考研英语写作一直是大家的难点和痛点，今天我们来详细的分析一下考研大纲的具体要求，化繁为简，认真分析作文考察的每一个类型，然后有针对性的练习，一定会有所突破，攻克写作。
在考研英语各大题型中，占分比重最高的是阅读理解(满分40分)，紧随其后的是写作部分。其中，英语一写作满分30分(小作文10分，大作文20分)，英语二写作满分25分(小作文10分，大作文15分)。相比于对阅读理解的重视程度，考生们普遍不太重视英语写作的复习，究其原因无外乎是没有写作思路，不知道如何遣词造句，或者觉得自己练习收效甚微，因此不愿意坚持练习。其实，只要考生们进行行之有效的练习，写作部分都能拿到不错的得分率。那么，怎么练习才是有效的呢?
在进行练习之前，考生首先需要知道《全国硕士研究生入学统一考试英语考试大纲》(以下简称“《大纲》”)对考研英语写作部分的相关规定，因为这是命题的依据，也是考生复习的参照物。《大纲》规定，写作部分包括A、B两节，其中A节要求考生根据所给情景写出约100词的应用性短文，包括私人和公务信函、备忘录、报告等，B节要求考生根据提示信息写出一篇约200词(英语二要求约150词)的短文，提示信息的形式为主题句、写作提纲、规定情景、图、表等。
根据上述《大纲》规定，考生可以初步判断出，英语大小作文的命题侧重点有所差异：小作文注重作文的功能性考查，而大作文则突出学术性。命题侧重点不同就要求考生在备考练习时需要有不同的复习思路，以提高自己的备考效率。结合考研英语一写作真题(2000-2017年)以及考研英语二写作真题(2010-2017年)，我们可以确定的是，英语一二小作文考查的类型主要分为两大类：书信类和告知类。其中，书信类包含了建议信、投诉信、咨询信、推荐信、求职信、申请信、道歉信、感谢信、祝贺信、邀请信等10多种，告知类只有通知一种形式。大作文方面，英语一在过去18年中一直在考查图画作文，而英语二大作文一直为图表作文。上述每种类型的作文都有各自的写作特点及注意事项，其中大小作文之间的差异尤为明显，因此考生在备考练习时要分类练习。
一、小作文部分：
考生首先要掌握小作文的审题步骤。首先依据letter，email，notice等判断应用文类型是书信还是通知。如果是书信的话，需要依据关键词进一步判断其为哪种书信(如看到inquire，ask for advice about等关键词可以初步判断出其为咨询信)，如果是通知的话就简单了。而后是确认收信人信息(对方为具体的某个人还是机构、部门)，选用不同的称谓表达。之后是写作内容，最后是署名部分。书信类署名一般为“Li Ming”，而通知署名一般为一个单位，如2010年英语一小作文考查的是一则通知，其署名为“Postgraduates’ Association”(“研究生会”)。
因为小作文属于“麻雀虽小，五脏俱全”，每句话都有其对应的要点，可以理解为没有废话。实际考试中，有相当一部分考生在小作文写作时看似写了很多，最终得分却不理想，根本原因就是写作时没有要点意识，想到哪儿写到哪儿，遗漏了很多得分点。因此，完成审题步骤后，考生需要掌握每一类应用文的写作思路及每段的信息要点。前述小作文的信息要点均有所不同，需要考生分类整理、记忆及运用。如，2017年考研英语一小作文考查的是推荐信，向新来的James Cook教授推荐你所在城市的一些旅游景点，并给出推荐理由。较好的写作思路是：分为三段，第一段表明写信目的，交代自己和要介绍的景点有关联，第二段写这些景点值得推荐的具体资格，并附上相关理由，第三段表示期待，期待自己的推荐对对方有所帮助。也就是说，这篇小作文有5个信息要点，缺少其中任一个要点均会被扣掉相应分数，因此，考生需注意每一类应用文的信息要点。
此外，小作文还注重格式问题，如果格式上不符合要求，则基本拿不到及格分(6分)以上的成绩。如，书信类在格式上可以选用缩进式或者齐头式，而通知类只能用缩进式;书信类结尾处一定有Sincerely yours等礼貌用语，而通知则无礼貌用语;书信类无标题，而通知要求考生必须自拟标题。
二、大作文部分：
相比于小作文，大作文考查形式要简单的多，英语一考查图画作文，而英语二为图表作文。但简单并不代表容易，考生在备考练习大作文时要注意的地方依然很多。比如，在大作文写作方面，《大纲》提出了明确的要求，我们将其总结为如下这16个字：语言准确，内容完整，组织连贯，语言多样。语言准确包括词汇、语法、标点三个方面，考生一般都清楚词汇、语法方面需要注意的细节，而往往忽略标点符号的问题，从而出现了在英语作文中使用书名号(“《》”)等问题。这是考生一定要警惕的问题。此外，相比于小作文，大作文还注重对考生语言表达方面的考查，即同样的汉语意思，用词多样、句式多变的英语版本就能拿到较高分数，而用词平淡、句式单一的话只能是较低分数。
此外，图画作文和图表作文的备考重点也有所不同。图画作文首先需要判断是一幅图还是两幅图，如果是两幅图的话，还要分析其内容是相反还是相似，然后采用不同的描图流程。而图表作文则首先需判断题目中所附图标为动态图还是静态图，动态图主要分析其变化，而静态图则侧重阐释其差异之处。在阐释图画作文的图画寓意时，考生首先要分析其为哪种话题(是社会问题，抽象品质，还是社会现象?)，然后选用不同的分析思路;同样地，在第三段写作时也需要针对性地提出相关建议。而图表作文一般反映某种社会现象，因此其第二段一般可从原因角度或者影响角度对前述的变化或差异进行分析，并据此得出第三段的结论。

