一、投诉理由1:服务不周

投诉信中投诉服务是经常会考到的话题,一般主要集中在对于饭店,宾馆,餐厅,旅行社等服务性行业的投诉,此类书信一般在结构上可分为以下几个部分:

(一)自我介绍,表明投诉内容以及与收信人的相关性。

(二)陈述投诉内容,如时间、地点、人物、事件等,并指出对方服务问题所在以及由此而产生的对自己或者家人的影响。

1、设集合M{x|mxm},N{x|nxn},并且M N都是集合{x|0x1} 的子集,如果b-a叫做集合{x|axb}的长度,那么集合M3413N长度的最小值是多少? 解:首先,M、N均是{x/0<=x<=1}的子集,则有m=>0,m+3/4=<1,n-1/3>=0,n<=1.从而有0<=m<=1/4,1/3<=n<=1.假设m>=n-1/3,则有m+3/4>n.故M,N交集为{x/m<=x<=n},其长度为n-m.取m最大,n最小即可。n=1/3,m=1/4.长度为1/12

同理,设m<=n-1/3,此时无法比较m+3/4和n的大小。继续假设m+3/4>n,M,N交集为{x/n-1/3<=x<=n},长度为1/3.再假设m+3/4

故最小为1/12
