毛老师讲授的Lesson 33《 Maybe you’ll be a teacher》是冀教版八年级英语上册第五单元的内容。本单元主要是引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,立足现在,从身边的小事做起,从一步步的努力学习活动中为将来的个人发展奠定坚实的基础,从而成就非凡的人生!毛老师成功地将这一理念贯穿教学的始终,这是一堂清晰实在,扎实系统,动静结合的公开课,毛老师以新课程教学理念为指导,充分考虑了学生这一年龄阶段的特点,给人以耳目一新的感觉,整堂课以任务型教学方式展开,在师生互动,生生互动中,从课堂预设到动态形成,环环相扣,学生活动高潮迭起,教师引导巧而得法,获得了听课老师的一致好评。在本课的教学设计和组织上,毛老师主要注重了以下几个方面:

1、游戏导入,充分调动起学生兴趣。良好的开头对一堂课的成功,起着关键的作用。本堂课一开始,毛老师就用音乐导入新课,使学生的注意力在最短的时间里被激活。接着,利用猜谜游戏引出新词教学,自然有效、生动有趣。

2、教学方法得当,体现三维目标。毛老师的教学方法灵活,新单词呈现形式多样。应该说整堂课中,他在引入新词时,都是比较新颖而自然,并具有生活化的;还注意利用ppt图片,海报,表情动作等作为教学资源,创设操练和运用英语的情景。毛老师能贯彻以学生为中心的原则,关注教学过程,尽可能发挥学生的主体作用,让学生真实地去感受知识,体验知识,积极参与,努力实践,在活动中学会用语言交流,较好的体现了从不懂到懂,从不会到会,从不熟练到熟练的过程。

3、教学活动的设计多彩、有效,训练方式丰富多样。有全班活动,师生互动,小组活动,双人活动,个人活动等,学生活动恰到好处,学生对 “my future”话题非常感兴趣,在探讨此话题时显得非常积极热烈。在谈论中学会了本课的单词,觉得不是那么枯燥乏味。毛老师注重教会学生在活动中突破难点,在活动中发展能力。为了巩固本课的内容,毛老师还精心设计了其他多个活动:如单词接龙、情景对话等,内容非常丰富。不但使单词、句型的操练面广,练习次数多,而且还调动了每一个学生的参与热情,将热闹的形式与有效的语言实践有机结合,真正达到了让学生在学中用、在用中学、学以致用,举一反三的效果。毛老师特别注重英语教学过程中的活动。因为多彩的活动是让学生掌握基础知识、发展基本技能的关键。特别是学生感兴趣的话题,学生定能全力投入,从每一个活动当中学习知识,真正做到学有所得、学有所获。与此同时,学生在这样一个学习活动中,没有太大的压力,可以不断习得新知识、不断使用语言,实现学和用的完美结合,让学和用成为和谐的整体,让学生获得有价值的情感体验,从而全面提高学生的听、说、读、写能力。

最后,说点不太成熟的个人意见,仅供参考,本课中值得探讨的地方:

1、本堂课中,老师在布置任务前或句型操练前,未能起到很好的示范作用,导致学生操练时场面有些混乱,有些学生不知道如何表达、如何展现。

2、本课内容过于丰富,导致内容显得杂乱。其实这也是我们较多老师的一个毛病,总想给学生的多一些,但是结果往往不好。

由金海中学谭芳老师执教的人教八年级上册(section A 2a-2c),整堂课以任务型教学方式展开,不断创设情景,在师生互动,生生互动中从课堂预设到动态形成.一环扣一环,学生活动高潮迭起,教师引导巧而得法。整节课教师很好地贯彻了英语教学提倡的交际性原则,并且运用了多种教学手段及方法以达到教学目标,也能很好地调动学生的学习积极性与学习兴趣。

下面我谈一下对这节课的看法,首先谈一下这节课中的亮点: 1.导入部分新颖自然,易让学生接受。

课堂教学的导入,是教师在新的教学内容或活动开始时引导学生进入学习的行为方式。导入是课堂教学的一个有机组成部分,是实际教学的前奏,起着“引子”的作用。谭老师让学生模仿图片中的病情,由其它的同学来猜测,让学生很自然的描述他们的情况。

2.教师的教学热情很高涨,充分调动课堂气氛。

课堂气氛是通过师生间相互作用和同学间的相互影响而表现出来的一种群体心理状态。建立和谐的人际关系是优化课堂气氛的重要条件之一,而教师与学生的关系是课堂人际关系的主要方面。教师真诚的爱生态度和行为对于和谐的师生关系极为重要。如果教师在课堂上对每个学生都抱着热情、积极、信任的态度,并在教学过程中使学生感受到这种态度,那么,全班学生的学习积极性就会受到鼓励,从而产生良好的课堂气氛。谭老师在这节课就很好体现了这点,她巧妙地用快板打节奏来练习用重点知识编成的chant,而且把这种热情教师传递给学生,让他们用笔敲打桌面来练习,使得课堂的气氛变的很轻松。

