第三讲
三、说与读的训练指导
(一)说的训练
说的训练是高一阶段的训练重点之一,也是培养一个人与人交往能力的重要形式。
1、要敢于张口,大胆地练说。虽不如《疯狂英语》那样疯狂,也要把说英语像说汉语一样自如作为自己的追求。
2、多与同学交流,抓住课上机会练习说英语。利用课余时间,寻找机会,创造机会说英语。组成小组,参加英语角等。重复句、造句子、背诵、复述课文都是训练说的能力的好方法,只有简单的做到了,再难的任务也就不难了。
3、把练习一口气说出5句话没有错误作为训练说的能力的前期标准。话题可由感而发,也可以是看到周围的动态、静态的事物,张口而出。
4、留心观察周围的事物,如街头广告、标语也是学习英语的好材料,看到后说出来,也是训练的方法之一。
(二)读的指导
1、阅读能力是一切能力之本,也是高考要求的重中之重。在有了一定的听、说能力之后,培养阅读能力也是高一阶段的重要步骤。
2、从兴趣入手,以读自己感兴趣的英文小短文、小散文、小说入手,渐渐地语感增强了,词汇扩大了,能力提高了。
3、推荐读物
(1)由China Daily主编21st century·School Edition。每周发刊一期。话题覆盖面广,角度多,语言新活,是学习英语的好材料。
(2)外语教学与研究出版社出版的书虫系列,选择多,语言简单,生词量小,兴趣的发展得以保证。
4、阅读数量标准。每天应坚持30分钟,300—500字的阅读。可集中时间读,也可利用零散时间读。
5、精读、泛读相结合。精读是指认真处理生词、难句,对句子成份认真分析等,既学语言又学语法。泛读则是指重视了解文章大意,可采取略读、跳读等方法。不论是精读还是泛读都切忌边读边查字典,这样会打断阅读的整体思路不利于语言能力的提高。

四、几种不良倾向
1、有人认为高考成绩高就行了,不练说也没关系。其实我们现在学习英语已不仅仅是为高考了,而是要为高考后的生存与发展做准备,也为个人与社会大环境接轨打基础。更为个人向国外发展作必要的准备。
2、有人认为多做题就能解决问题。人们常说:量的积累可达到质的飞跃。但是盲目地追求数量而忽视质量是不可取也是无效的。死扣语法不重视在一定的语境中体会、运用知识也是不正确的。
3、有人常立志而不是立长志。英语学习最怕“三天打鱼,两天晒网”。高兴了干一阵,进步了就停下。走走停停只能导致成绩的起伏不定,最终导致兴趣降低,自信心丧失,造成恶性循环。
4、有人只会做或者是只做老师要求干的事。进入高中阶段,走向成熟的表现在学会自己学习,要学会安排自己的学习内容,要学会支配自己的学习时间。
五、学好英语,上好英语课的几个环节
1、尽快适应新环境、新同学、新老师,尽快适应高中学习。
2、课前认真做好预习工作。因为课时紧,内容多,强度大。不认真预习,课上会很被动。预习要做到认真听录音,模仿,掌握准确的语音、语调,了解单词意思,课文内容,找出疑难问题。
3、课上认真听讲,积极参与课堂活动,给自己更多的机会锻炼听、说能力,认真适当地记笔记。高效率听课,才能有高水平的收获。
4、课后要及时认真复习,按时完成作业是首要的。复习是为了巩固课堂知识,同时也应适当地做一些练习。遇到没有理解的内容应及时问老师,使问题尽快解决。
5、要有适应新环境的能力,同时应有承受压力的能力。要会调整自己,相信大家会以饱满的精神状态,充分的心理准备,顺利适应高中英语学习的。

一、请首先反省一下自己说的英语
现在会说英语的人越来越多了,而真正说得很好的,特别是语音纯正、听起来让人觉得真地道、真好听的人即使在英语专业里也为数不多,在非英语专业里就更加难得。对自己的英语不满意、又苦于找不到好方法的人比比皆是。当然,学英语首先是为了交流,但如果我们不只是能说,还都能说得“像”,说得让别人听起来舒服,比方说,我们说的英语就像加拿大那位大山说的汉语一样,那岂不更好?如果你一开口,别人就觉得你像是在美国待了多年,或者简直就像老美在讲话,这难道不是许多人梦寐以求的吗?
对于那些有种种语音毛病的人来说,如果不专门花一段时间在语音方面认真下一番工夫、把他们说的英语规范一下的话,他们就只能永远说一口蹩脚的英语,别人不爱听、自己也不爱说,相当一部分人则干脆不再张口,学起了哑巴英语!
对于许多发音有这样那样问题的人来说,他们所说的英语中的许多毛病已经形成习惯,而这些习惯都是多年来形成而又极难克服的。他们也努力,也想说好,但不得其法,他们很可能没有意识到,我们的母语在不知不觉间对我们的强大影响是我们说不好英语的一个最重要的原因!
二、随心所欲地学英语其实是很危险的!
这话似乎是危言耸听,但仔细想来确有几分道理。过去练武功的师傅有这样一句话--------“学拳容易改拳难”。师傅总是告诫自己的弟子不要轻易练拳,因为一旦学会一个错误的东西,形成定式,再想改掉它,难得很!所以那个时候师傅宁愿收一个没练过功夫的少年作弟子,也不愿教一个从前练过功但功夫却学得不怎么样的人。几十岁的成年人想要放弃自己的方言,去学普通话或者别的方言,那困难大约也像愚公移山一样。首先因为他的年龄早已过了学语言的最佳时期,另外还有一个重要原因,那就是他的方言已经成了根深蒂固的习惯,想改也改不掉。因此,学英语的人从一开始学的时候,动作就要到位,避免走弯路。
我们也可以这样说,“学英语容易,改英语难”。1