投诉信一般是针对质量低劣的产品或者服务，其送寄对象应该是对方主管部门的负责人。写投诉信的目的是为了让对方同情你的遭遇或者碰到的问题，继而给出你所期望的解决方法。因此，写这类信件最重要的一点是要实事求是，一定要遵守“简明、公正”的原则，切勿夸大其词，引起对方的反感。
投诉信中应该包含的内容有：你所投诉的问题；该问题给你造成的不良后果；与投诉有关的重要依据，如商品简要说明、购买日期地点等；你所希望的解决方法和最后结果。此外，还可以向对方建议解决问题的最后日期，并表示对所投诉问题的妥善解决充满信心。

另不好现象中也有可以正面出题的题型，例如05-孝顺11-环保，但一般来说从反面写作容易些，就算给的图阐释的是一个好现象也可以从反面论述。但正面论述也要练习几篇。

写作词汇提升是把“阅读词汇”转化为“写作词汇”的过程。举个例子，当我在课堂上问及大家“害怕”这个词英文表达的时候，很多同学不加思维的就告诉我是“afraid”，我再问大家这个词是什么时候学的时候，很多人恍然大悟，原来词汇早在初中甚至是小学的时候就学过了。那么，考研阅卷的老师如何以“afraid”这个词判断你到底是一个合格的大学毕业生还是一个仅仅上过初中的同学呢，现在我们就不难理解为什么考研写作的平均分只有满分的一半了。当我们翻开大学的英语课本我们会发现，在大学的四年中（甚至只是大一大二的两年中）我们就学过很多表示“害怕”但却比“afraid”要高级的多的词汇，比如：horror，scared，astonished 等等。这当中的任何一个词都会比afraid得的分数要高，这就是所谓的高级词汇取代低级词汇的过程。
现在，我们就要树立一个思想，写作的最小组成单位是词汇，词汇有低级的（baby words）也有高级的（advanced words），想要得到考研写作高分的第一步就是要有意识的在写作中用高级词汇去取代相对低级的词汇，从而反映出自己的词汇表现能力（lexical resource）。
二、句型 —— 学会自创简单句
考研写作最基本的句式称之为“自创句”。“自创句”是根据所要表达的含义完全自主创作的英文句子，其基础是语法知识。阅读时不理解某些语法现象仍然能理解文章，而写作要求精确，是和语法联系最为紧密的语言功能。其中，简单句是一切句子的基础，简单句的创作可三步走：
1.根据句义确定唯一的谓语动词。
2.根据动词种类（无宾、单宾、双宾、宾补或系动词）补全句子成分，如主语、宾语、宾语补足语和表语等。
3.注意谓语动词和主语在人称和数上的一致。
三、构思 —— 学习英文独特的思想表达方式
当我们有了高级的词汇和复杂的句型之后，是不是就一定能写出高分的作文了呢？不一定。写作是一个人思维的理性表达，因此，对于写作来说，思维方式的优劣更是一篇文章好与坏的根本性的指向标。
英文有自己独特的思想表达模式，要学会用英文的表达模式写作。所以建议大家在夯实词汇、句型之后多读多背多写，练习地道的英文写作思维方式。阅读和背诵是积累语言素材的关键，《新概念》序言中甚至提到“只写读过的语言”。在此基础之上，“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，阅读背诵素材之后，写作提高需要大量的实战演习。