3.教学思路清晰,活动形式多样。

为了帮助学生构建和发展认知结构,教师必须善于鼓励学生积极参与并设计英语教学活动,包括思维参与和行为参与,这需要学生全身心的投入和体验。谭老师设计了病人和医生的情景,让学生在表演中展示自己所学到的,让课堂又起一个高潮。

4.另外,谭老师的本身基本功也很扎实。教态放松,带有比较夸张的语言,表情及动作,富有激励和赞赏的语气,非常能吸引学生的注意力。

但是也存在一些不足。

1.新目标语言倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式.语言训练的最终目标是学生能够对所学语言创造整合,并能够灵活地运用它们,积极地表达自己的见解,具有初步的交流能力。在李老师的这节课中,让学生在一个的活动中体验、实践、参与、合作与交流,机械重复太明显.学生在相同的情境下,操练句型,略显呆滞.使学生产生疲劳感,会使一部分学生兴趣感消失.可以转换个一个活动形式.可以安排学生像中央二台那样,来猜一个物品的价格游戏,让不同学生体验到参与的快乐.2、课堂可以加大信息量,充分挖掘学生的潜能。在交际过程中,只有在大量地信息输入(input)的情况下,才能有教好的信息输出(output),在课堂中,教师可适当超越教材,在这节课中,可以再增设一些关于如何保持健康,预防流行性疾病的讨论,由同学来做分组的汇报。

3、充分把握好学生在教学中的角色。在谭老师的这节课中,学生作为学习的主体太过被动,课堂中缺乏学生体验创造的过程,学生所扮演的角色太过单一。需要老师给学生布置不同的任务,让学生多有机会展示自己.胡银波

尊敬的领导各位老师:下午好!

2016年4月22日上午,我校领导及老师一行十二人到三初中听课,非常感谢校领导给提供的这次外出的学习机会,我上午一共听了三节课,每节课都认真听讲。尤其是听了张星老师执教的一课,感悟颇多,现在我谈几点:

一、教师的教学设计紧密,过渡自然,学生听着优美的歌曲,带着无比喜悦的心情进入英语课堂。使学生积极主动进入学习状态。

二、课前展示,不但复习了旧知,而且还锻炼了学生的口语表达能力。

三、教师的基本功过硬,善于调控课堂,教师教态亲切、自然、庄重大方、善于运用表扬性语言、如(great, good, wonderful,congratulations,,,)来鼓励激励学生,在课堂上营造了一种平等和谐的参与氛围。

四、教师利用现代教育技术、极大地调动了学生的学习兴趣,拓宽了学生的学习渠道,改进学生的学习方式,大大提高了教学效果。

五、教师注重评价,有益于学生认识自我,树立自信。

总之,通过听课、评课、反思,使我们在这一过程中不断领悟新课程理念,促进我们不断成长。在以后的教学中,我会博采众长,力争让自己成为更优秀的教师。

2、学习策略:

在日常情境中观察并运用简单的英语句子如:I brush my teeth.I brush my hair.I wash my face.I put on my clothes.对话; 2 养成听录音、跟读句子的习惯;3 课上集中精神;4 积极向老师或其他同学提问,课上或课下与老师或同学们用所学的英语句子进行交流。

3、情感态度与价值观:

学生能乐于运用学到的词汇和句型对自己平时的生活进行简单的对话,并从中感受到乐趣。

问句有一定难度但是在之前的课程中已经涉及过本句型,学生脑中已有印象,部分同学已经能够运用。要求学生们多张口练习。第一部分新授,第二部分为复习与巩固。

五、学生分析: 四年级学生处在好动的时期,注意力集中时间较短,喜欢做游戏、做动作。本班的学生基础不很扎实,发音、口语水平一般,在这两方面需要多加训练,在课堂上应把更多的时间让给学生,让学生在说的过程中加深印象,获得知识。

六、教学工具

牙刷、梳子、衣服、录音机、磁带。

七、教学过程

Class opening and review

1、Greeting T:Good morning class!Do you like your bedroom ? S: Yes , I do!T: What do you do in your bedroom ? 十、教学反思

在lesson 10的教学过程中,我比较注重让学生通过动作来学习、加深印象,在做动作的过程中学生们的反应很热烈,看得出孩子们喜欢这种学习方式。在让学生来讲台前时可以看出一部分同学还是放不开,害羞的,影响自己的发挥,效果不是很好。但有的同学大方利落,和下边的同学配合得很好,应该让学生们多做这类练习,增长胆量。

在Part 2 Read and match 环节有的学生发音不准,在纠正发音上花的时间稍多。在课下还应强调、关注学生们听读作业的完成情况,让学生在课下养成多听多读的习惯。

My Family's Mid-autumn Day

Mid-autumn Day and Mid-autumn are the same festival.It is a Chinese festival and it is between August and September.Chinese people usually get together to celebrate it at home.On that evening they eat moon cakes, dumplings and some fruits.They also watch the moon outside their houses.I like Mid-autumn Day very much.On that day we always go to my grandparents' house.So do my uncles and aunts.We celebrate it there.All of us usually take something delicious to my grandparents.They always are very glad to see us.Then we eat moon cakes when we watch the moon.At that time everyone is very happy.I love all of my families.I love Mid-autumn Day.