第一讲
达尔文曾说过“关于方法的知识是最重要的知识”,不管我们学习什么,掌握正确的方法是最重要的。
我们现在正面临着一个初、高中的衔接问题,初中侧重基础的语法知识,而高中侧重具体地使用英语。所以,学好英语首先要掌握正确的方法,什么是方法?
一、首先要明确几个观点:
1、学英语的目的是使用英语,只能在用中体会它的规律,掌握它的方法,通过练习学会使用。因此我们要抓住每一个机会用英语。如课程表的书写用英语,学习学科的英文书写等。课上50个人,能有机会一定要抓住机会,而且要给自己创造机会练习口语,课下要寻找机会去练习使用英语。练习听、说、读等能力,做适量的练习巩固课内知识。
2、关于语法知识的学习:掌握一定的语法知识是必要的,它是基础,中国人学习外语要学点语法,但是过分地研究语法是不利于能力的培养的,这也是中国人学习英语的误区。有人说,那么高考怎么办?高考正是考查学生实际使用英语的能力,语法的考试也是在实际语境中考查,因此语篇的能力才是真正的能力。
3、语言的学习应听、说、读、写全面发展,在开始阶段应以听说为主。高一新学期1—2月内主要以训练自己的听与说的能力为主要目标,逐步加大阅读。

一、预习方法指导
预习是上课前对新知识的自学准备,是学好新课提高学习能力,取得好成绩的基础.进行课前预习能使对新学知识有个初步的了解,做到心中有数.对新学习内容作一番学习尝试,可以提高分析问题,解决问题的能力.有利于提高思维能力,所以必须指导学生做好课前预习。指导的方法如下:
(1)设置预习,引导学生自学新内容.(2)粗读、细读新内容,尤其是Let’s learn、Let’s talk、Story time、Read and write等板块内容。这就要求学生要从头到尾大概地看一遍要讲的新课内容,初步了解讲些什么,哪些是旧知识,哪些是新知识,然后把需要预习的整个内容看上两三遍,做到逐单词逐句子的认真读,并试着理解翻译,读后记录。在读的过程中,区分难点内容,争取通过自己查英语词典或请教别人钻研解决,把弄不懂的问题,带到上课中去,通过听课解决。

(4)做预习笔记。把预习中不能解决的问题记录下来,以便上课时带进课堂来解决。
(5)试做习题。在自学的基础上,做一些练习,来检查自己是否懂了。
二、复习方法指导
人的大脑记忆是有规律的,帮助学生巩固知识的最好方法是复习。复习有课后复习,单元复习,期末复习,年终复习,在指导方法上有:
(1)使学生明确复习目的,其目的是为了对所学知识的理解和记忆,系统掌握知识,以便于在考试中获得好成绩和日后学习继续学习选用.(2)使学生抓住学习的重点.课后复习以理解、记忆、掌握新知识为主。其它的复习以形成知识系统.复习的重点单词书写、句型练习、听力测试、短文阅读理解、综合运用上.(3)使学生做到“三个为主”。复习时,以课本为主,以加深理解和加强记忆力为主,以系统练习为主。这样才能在整体上掌握好所学知识。
三、做作业的方法指导
做作业是运用所学的知识,形成技能、技巧,加深理解和巩固所学知识的重要任务。教师要教育学生独立自主完成作业。指导学生做好以下几点:
(1)要求学生先复习后做题。这样就可以灵活的把学到的知识运用到解题答题上,提高作业质量。
(2)要求学生明确作业的要求。记清楚老师布置作业的份量,各题要求,完成的时间,交作业的时间,按时、保质、保量上交作业。
(3)指导学生做题要认真审题,理解题意,明确解题思路。答题时,最好先层次分明地打草稿,经检查后再正式答作。

