本人很荣幸在2012年1月12日至16日参加了北京市高中地理会考的网上阅卷工作。这是新课程改革以来的第四次会考。虽然阅卷工作紧张而繁忙,但是通过和同行的交流与切磋,我对高中地理会考要求的理解以及会考命题趋势的判断有了更深入的认识,为我今后有针对性地开展教学工作指明了重点和方向。
本次地理会考的命题立意凸显了注重基础,稳中求变,变中求新,落实“稳”字,追求“变”字。考题具有明显的梯度和难度,突出图文结合,注重对考生读图识图能力的考察。
本次阅卷向我们传递了一个明确的信息:落实基础知识,理解基本概念,注重联系实际,提高答题能力是考查的重点,也是教学过程中的重点和难点,要下大功夫予以落实。鉴于此,我对本次阅卷及以后的教学工作有如下心得:
一、落实基本概念
从今年的会考试题看,大部分试题是考查考生对基础知识和基本概念的理解掌握程度。如今年会考主观题第二题,若学生概念理解不到位,图文对应出现问题,不会用简要的字词表达一个地理过程,则很难在该题目上得高分,这就要求我们在平时的教学环节狠抓基础知识和基本概念,通过练习巩固、深化、提高,注重所学知识的灵活应用。
二、培养学生学习地理的兴趣
兴趣是最好的老师,要变“要我学”为“我要学”。为了激发学生的学习兴趣,提高复习的有效性,在复习条块知识点的时候,可以辅之以图片、视频,增强学生的形象理解。并联系身边的日常实际,增强学生应用所学知识分析问题和解决问题的能力。
三、培养读图能力
读图、识图、绘图是学好地理课程的基本要求,也是地理这门学科的显著特点。在日常教学过程中要做到“手不释图”,在复习过程中,要求学生手边必备地理知识图册,因为它加载了本课程知识的大部分内容,通过不断练习,增强学生的空间想象能力,通过读图、识图获取地理信息的能力,通过绘图表达地理信息的能力。
四、培养解题能力和规范作答训练
通过本次阅卷的结果来看,在主观题的答题中暴露出学生的不少弱点,审题能力和组织答案的能力欠缺,答案不规范,组织语言表达的能力有待提高。如第二题,干湿状况与热量混淆,如有的考生答为“湿热”。还有比如错别字,如“冬”写成“东”,“炎”写成“严”,“湿”写成“温”,“低压”写成“底压”等,要引
以为戒。这就要求我们在平时的教学环节简化板书,从严要求,纠正学生的错别字。在平时的解题作答过程中,做到语言规范、严谨,字体工整、卷面整洁。
总之,通过参加本次会考阅卷,本人获益匪浅,我会把自己的心得体会应用到以后的教学工作中去,争取在教学上取得更大的进步。
《高中地理会考说明》是我们进行会考命题的依据,为我们进行科学命题创造了先决条件。但是,有了会考说明并不等于就有了较高质量的会考试题。我们通过命题实践体会到,要保证会考试题的较高质量,就必须彻底摆脱高考试题的影响,树立起同高考试题完全不同的会考水平考试试题质量观;我们绝不能片面地以试题的难度论高低,而是主要看试题能不能充分体现水平考试的要求,具体说就是看试题能否既反映出高中地理所应达到的实际水平,又能使绝大多数学生经过努力均可达到要求,两方面均符合要求,才算得上高质量的会考试题。
怎样才能在试题中充分体现水平考试的要求呢?我们在命题过程中着重解决了以下问题:
1.会考试题要有较大的知识覆盖面和合理的知识结构
高中地理会考是水平考试,这种考试性质就要求试题必须有较大的知识覆盖面和合理的知识结构,只有这样才能反映出地理学科高中毕业的实际水平。但是,部分师生从应试的角度出发,总希望在会考说明规定的基础上,进一步圈定重点,缩小考试范围。对此,我们一方面反复耐心地宣传较大的知识覆盖面及合理的知识结构是体现会考水平考试性质的客观要求,因而坚持不再进一步圈定重点;另一方面在命题实践中反复探索地理会考试题合理的知识覆盖面与知识构成比例。实验结果表明:高中地理会考试题对章的覆盖率要求达到100%,节的覆盖率达到75-85%,知识点的覆盖率达到40—45%,即可较为全面地考查学生掌握高中地理基础知识的状况(见表12);同时,试题中各章内容所占分数和自然、人文地理各约占一半的比例,都反映了高中地理会考试题的合理知识结构(见下页表13)。

2.会考试题要着重考查地理基础知识和地理学科能力
会考的水平考试性质,还要求我们的试题必须着重考查地理基础知识和地理学科能力,特别要重视对地理学科能力(包括运用地图能力和地理思维能力等)的考查。我们在命题实践中的做法是:一方面切实加强对地理基础知识的考查,做到每份试卷中地理基础知识所占比重均在80%以上;另一方面是坚定不移地加强对以地图为中心的地理图象运用能力的考核,使其比重一般占到每份试卷的60%左右(见表14)。

3.要控制好会考试题的难度,保证会考取得较高的及格率和适当的优秀率
会考作为一种水平考试,要求试题要有适宜的难度。试题过难,使大量考生达不到及格标准,水平考试的性质就得不到体现,也容易挫伤广大师生的积极性;试题过易,虽然皆大欢喜,但不能反映高中毕业的应有水平,会考也会失去意义。北京市的会考实践表明,根据本市高中地理教学的实际状况,在不改变考试范围、考试水平和不降低及格标准的前题下,如能使及格率达到90%以上,而优秀率控制在20-30%,这样的试题难度就是比较理想的。要做到这一点并不是很容易的,尤其是要在保证较高及格率的前提下又把优秀率控制在一定水平就更不容易,几年来北京市高中地理会考成绩就充分说明了这一点(见表15)。

从表15数字可以看出,几年来北京市高中地理会考的成绩,除1993年及格率和优秀率都偏低以外,其余几年优秀率都偏高些,尤以1996年最高。经过命题组几年的研究探索,逐步摸索出了经验,1997年终于取得了较为理想的成绩。
几年来,我们在控制试题难度方面的做法主要是:第一,通过实践我们逐步摸索总结出衡量试题难度的较为客观的标准,即根据考生得分率将试题难度分为五级,易、中、难比例为6∶2∶2。第二,根据上述标准对历年试题进行认真分析(见下页表16),做到心中有数。第三,针对不同题型的特点,选择与安排不同难度的试题,如单选题和填空题数量多、涉及知识面广,而每道题知识容量小,适宜考查难度不大的地理事实与地理概念;双选题、综合题数量虽不算多,但涉及知识层次较深,适宜考查综合性强、难度较大的地理基本原理及综口分析问题的能力。第四,加强调查研究,了解教学实际,为控制试题难度打下良好基础。

(四)认真分析会考试卷,指导全市高中地理教师认真改进教学
认真分析会考试卷,也是我们会考命题工作的重要组成部分。我们高中地理会考命题组从1992年起开始进行试卷分析,主要分析项目有及格率、优秀率、难度(得分率)、区分度、平均分、标准差,以及得分分布情况、机读题答题情况等。根据取得的数据,着重总结分析试题的质量和考试成绩,并且找出主要问题,提出改进提高的措施。例如,1994年试卷分析报告中指出了当前本市高中地理教学的两个薄弱环节:一是部分考生对一些重要的基本概念与基本原理掌握较差;二是运用所学原理分析地理问题(包括读图分析)的能力较差。在此基础上提出了改进的措施,还开始建立了地理会考题库,从而使高中地理会考命题工作在实现科学化的道路上迈进了一步。
