一．现在进行时的构成：
现在进行时的构成是:主语+be+V-ing〔现在分词〕形式
第一人称单数 I+am+doing+Sth.第一人称复数 We+are+doing +Sth.第二人称单(复)数 You+are+doing+Sth.第三人称单数 He（She，it）+is+doing+Sth.第三人称复数 They+are+doing +Sth.肯定句:主语+be（is/am/are）+现在分词
否定句：主语+be（is/am/are）+not+现在分词
一般疑问句:be（is/am/are）+主语+现在分词
特殊疑问句：特殊疑问词+相应be动词+主语+现在分词+Sth? 现在进行时几种句型用法： ①陈述句(肯定句)
主语＋be(am, is, are)+现在分词，如：
I am reading English.我正在读英语。
He is writing.他正在写字。You are running.你正在跑步。
②、一般疑问句
Be(Am, Is, Are)+主语＋现在分词，如：
1.-Are you singing?你正在唱歌吗？-Yes, I am.是的，我在唱歌。
(No, I'm not.不，我不在唱歌。)
2.-Is he(she)listening to music?他(她)在听音乐吗？
-Yes, he(she)is.是的，他(她)在听音乐。
[No, he(she)isn't.不，他(她)不在听音乐。] ③、特殊疑问句
疑问词＋be(am, is, are)＋主语＋现在分词，如：
1.-What are you doing?你正在干什么？
-I am doing my homework.我正在做作业。
2.-What is he(she)doing?他(她)正在干什么？
-He(She)is riding a bike.他(她)正在骑自行车。
④否定句
主语＋be(am, is, are)＋not+现在分词 I am not reading English我不在读英语。
【注】 这里的现在分词指的是ving形式；像look(看)、listen(听)、now(现在)常出现在现在进行时态句子中。请看：
1.Look!Jack is swimming.看！杰克正在游泳。
2.Listen!She is singing.听！她正在唱歌。
3.I am cleaning my room now.现在我正在打扫房间。二．变化规则
1.直接+ ing(例：sleep+ing sleeping)
2.去掉不发音的e+ing(例：bite-e+ing biting)
3.重读闭音节，且末尾只有1个辅音字母，双写辅音字母+ing(例：sit+ t+ing sitting)4.特殊变化：die-dying, lie-lying，tie-tying 三．时间状语
可用来表示现在进行时的时间状语，常用的有：now, this week, at this moment 等；或者告诉你一个准确的现在时间，或者用look, listen提醒听者注意正在发生的事。例如：
They are playing basketball now.现在他们正在打篮球。
Listen!She is singing an English song.听，她正在唱英语歌。
Look at the picture.The children are flying kites in the park.看这幅图。那些孩子正在公园放风筝。
We are making model planes these days.这些天我们在做飞机模型。
It's 6:30 now.I am getting up.现在是6：30.我正在起床 四．现在进行时的基本用法 ○1表示说话时正在进行的动作 常和now连用，有时用一个动词如look（看）、listen（听）来表示now（现在）这一时间概念。
Look！A train is coming.看！火车来了
Listen！He is playing the piano.听！他在弹钢琴。○2表示现阶段正在进行着的动作，但不一定是说话时正在进行。常和at present（目前）、this week（本周）、these days（这几天）等时间状语连用。
What lesson are you studying this week？你们本周学哪一课了？（说话时并不在学）○3现在进行时有时可用来表示一个在最近按计划或安排要进行的动作
即是说可以用来代替将来时，但此时，一般要与表示将来的时间状语连用，而且仅限于少量动词。如：go（去）、come（来）、leave（离开）、start（开始）、arrive（到达）、return（返回）、sleep（睡觉）、„
Are you going to Tianjing tomorrow？你明天去天津吗？
How many of you are Coming to the party next week？ 你们有多少人下周要来参加晚会？
○4 be going to+动词原形
这一句型表示即将发生的事或打算（准备）做的事，我们把它归在将来时里了。（详见第十章将来时）
she isn't going to speak at the meeting.她不打算在会议上发言。
注意：如果没有表示将来时间的状语，此类句子就可能指现在或现阶段的动作。
Where are you going next week？
下周你计划去哪儿？用现在进行时表示将来时，因为有next week（下周）这一时间状语。
Where are you going？你现在去哪儿？
因为没有表示将来时的时间状语，所以就按句型来翻译，即现在进行时。○5 一般现在时和现在进行时的区别
一般现在时表示经常性的动作；而现在进行时表示暂时性的动作。
He walks to work.他步行上班。（习惯、经常性的动作）
He's walking to work because his bike is being repaired.他现在走着上班，因为他的自行车正在修理。（只是暂时的情况）Where does he live？他家住在哪儿？（询问一般的情况）
Where is he living（staying）？他这几天住在哪儿？（询问暂时一段时间的情况）
○6现在进行时有时可用来代替一般现在时，表达说话人的某种感惰，使句子有强烈的感情色彩。常与always，forever连用。
You are always forgetting the important thing.你总是把重要的事情忘掉。（表达出不满的情绪）Mary is doing fine work at school.玛丽在学校学习得挺不错。

现在进行时：
表示现在正在进行的动作，由“be动词 + 动词的现在分词”构成。通常会出现now;right now;these days;at this moment;at present;It’s 5 o’clock,;Look!listen!等提示词。1.表示现在正在进行的动作和发生的事情。
如：--what are you doing?--I’m reading a book.2.有事表示现阶段正发生的事情，但此刻动作不一定正在进行。如：--He is teaching at the school these years.现在进行时的肯定句:（1）第一人称：主语 + am + 现在分词 I am watching TV.我现在看电视。（2）第三人称单数：主语 + is + 现在分词 She is washing clothes.她正在洗衣服。（3）第二人称及复数人称：主语 + are + 现在分词 They are playing games.他们正在做游戏。
现在进行时的否定句:
主语 + 相应be动词 + not + 现在分词 He isn't watching TV.他没在看电视。I am not cooking.我没有在做饭。
We aren't having English class.我们没在上英语课。◆注意◆ is not和are not可缩写为isn't和aren't。
现在进行时的一般疑问句: 相应be动词 + 主语 + 现在分词 + ……？ Are you dancing? 他们正在跳舞吗？
Is he drawing a picture? 他正在画一张画吗？ Are you talking with your friend? 你正和你的朋友谈话吗？ 现在进行一般疑问句的答语: 句型:（1）肯定回答：Yes, 主语 + 相应be动词。（2）否定回答：No, 主语 + 相应be动词 + not。

要特别注意有些动词没有进行时态.1、表示状态、思想、感情和感觉的动词，如：see, hear, love, know, want, hope, think等，没有进行时态。
2、当have/has作为“拥有”时，没有进行时态，但表示“开会，吃饭，玩得高兴”等意思时，可以用进行时表达。

现在分词的构成：
现在分词是由动词+ing构成的，其方法如下：
（1）一般情况下直接加ing.如：reading, watching, cleaning.（2）以不发音的e结尾的词，去掉e再加ing.如： take---taking, make---making(3)重读闭音节的情况，先双写一个辅音字母然后加ing.如：put---putting.（4）以ie结尾，去掉ie变为y然后加ing。如：die--dying