英语学习方法的指导
在英语教学中,要真正提高学生的英语水平,不但要调动学习英语的积极性,更重要的是注意培养学生良好的学习方法,下面我就谈谈几种学法指导的做法。
一、听说训练指导
要学好英语,听说是基础。对于我们农村的学生来说,听说训练主要靠课堂上,我充分利用课堂上的40分钟。首先,我让学生认识到听说在英语学习中的作用,听得懂,说得对,才能读得流利,写得规范,并帮助他们克服怕说错的畏难情绪。在课堂上,我尽量用学过的英语讲课,也要求学生尽量用学过的英语回答问题,汉语中带英语是常有的事。
二、听课是学好英语重要的一环,一般来说,学习好的学生,就是会听课的学生。
我要求学生课前把课本、笔、练习本等学习用具准备好,从老师进教室起,精力高度集中,眼、脑、手、口并用。用眼,就是看着老师的表情、动作、发音的口形等进行模仿和思维;动脑,就是分析、记忆和思考;动口,就是朗读,操练和回答问题;动手,就是说录新的知识内容。使学生变被动为主动,由观众变成演员。
三、记忆指导
1、单词记忆。我指导学生用拼读法、摘抄法和联想法来记忆单词。
2、对话的记忆。对话是字、词、句和语法的综合训练和运用,可采取英汉比较进行记忆,即想着对话内容,用英语把它说出来。还可用想象记忆法进行记忆,即想象出对话的情景,内容进行记忆。
四、复习指导
复习是巩固所学知识的重要环节。如果这一环抓不好,势必造成新旧知识脱节。及时复习是强化记忆,控制遗忘,防止两极分化的根本措施。根据心理学家的实验证明:英语单词和语法知识两三天内遗忘最多,复习的间隔要先密后疏,即当天学过的知识晚上必须复习,我教学生,晚上睡觉前,闭上眼睛,过一遍电影,即把当天所学知识回忆一遍,第二天课前再过一遍,然后一周、一个月、三个月再巩固几次,这样效果最好。
五、自学指导
教会他们使用《英汉词典》,培养他们查词典的好习惯;要求每个学生准备一本“疑难录”,把看不懂的记下来,到学校时问老师,阅读课外读物时,不需逐字逐句弄懂,只需理解大意即可。

第一、心态的调整。

3.关注自己的学习方法。

第二、适应教师的授课方式。

2、课堂上认真听讲,做好课堂笔记。
上课边听边思考,力争在课堂上解决问题,记笔记要寻找重点,有目的和有选择地记笔记。首先,上课时让头脑如机器一样迅速运转,既能开展领悟、理解、联想、归纳、1
自我设问、回忆等心理活动,又能紧跟老师的上课节奏,主动积极的参与课堂上的每一个环节,全面提高听课效率。积极听课与消极听课效果是大不相同的:注意力集中,是听课所需要的最基本的技巧,即使你对某个学科非常感兴趣,如果消极的呆坐,没有任何机会与老师对话,也很难长时间的集中精力。所以要做一个勤奋的听众。其次要认真做好课堂笔记。俗话说,“好记性不如烂笔头”。有的学生不用笔记本,到处乱记。有时记在书上,有时记在练习册上,复习时无法看到完整的笔记内容。有了专用的笔记本可随时查阅、系统复习知识点。“适当”,指的是记笔记不要过密,要有选择,要留点空白处,便于浓缩和加工。总之听课时,尽量寻求一种平衡,既要记好笔记,又要认真听课,二者不可矛盾。
3、及时、有针对性的复习。
“临阵磨枪”在初中或许可行,但是在英语知识内容庞大的高中,没有平时的积累和训练,根本不行。高中的一节课堂,容量很大,学生大多时间是忙于做笔记,操练的时间很少,一节课下来,很多内容都挤在脑子里。而且,各个知识点的复现率不高,往往这次考试出现了,若干次别的考试中又遥无踪影。因此,学生要自觉的通过多做练习,增加知识点的复现率来帮助自己记住繁多的知识点,这就要每天课后找时间复习当天课的内容,一个单元一复习,一个月一总结复习。并且这么做,还有一个好处:可以拓宽知识面,补充教材的不足,同时提高自己的能力。具体来说,至少应有五个“必备”:
①必备词典和语法书,人手一册。学生必须学会使用工具书,多用、善用工具书,并不断提高查阅速度。用好了工具书就等于多了一位朝夕相伴的老师。
②必备袖珍笔记本。摘抄重要的、出现频率较高的生词,摘抄好的句型和句子,随身携带,随时翻阅,加强记忆。
③必备课堂笔记本。对于老师所讲的重点内容,要记好笔记,便于复习巩固。
④必备练习改错本。把平时练习中、考试中出现的典型错误,及时抄写在上面,供平时学习及考前复习之用,避免屡考屡错,减少重复失分。

5、扩大阅读量。