听读都有精泛之分，写作同样可分精写和泛写：精写的目的是积累语言素材，可以改写（用自己的语言表达文章）、缩写、续写或主题作文。精写提高的关键在于修改，好文章不仅是写出来的，更是改出来的，即使是文学大家也是如此，培根对其传世之作《论说文集》中的每篇文章都曾修改数遍，晚年更是将其置于枕侧，不时加以增删。修改的关键在于加强词汇准确性，句型多样化和思想流畅性，同学们要重视教师批改的内容，多请教和讨论，或者可以采用互批互改的方式练习。
泛写重在提高表达熟练度和流畅性，不必过分拘泥于表达准确性，而重在流利地用英文表达思想。泛写可采用自由写（FreeWriting）或英文日记的方式，随时记录自己的所思所想。只要大家按照这样的方式坚持练习下去，定能在冬季的考研写作中取得理想的成绩。

华丽的文采修饰。从选题范围上看，大作文大都是目前人们最为关注的问题，反映了当前社会的热门话题或可以用热门话题来透视的哲理性问题。
通过对近些年的真题分析，从文体上看，大作文可以划分为说明文和议论文，因为在学习、工作和生活中，人们所书写的材料大多也是说明文或议论文，而且这类体裁的写作更符合形势发展的实际需要，；从出题形式上看，在平稳中逐渐趋于多样化，写作题目易于理解，无论以文字的形式还是以图表、图画的形式出现都浅显易懂。出题人尽量让我们不会因题目中出现生词或难以理解的短语而影响正常发挥。

第一步：认真审题
审题是写作的第一步，也是也是抓住写作要害的第一步。审题对了也就成功了一半，审题错了，那可能全盘皆输。因为只有审清题目，准确把握好文章的中心主题才不会跑题偏题。考研作文忌信手拈来，提笔就写，根本不审题，想到哪儿就写到哪儿，或完全凭自己想象编故事，置考试要求于不顾，“下笔千言，离题万里”。所以，考生在审题时候，要仔细阅读试题要求及相关信息，如图表、图画、数字等，准确把握出题者意图。比如1998是一幅卡通画，老母鸡声明外加一首打油诗，讽刺一些企业把该尽职之事作为推销产品的承诺。如果考生说老母鸡很可爱，但爱自夸，然后说自己某个同学也爱自夸，这就偏离主题。
有相当一部分同学答题的思路就是错误的，没有审题习惯，或担心时间不够草草审题，最后发现文不对题，草草收场，这必然会影响写作的质量，同时也影响了英语成绩。第二步：草列提纲
因为考试规定的时间是很有限的，所以不能花太多时间准备一个详细的提纲，但关键词提纲或粗略提纲还是非常有必要的。对原始材料分析归纳后要形成一个基本的框架。文章打算分几段写，每段大概怎样写，自数控制在多少，开头段落是道破主题，点名要旨，引人入胜还
是先给出主题一般的背景情况和对主题进行浓缩的陈述呢，中间段落和结尾有怎样写呢。这些都要心中有数。
第三步：正文：正确、连贯、整洁
为了避免太多单词拼写错误，语法错误，不要为了追求词语的华丽而堆积一些自己也没把握的单词，不要刻意追求长句而写一些自己不知对错的有多个从句组成的长句。最好选择自己最有把握的词汇，短语，句式。
前后及段落之间在逻辑关系上要紧密衔接，不能把没有任何逻辑关系的词放在一起。可以用恰当的关联词把思想连贯的表达出来。切忌胡子眉毛一把抓，词语堆积，不伦不类。
绝对不能字数不够，即使一句话颠来倒去说也要凑够字数。字数不够，即使写的非常精彩，也不能拿高分。
第四步：最后检查
在答完题之后，考生一定要留出两三分钟的时间来检查。里面有些小错误一眼就能发现，比如时态、主谓、单复数是否一致；关联词、固定搭配、习惯用语是否正确；拼写和标点符号等。但是不要大幅度进行修改，更不要因为修改破坏卷面整洁，影响阅卷老师心情。

