谭华丽老师执教一（2）班十二周星期二上午第1节英语课Unit10 On the farm。本节课谭老师根据学生的年龄特征和本课的特点,从培养学生的语言能力入手, 以迪士尼卡通人物Old MacDonald作为故事主角，带领孩子们参观农场学习动物单词。问与答等多种活动激发学习积极性,通过层层深入的学习活动。具体表现在：
一、教师能合理组织学生自主学习、合作探究，对学生的即时评价具有发展性和激励性。

邹欢欢老师十二周星期三在一（7）班上午第1节执教Unit10 On the farm，本次研究的主题是如何利用音图直拼单词以及如何用英语做事。根据音图直拼教学，打破以往传统的单词教学，让学生记得快而牢。邹老师教态自然，基本素质良好，师生关系融洽，具体表现在：
一.教学目标明确，教学流程清晰，学生参与度高。
二.邹老师能根据小学生的认知特点,由易到难,由简到繁地对现在进行时进行操练，邹老师又能根据小学生学习热情高的特点，以故事引入，拓展运用形式丰富,学生踊跃举手发言，课堂气氛活跃，收到了较好的教学效果。
三.整堂课发现学生是在轻松愉快的气氛中进行，师生之间的地位也较平等，对学生的进步，邹老师能不失时机地进行表扬，学生的学习热情很饱满。
钟笑斐老师十二周星期四上午第1节在一（8）班执教Unit10 On the farm，在本节课教学过程中，老师的肢体语言丰富，指令清晰，课堂充满活力，活动多样，符合一年级学生的特点。具体表现如下： 1．指令清晰，耐心引导学生用英语做事情。
2．赋予机械训练趣味性，听说训练有特色。高低音读，“切菜式”读（避免机械一本正经地反复读，使得学生愿意一遍一遍地读，乐于尝试，笑声不断。）
3．善于调动学生积极性。设计出Mr Macdonald与教师，与学生交流，独具匠心。
4．猜一猜游戏：面向全体（展示内容：声音、实物，一人问，集体猜，语言训练，思维训练相结合。使用句式：What’s this ? What’s that?）

一年级英语小连环教学总结
本次我们小连环选择的是Unit10 On the farm 这一主题。我们根据一年级小学生特点确定知识与能力目标：掌握英语农场动物单词，学生会用几句简单的问候语，能进行简单的个人信息交流。能大胆开口，乐于用学到的英语与人交往。会用What’s this? It’s a ….来描述自己所见的事物．
过程与方法： 能够提出不认识的单词并用音图尝试拼读；能够通过自主提出问题、老师引导、动脑思考、同桌交流、表达反馈的课文学习过程，体验和感悟探究的一般过程； 能够通过仿、续或创编的方法，表达自己的体验、感受、意见或看法；能够仔细倾听其他同学的发言，表达出来与其他同学交流的愿望，体验协作学习的过程和方法。
情感态度与价值观：激发和保持学生英语学习的动机，在学生两两交流和小组合作交流中，培养孩子合作意识和合作精神，能够相互配合完成一段通顺流畅的说话训练。
通过本次小连环我们得出以下总结语反思： 1．在教学模式上,注重体验和实践。本节课上，教师从学生的心理和生理特点出发，以迪士尼卡通人物Old MacDonald作为故事主角，带领孩子们参观农场，学习农场小动物。在教授单词cow, pig, chick, duck时让学生先听动物声音猜测，通过体验和实践进行学习,把学英语与用英语表达、做事情联系起来，创设良好的语言环境和语用环境，使学生在愉快和自信的情绪中，保持积极的学习态度，在大量的语言实践中形成语感，养成良好的英语学习习惯。
2．在语言教学上，注重语感和语音语调基础。在教学中，教师特别注意本课重点词汇的发音，虽然学生在已经学习过有关小动物的单词：pig、cow、chick、duck，但从上课情况来看，部分学生对旧知有遗忘倾向，出现发音不够准确或句子表达不够灵活等现象，因此在课上，对于重点词汇我采用了教师带读、小组读、男女生读、学生个别读等多种方式进行操练，巩固单词发音、加强单词辨认。在句型教学上，我注重旧知的迁移。对于本节课的重点句型：What’s this/that? It’s…我通过以旧带新，在课件动态展示下，通过It is…it is…的句型自然过渡到新句型：What’s this/that? It’s…学生也比较容易接受，并能举一反三，用新句型进行表达。
3．在情感态度方面，注重学习主体的积极体验、主动参与。教师利用音乐图片文字等创设各种情景让学生2 谈论四季，使学生在可理解的和具有实际意义的语言环境中接触英语和学习完整的语言，获得认知和语言能力的发展。但由于每个学生的学习能力不同，大部分孩子在输出环节中能较好地用所学句型和词汇谈论自己照片或图片显示的季节特点，并加以拓展，小部分孩子只能简单地用重点句型What’s this/that? It’s …进行表达，因此，在教学中，也许我们应该尊重不同孩子的学习基础与学习能力，对其提出不同层次的要求。

本文谈谈怎样写英语概要(Precis)。要写好一篇文章的概要应考生应具备两种基本能力。首先应具备理解原文，掌握全文中心思想的能力；其次应具有用简练的语言将原文的中心思想表达出来的能力。一般说来，概要的篇幅为原文的1/3至1/4，因此在写概要时务必注意语言的概括和精练。概要写作一般按下列步骤进行：
1.认真仔细地阅读原文两遍，理解和掌握全文的内容。
2.仔细地阅读考题指令，明确了解考题要求，在原文上标出重点，如议论文中的论点、论据；记叙文中的发展、高潮、结局等。
3.再一次阅读原文，并将所需要采用的要点列出。要点的记录应尽可能简洁明了。
4.根据记录的要点写出概要的初稿，并尽可能不参照原文，除非当你需要核实某个要点。这将十分有益于用自己的语言组织内容，而不是照抄原文中的某些词句。完成初稿后应数一数字数，但千万不可在写完每一句句子即数字数。这样不仅浪费宝贵的时间，而且会搅乱写作的思路。
5.进行一些必要的修改和调整后，誊清完稿，并在最后注明具体字数。
应考生在重读誊清稿时，有两点还应牢记：首先，你写出的概要内容必须忠实于原文，或者说精确(accurate)。概要中所有的内容和信息必须来源于原文，既不可篡改原文内容也不能包括原文未涉及到的内容。其次，概要读起来应是一完整连贯的段落。要取得这一完整连贯，就应该使用一些连接词(link－words)，如„but‟,„and‟,„however‟,„also‟等连接要点；同样，也可使用诸如„since‟,„though‟,„even if ‟，„when‟,„after‟,„before‟等词。请看下面一例子：
