投诉信（letters of complaint）通常是写给厂家、商店、消费者协会、报界或厂家、商店的上级主管部门，揭发产品质量的低劣、服务态度的糟糕，抱怨不应出现的情况或问题等，以求得解决的信件。写投诉信要实事求是地把问题讲清楚，态度要冷静，做到有礼貌，不能恶言伤人。

第五篇：全国高职高专英语写作大赛总结 计划[定稿]

全国高职高专英语写作大赛总结

5月19日，第三届全国高职高专英语写作大赛在深圳职业技术学院举办。本届大赛自去年年底启动以来，历经院校选拔赛、赛区选拔赛和全国总决赛三个阶段，覆盖全国29个省区610所高职院校。

经过层层选拔，来自全国的186名选手参加了总决赛，我院何丹凤同学代表北京市参加了公共英语组的比赛，比赛结果将于下月中旬公布。

此次大赛是教育部高等学校高职高专英语类专业教学指导委员会，深圳职业技术学院主办，外语教学与研究出版社协办的全国性的大赛。在比赛同时还举办了第三届全国高职高专英语写作教学论坛，来自清华大学英语系的张文霞教授作了“英语写作测试的设计、应用及研究”的大会主旨发言。另外，来自兰州职业技术学院的陈建彬老师，来自山东日照职业技术学院的孙德常老师和来自安徽工商职业学院的邵贵君老师就高职高专英语写作教学交流了教学经验和体会。会后，与会教师一致表示此次论坛对于今后高职高专英语的写作教学有了坚定的信心。

我院何丹凤同学在写作大赛中面对来自全国的高水平选手，沉着冷静，发挥出了自己应有的水平，让我们共同期待着比赛结果
