设出的一种教学程序,培养和训练学生的英语阅读能力。

三、课题所要解决的问题:

1.构建牛津初中英语教材Reading“三读”的教学模式。

2.在教学理论上共同讨论影响Reading教学的不利因素,并用积极因素来帮助学生消除心里障碍,从而激发和培养他们学习英语的兴趣,同时也要能有助于指导学生形成良好的学习策略,能为学生的可持续性发展打下良好的基础。

3.在教学方法和内容上能为同行在Reading教学上提供有效的教学方法和建议性意见。重点研究如何合理使用教学方法和手段,让学生能乐意接受,乐意学习,快乐学英语。

四、课题研究的内容:

1.初中牛津英语Reading模块教学现状的调查研究。

2.初中牛津英语教材Reading“三读”教学模式的研究。这种教学模式旨在注重营造生动有趣的情境,呈现多样性有针对性的Reading教学方法。通过调查分析学生阅读水平形成的规律及影响其能力高低的可能原因。研究过程中我们调查了学生对英语阅读所持有的态度,学习动机,自我评价及对目前课堂阅读教学的评价等几个方面并进一步探索对策,探索一条适合Reading教学模式的切实有效的方法。

五、研究方法:

1.文献研究法:通过广泛收集、查阅、整理与本课题相关的文献资料,筛选和借鉴各地外语教学的成功经验和教学方法,学习有关教育教学理论,提高理论素养和科研能力。

2.教育调查法:主要通过对初中英语教师的Reading模块教学现状进行调查分析,整理出初中英语教师对这个模块实施实际教学的第一手真实材料,形成文字调查报告,为课题研究的顺利进行做好铺垫。

3.行动研究法:主要阅读有关英语教学理论知识书籍,改变自己对于英语教学的传统观念,通过理论指导实际的教学实践,形成一种科学有效的便于实际操作的牛津初中英语Reading教学理念和教学模式。

4.经验总结法:不断将调查研究的结果进行定性分析,将感性认识上升为

理论认识,总结出提高初中学生的英语学习的有效策略,并将其形成书面研究报

告以备英语教师借鉴或参考。

2、确定研究班级,分析该班学生英语阅读学习的情况。

3、学习相关理论制定研究方案和计划。

第二阶段:(2011年6月—2012年2月)

1、深入班级,调查学生英语阅读学习差的原因。

2、根据课题实施方案及研究计划进行该课题的研究。

3、查找资料,向有经验的教师请教并与同行交流,找学生座谈,深入分析

学生英语阅读学习差的原因,找出解决学生英语学习阅读差的对策,提

高英语阅读能力。

第三阶段:(2012年3月----2012年6月)

整理课题研究资料,撰写课题论文,完成结题报告

二、具体读书时间安排:

第一学期读完教育专著《英语教学法》(胡春洞著)和《英语课程标准》

《初中英语课堂教学模式》张四保,郭治源著。第二学期读完《中小学英

语教学与研究》、《初中英语课堂教学研究》和《英语阅读教学》。

2011年6月至7月读完《英语课程标准》。

2011年8月至9月读完《英语教学法》。

2011年10月至11月读完《初中英语课堂教学模式》。

2011年12月至1月读完《中小学英语教学与研究》。

2012年2月读完《初中英语课堂教学研究》。

2012年3月读完《英语阅读教学》。

2012年4月根据课题研究读书学习,构思论文准备结题

2012年5至6月整理课题研究资料,撰写课题论文,完成结题报告。

八、完成读书笔记与课例分析的具体时间安排

在读书学习过程中及时记录自己的观点和看法,写出反思和随笔。特别是记

录自己点点滴滴的收获与体会。并将书中所得运用到自己平时的教育教学工作

中,使专业水平上一个新的台阶。
