一、试卷分析

初一英语期中调查测试以考查学生综合语言运用能力为目标，主要考查学生基础知识和基本技能。

部分题目比较灵活，突出考查了学生在具体的语境中，进行观察、思维、判断、分析、推理的能力。

二、答卷分析

我所任教的班级平均分为96分。.考试结果显示学生两极分化明显(最高分是117分,最低为34分)，教学难度加大。这份试卷基础题较多，基本涵盖各单元重点，在书本原句上进行适当修改又考查了学生的运用能力。同时，有几道大题还考察学生对原课文的掌握。试卷充分考虑了英语基础薄弱学生的困难，以增强了他们学习的信心。从学生们做的情况来看，平常扎实的学生考得都不错，但同时暴露出部分学生学习不踏实，连基本的单词拼写都错，平时懒得背词组，造成低分与高分差距较大；另一个较大的问题就是部分学生在做题时较粗心，造成许多不必要的错误。

听力大部分是基础题,因此得分率较高.偶有失分,也是学生粗心或平时训练不够.这一题中第8，9，11，12题错误较多，主要原因：学生听力训练不够，特别是第9题，做错的同学最多，不能很好很快的理解句子意思，选出正确的答案，学生的考试经验不足，听力还是练的不够多。

（二）单项选择

本题考查的大多是学生的基础性知识,和课本句型联系较紧密,总体来说,学生失分较少，我统计了一下，第36,41,42,46题错的多，尤其是第36题,学生对定冠词何时应用把握不准。

本题应选b，但许多学生选C。主要原因：（1）学生粗心,没有注意到the（2）掌握不到位,其实课文中出现过类似的句子，而且在平时的习题中也碰到过一样的。

（三）选词填空

选词填空是整张试卷得分率最高的一道题，原因有两个:第一，这篇

完形填空确实很简单；第二，这篇填空和课文内容基本一致，所以大部分同学都拿到了满分，错也就是那些不及格的同学会有错误的了。

（四）．阅读理解

这也是学生失分率较高的题。虽然整体看来较简单，学生也不是不理解，主要失分的原因是： 1.学生粗心；2.部分学生断章取义，没有前后联系；3.平时学生的阅读练习还没有做到位。如果学生在做好题后，再整体检查一遍，可能就会选出正确的答案。根据统计，失分率较高的是第三篇阅读理解，可能视觉上感觉难，所以学生就感觉到有难度。

（五）.任务型阅读

本题虽然简单但是失分率还是很高，原因有二:第一，学生答题马虎，看不清题意。第二，答题技巧和方法还是没有掌握。以where和when开头的题不知道怎么回答。

（六）．词语运用

这部分其实并不难，学生的错误一般都是单词不会拼，我看了一下班级学生的试卷，第87,89题是错的最多的，题目其实很简单，就是考一个glass的拼写，但是还要变形，要变复数。学生对于单词的单三掌握不到位，不知道到底怎么去正确使用单词。

(七).书面表达

书面表达简单，大部分学生能写出几句。但有部分学生还不会审题,让写学校，却写的教室，还有学生对基础句型掌握不扎实，语言表达不清。而且，部分学生书写潦草，卷面不整洁，也是扣分的一个原因。从写作这块中学生扣分的地方来分析，学生缺乏英语思维能力，受母语影响很大，很多句子在表达的时候总是根据中文的意思或中文的顺序来进行写作，而不能综合运用英语的语言知识、语法知识和课文的语段去模仿写作，也有的是摘抄一些阅读理解中的内容，或者还有的学生干脆一个字也不写。

四、教学反思与总结

1、做好衔接，打好基础。

尽管我们从小学三年级已开设英语课程，但由于种种因素，学生小学毕业后的英语水平参差不齐，与中学英语教学有脱节现象，所以，在教学过程中，教师可利用开学初的一段时间进行全面复习，集中学习字母，语音，为学生进一步学好英语打下牢固基础。

2、培养学生学习英语的兴趣和良好的学习习惯。

兴趣是学习的保证。七年级学生对英语具有强烈的新鲜感，教师应抓住这一有利因素。另外，还应要求学生上课认真听讲，书写工整，作业保质保量按时完成，养成课前预习，课堂互动，作业批后订正，试卷考后查漏补缺等学习习惯。

3、培养学生记忆能力，突破词汇量这一难关。

词汇量是学习语言的障碍之一，新课程特点之一就是词汇量大。教师可以向学生介绍一些单词记忆的方法：读音记忆法，同义词归纳记忆法，反义词归类记忆法，词类归类记忆法，前缀后缀记忆法等，但是这些方法一定要适应学生。

4、实施“任务型”教学，培养学生的学习策略

教师应尽可能创设较真实的语言环境和浓厚的英语学习氛围，设置一些贴近学生生活、联系社会实际的语言任务教学活动，引导学生结合语境，运用观察、发现、归纳和实践等方法，学习语言知识，感悟语言功能，培养学生的综合语言运用能力。

5、注重基础知识的落实，加大当堂训练的力度，把“四清”（堂清、日清、周清、月清）的落实作为工作的重点来抓。

6、面向全体学生，防止两极分化。

教学要面向全体学生，特别关注学困生。在教学过程中，从备课、课堂提问及作业设置，应该有层次，避免一刀切。多种方法，多种手段实施教学，使各类学生都能学有所获，都能获得成功。

7、完善评价手段，促进学生全面发展。

教师应结合教学实际，形成一套比较完善的评价手段，保持学生 学习的浓厚兴趣，培养学生的创新能力，从而促进学生健康全面 的发展，为学生的终身学习奠定坚实的基础。