语言要统一，连贯
建议考生选择那些最能体现中心思想最具代表性的材料，这些材料要共同表达一致的信息。选材时切忌胡子眉毛一把抓，词语堆积，不伦不类。前后及段落之间在逻辑关系上要紧密衔接，不能把没有任何逻辑关系的词放在一起，可以用恰当的关联词把思想连贯的表达出来。
自我修改

因为你要阐述你对图画的观点，你不能总用some people say，others say，这样的句子很没有说服力，你自己写的时候都要怀疑一下。在一些出国类的考试的写作中，这些都是要坚决禁止的。因为这样一来你的文章说服力就差了，一旦文章没有说服力，你这篇文章也就徒有其表了。怎么增强你的文章说服力呢，就是用被动语态，当作一个客观事实来陈述。汉语中用被动句较少，多使用没有人称的主语或者“大家”“人们”，在英语中多使用被动句。在庖丁解牛中，那个科学统计法就用到了被动句，这里再举个例子。
Computers have been widely used in various fields.这样一个被动句是对事实的陈述，是一个议论文的标准格式。如果你把它改成一个主动句 We find some use of computers in various fields.感觉就很站不住脚。举这个例子是说明，被动句是我们的作文中应该出现的，通篇都是主动
句，偶尔出现1～2个被动句会让你的文章增色不少。在你复习作文的时候，每天改写几个被动句，练习一下，不要到考场上现想。台上一分钟，台下十年功。
第3点 使用谚语，增加闪光点
有些意志品质类的文章，如果加入一句相关的谚语会让你的文章大放光彩。但是不能直接写句子。加一个模板句型：An ancient oriental philosopher said，“谚语”.一位古老东方的先哲曾经说过，„有同学说西方的谚语为什么用东方的先哲呢？比如：Where there is a will, there is a way.是西方的谚语，中国也有有志者，事竟成的语句。文化都是相通的，可以放心来用。建议大家在闲暇的时候多翻看一下英文的谚语，积少成多，相信对大家一定有所帮助。
在研究生英语入学考试中，在写作部分，是否会使用高级词汇或句式将决定到考生是否能够取得高分，其一是因为，根据考研专家的分析，近年来英语写作部分越来越重视词汇和句式的考查，特别是句子和词汇的多样性，其二是因为一篇好的、让人耳目一新的作文，不仅语法错误要少，而且还需要高级词汇、高级句式的润色。所以考生必须避免不要用一些重复的词汇，句子，而应该尽量用高级词汇、句式代替普通的词和句子。

2010年考研大作文中的题目为“文化融合”，在写作的时候，可以用cultural blending或cultural integration来替换a combination of diverse cultures.多元文化可以用multi—culture, pluralistic culture,进行同义替换，这样使用不同的表达方式，一者避免了语言的重复，二者使词汇更加多样化。
